The owner Mike is very professional and respectful. He listened to everything I wanted and my tattoo came out perfect! Very clean environment. He’s on time and patient when making adjustments or adding things last min. I’ll definitely be going back for my next tattoo. One thing I really like about this business, is he talked up the art abilities of his fellow employees. So if I wanted a particular design he told me who would be best. That speaks volumes for a tattoo shop to insure that you’re 100% satisfied. Mike has gone above and beyond and I’m so happy with his customer service!

I called last minute about a pretty good sized piece on the side of my neck I finally decided to do, and I’m shocked at how well I was taken care of with this shop. They got me in a chair right away, and within an hour and a half everything was finished. I’m amazed at the quality of work I received and after tonight I will most definitely be back for many more as soon as possible. Alberto took care of my tattoo, but I was fortunate enough to meet a couple other artists in the shop as well. It’s a super friendly, clean, and relaxing environment. I booked with Jesse. A couple days later Jesse cancelled the appointment unless I'd be willing to pay more for the agreed price. I said no thank you it was extremely unprofessional. He cursed me out. I left a review then jesse began to harass and threaten my girlfriend and I until we take down the review. I contacted the stores owner Mike Hamill as you'll see alot of the reviewers are hamill's... he apologized politely and asked if I would take the review down. I declined due to jesses continued harassment. I noticed my review was covered up by 8 new positive reviews all from his accounts. And realized he was faking reviews. This is very illegal. Becarful at this place I contacted other reviewers and was told they have threated people before.

Be careful here. The reviews are faked by the artist. You'll notice the reviewers have the owmers last name and only one review lol. Filed a complaint with the FTC. The staff are insanely rude. They threaten you if you leave a bad review. My piece done by Jesse was rushed and botched. Management is never around so they act up. If my piece wasnt complete trash i wouldn't mind the unprofessionalisms.

I have been going to Jaime and Crystal for about 5 years now. Each tattoo is my favorite, there is no way to pick one! I am 100% ok and honored that I am basically a walking billboard for their art. I had Mike do a piece. I either got a infection from his equipment or had a allergic reaction to the ink he used. It was a color piece. My arm broke out with swelling and horrible itching. I had to seek medical attention. I wanted realistic piece but did not come out to the standards I was hoping for. Yes this is a real review. Yes I really did get the tattoo. There is the pic of the tattoo. I am sorry if your upset. I'm sure everyone will trash talk but all that really happen. Just writing a real review.

I took my son to Supernova for his very first tattoo. It was a spur of the moment decision on a Sunday afternoon. We had no appointment but when we walked in they were SUPER accommodating. Some of the guys actually came in so that we could get our tattoos! To say I was thankful that they did that for us would be an absolute understatement. The atmosphere of the shop is welcoming and incredibly clean. The artwork adorning their walls by their resident tattoo artists is phenomenal! On top of that the walls are laden with award after award expounding on the talent of the artists. Jesse was able to take a sample of my son's handwriting and meticulously transfer it into a tattoo that I will proudly carry for the rest of my life and for which I am immensely grateful. A friend and I went to see Dakota on Sat 6/6. Dakota spent most of the day texting me and drawing out my tattoo. Once we got there he greeted us at the door and welcomed us in. He took his time with his work and also gave me a really good price for the piece! Jesse also was very gentle and used this numbing spray on the shading of my tattoo so it would be less painful on me and I’ve never had a tattoo artist do that for me and it was amazing and I didn’t feel a thing! I searched on the web for months looking for a tattoo artist. I stumbled across This tattoo shop. I loved Jesse art style, so that’s who I went went. What was suppose to take 2 hours took almost 5, because I was not satisfied with the positioning of the tattoo. He must have printed it about 3 times, while also having to wipe of the temp ink from the print. We kept repositioning the tattoo until I was satisfied. He was more than patient with me, & for that I am grateful being that a tattoo is permanent. He did not proceed until I was completely happy. Let’s just say I was so excited about the outcome. & have gotten compliments all day long. One lady at work today even said she’s going to get a tattoo like mine, & asked who did it!!!! ???? I’m Very satisfied customer. Already looking for my next tattoo!!! Jesse is the best!!

I love this place, and for the dude that gave it one star you're full of it. Management not around? I get tattooed by the owner so your point is invalid. After getting my first tattoo here I'll never go anywhere else. The staff here is far better than many other shops I've gone too, they treat each other like a family. And as a customer I appreciate it. I've been going here since they opened and never seen or heard them treat anyone with disrespect. I've seen them do nothing but grow. Now to the work. Everyone has their own Forte but I've seen all the artist crank out some pretty top tier work and I even follow the other artists on IG just to see what they put out.
