Valery is very talented and clearly has a busy schedule. That being said I've been trying to book her for a long time even changing my projects to better suit her style/actually get an appointment. Sent a deposit and because I was out of service for one day, I lost the appointment. Very unprofessional, has a bit of an attitude, and i am super disappointed.
