Par ailleurs, une fois le nouveau tatouage choisi, nous étions en mesure d’entendre l’énervement et l’impatience du tatoueur (qui jasait avec sa collègue) puisque le tatouage était la fusion de 3 éléments distincts. C’est dommage parce que le salon est propre.

5 star because anyone who visits Quebec looking into this place NEEDS TO KNOW! Visiting Quebec as a school trip from Ontario. Tattoo Shack had the absoloute rudest staff. Went in to get a price referal for a tattoo and to look at earrings, and the staff treated my friends and I like they did not have a care in the world for our interest in their company. Were completely rude to us because we were the only customers seeking help that spoke only English. Sitting on their computers eating their lunch while I'm at the desk staring at them craving somebody's attention. Wish I could give less than one star.

Although the person who welcomed us was very friendly and pleasant, I was extremely disappointed with the service we received from the man who did our tattoo. He was quite rude, never smiled and did not give us the information we were looking for. When I asked to move the angle of my tattoo, he didn't want to because "it would be too long". He was not reassuring us when we got a little anxious. We paid good money for our small tattoo, and I was expecting more than a grumpy face. I would not recommend going there for anybody who is thinking about getting their first tattoo.
