What a horrible experience. I am so thankful I DID NOT get a tattoo. A friend and I were sent to see Charles as he had said he was available. We walked into the store and meet him. Very unwelcoming and rude. We both left feeling bad. I would NEVER RECOMMEND him to a potential client. If I could choose 0 stars and place WARNING I would.
