I had gotten my nose pierced at Claire's. 5 sleeps later and I wake up with the ring sticking to far out. I tried to put it back in to no avail. I rushed to Sylvain and he checked. Sure enough the back was closed. Claire's had used the wrong type of nose ring. It was not big enough to handle the swelling. Sylvain saved my piercing and gave me a new, proper jewel. He is a real stand up guy and I will only use him in the future for any of my piercing needs!

I will not go back for "free adjustments". I'm going to get someone else to fix ... very disappointed. Went there to get a lip piercing. Omg Horrible Horrible not clean he was smoking a cigarette in the back he walk in ask me to sit. Didnt attempt to wash his hands nor put on gloves. I asked him uour not putting gloves on. He looked at me strange . I said im sorry sir but i havè changed my mind. Worst experience. This was 5 years ago but it could be a different owner. But not a chance his hands going in my mouth. To bad .he was nice but just not professional.
