I didn't want to write a review but I can't shake the feeling. My artist was over an hour late the first time, double booked me the second time . Trying to think on the bright side and be understanding of the artist, I booked a third appointment when i reached out to the artist regarding my third appointment to confirm the day of, i was told it was cancelled due to the artist having covid. The studio never informed me about the case, and I only found out due to ME reaching out.The entire time, i was exposed to a covid case, with no regard to inform me from the studio. I have children and the lack of proper guidance and information from the studio put us all at risk. It was so unprofessional and really left a bad taste in my mouth. Deff would move on from this place.

Amazing experience from a first timer. Had been sitting on a design I had wanted for over one year waiting for the right opportunity. My daughter had an appt scheduled and on a whim I called the shop in the morning hoping to tag along with her. Best decision ever. Karla was so accommodating and made me feel comfortable and at ease from the moment we met. She walked me through the entire process and made sure I was satisfied with the design and procedure. I went to the Toronto Tattoohaus for the first time last August 2018 for a tattoo on my wrist. I am so happy every day with my wrist piece I have received from Kate Somebody! I gave her my idea and she made it better than I could have ever wanted. The amazing dotwork is mindblowing how someone could create it so flawlessly on my wrist, since then I have come back to Kate for two more tattoos and soon will let her grow my sleeve! I have received many tattoos from all sorts of shops, by far this is my favourite due to the comfortable environment, chill-ness of everyone and overall vibes! I want to be relaxed and feel confident of the outcome in my during my ink session and here that is exactly how I feel.

I got my memorial tattoo (for my Dad who passed away a month ago) from Natalie. I cannot thank her enough. She was 100% professional, welcoming, easy to talk to and super reassuring when I asked her to move the placement like four times. Not to mention her work is fantastic, super clean lines for my script. Everything was super clean, and I felt very safe. I am incredibly happy how my tattoo turned out, and I am so grateful.

I always get such a sense of pride whenever I walk in this artistic studio to get any art done. These women are fabulous and obviously love their craft. I’ve had one tattoo and 2 cover-ups done by Karla and tears always well up when I see the final result. Place is impeccably clean and after they were allowed to open in whatever stage of this pandemic, they’re being super careful with sanitization and social distancing. They make you sanitize your phone even; no establishment remembers the importance of that. Totally totally pleased, 100% satisfied every single time. I’m always so happy when I walk in there.

Kate was extremely accommodating and flexible, and by combining my ideas and her artistic talent and experience, she made my tattoo everything that I wanted it to be. Kate answered every single question I had with kindness and patience, and being a newbie, I asked some pretty basic questions. Kate did an excellent job with incredible detail, and made the experience enjoyable and easy for me. The environment of Tattoohaus is so relaxed and friendly, and watching a wonderful group of friends work together made the experience all the more enjoyable!

So far I have gotten two pieces done here and it is safe to say that they are my favourite place to head to in terms of tattoos. Firstly, it is an all female tattoo shop so that made me feel 100 times more comfortable as a female. In regards to the shop as a whole, the artists are kind, welcoming and super talented! The ladies at Tattoohaus make you feel super at home while you're there and make sure you are doing well throughout the whole process. The artists also gave great input in regards to best placement and what may look best. It was all much appreciated. I also love the fact that they provide you with the necessary aftercare products available for purchase at a reasonable cost. Overall being at Tattoohaus is a great experience for first timers and tattoo pros alike. The art is beautiful and the ladies are lovely and as accommodating as can be. Really Talanted Artists here. They are so considerate and accommodating to what you want to get done. They are also very patient with new commers who dont know what they want done. Karla did a great job on my tattoo, I had an 11 year old tattoo that she brightened up and redid the colour. She also fixed a lot of the line work. It looks a million times better than it EVER did! Everybody there is very friendly and the atmosphere is great. Definitely would recommend this shop to anyone and will be returning for sure for my next one!

Made an appointment to have an old, terrible Japanese-ish style half sleeve from about 20 years ago redone/reworked. I was paired up with Chelsea and I couldn't be happier. It is a work in progress and will need a few more sessions to get it finished but I am excited to see the end result! I love Chelsea to bits she's an amazing artist with so many talents beyond just tattooing. All of the ladies, and total atmosphere of the shop is just amazing ♡
