P.S. le tattoo fait tout mon dos) les problèmes ont commencés. Cette journée, je lui ai fait part de mon inquiétude concernant la grandeur des ailes par rapport au reste du tattoo. Elle m'a rassurée me disant qu'elle allait ajouter des détails plus tard pour régler ça. Durant les jours suivants, j'ai compris que ce qui clochait c'était la symétrie des 2 ailes (étant donné que le corps du phénix est en angle). J'ai envoyé un message pour lui en parler, mais elle ne m'a pas répondue. Comme j'avais l'habitude de ne pas recevoir de réponse instantanément j'ai attendu. J’ai réécrit plus tard (2 semaines avant mon rendez-vous) pour lui demander si elle avait réfléchie à ce que je lui avais dit. Toujours pas de réponse. Enfin, quelques jours après j’ai réécrit pour lui faire part du premier détail, mais aussi du fait que j'avais l'impression que la grandeur des ailes ne fonctionnait pas avec le reste du corps. C'est à ce moment qu'elle m'a répondue me disant catégoriquement qu'elle ne ferait aucun changement. J'ai essayé de lui expliquer que j'avais mis beaucoup de temps et d'argent et que je voulais être satisfaite. Elle m'a répondue que ce n'était pas une question d'argent que c'était infaisables et qu'elle ne ferait aucune modification. La conversation s'est terminée avec elle qui me dit que mon projet ne l'intéresse plus et qu'elle ne veut plus continuer. Au début, nous avions déterminée que mon projet coûterait environ1500$. Finalement, j'ai investi environ 1000$ et le projet a été complété à seulement 45% et je dois le refaire en majorité parce qu'une grande partie de son travail a été mal fait (selon l'évaluation de mon nouveau tatoueur). Ce n'est pas terminé, suite au conflit, j'ai tenté de régler la situation auprès du propriétaire Efix Roy. J'ai commencé en appelant à la boutique. On m'a dit que le message lui serait transmis et qu'il me rappellerait. En voyant que je n'avais pas de retour, j'ai décidé de lui envoyer un e-mail. Toujours pas de réponse. Quelques jours après, j'ai envoyé un autre message expliquant la situation et comment je m'étais sentie. Quelques jours plus tard, il m'a répondu qu'il comprenait et qu'il jugeait qu'il était important qu'on règle la situation rapidement. Il a terminé le message en me disant qu'il m'appellerait, mais rien. J'ai envoyé un dernier e-mail 1 semaine après et j'ai décidé d'abandonner l'idée de régler la situation. Et cerise sur le sunday, en consultant un nouveau détatoueur je me suis rendu compte que j'avais mal été conseillé. Qu'on ne m'avait jamais dit que de laver la zone à détatouer 24h avant et 24h après le traitement pouvait altérer le résultat. Aussi, que le blanc ne se détatoue pas parce qu'il devient noir et enfin qu'on ne peut pas se faire tatouer sur la zone détatouée au moins 6 mois après le traitement (on m'avait dit 3 mois). Je pensais que les employés et le propriétaire du Empire Body Art étaient professionnels, mais pour toutes ces raisons je vois que je me suis trompé. À mon avis, les employés du Empire savaient qu'Angie n'était pas en mesure de soutenir mon projet, mais ils me l'ont tout de même conseillé. Et de son côté, Angie a accepté en sachant qu'elle n'était pas à la hauteur. Et quoi dire du propriétaire qui ne s'est jamais manifesté quoiqu'il m'ait dit qu'il me rappellerait. Or, j'ai fait remarquer à cette jolie demoiselle qui s'est permise ensuite de péter sa coche, que tous mes paiements directs étaient faits à Empire Body Arts et que je n'avais pas à faire les frais de leur organisation interne, ce que m'a d'ailleurs confirmé l'Office de protection des consommateurs qui m'a invité à déposer une plainte mais j'ai autre chose à m'occuper. J'ai tenté à deux reprises de contacter Efix, le proprio, sans succès. Peut-être n'a-t-il jamais eu mes messages. Toujours est-il que dans les circonstances, je révise la cote en conséquence.
