I was looking online for a place to do a painting when I found The Talisman Studio, I was looking at others, but I was still coming back to the Talisman, I was comparing their works, but the best one was the Talisman Studio, so I chose the best one, The Talisman Studio, when I received the finished painting, I was so impressed by his work of art, the details he made, that I ordered another one, very satisfied with the service, the communication and especially all the work done

If I could give 0 stars I would. I will not include the details unless met with more negativity from owner, but my tattoo experience with Kieran was nothing but negative and uncomfortable. I reached out to have pieces of the tattoo touched up as I felt they were left incomplete, and was met with ignorance, childishness, and inappropriate responses. What has me writing this review was his response to my inquiry for touch up. We all have bad days and that is what stopped me from reviewing my tattoo experience but this is now inexcusable. If you are looking for a positive experience with a positive tattoo artist, and any customer service at all, you will not find that here. There are so many other options and I wish I had found a review before I went to his home to be tattood. My tattoo was two years ago, and I reached out for a touch up today. I don’t think it matters how long ago you tattood me. Could have been 5 years. I respected your work enough to let you correct mistakes. I reached out with business for you and was met with anger. Also, in regards to his copy and pasted apologies stating that they are known for customer service and aim to deliver great experiences etc, none of what I received as a response was anywhere near this. I felt like I was speaking with a child. These responses are not his own. Do not be fooled.

I've been a very happy customer of The Talisman Studio since the summer of 2016. I currently have 7 tattoos from him, two of which are portraits. The likeness he captures is spot on and absolutely incredible!!! I'm SO happy!!! I'm already booked in for tattoo #8 and am planning out my 9th!!! Looking forward to it!!! I highly recommend browsing through his portfolio of custom artwork and tattoos. The talent and quality of his work is unbelievable and second to none! I'm gonna have a conversation with him about changing the name to The TALENTman Studio!!! ???? The most important thing you can do before getting a tattoo is to Research Your Artists!!! It's blatantly obvious when looking through Kieran's portfolio that he has an amazing talent and the quality of his products speak for themselves. After knowing him for years I've had nothing but positive experiences! I would also like to say that I've read some of the negative comments and I can't believe that they're talking about the same person here! I can't comment on their "bad experience" but I do understand that there are people out there who pay no attention to the aftercare instructions and advice that is thoroughly gone over both verbally and through literature, who will then turn around and blame the artist instead of their own ignorance. It's really unfortunate and sorry to say but, stupid is as stupid does!!! Anyway, a million thanks to Kieran and the management team at The Talisman Studio!!! See you guys soon!!! ????????????
