Unbelievable work is done at this studio, always very welcoming and very friendly. Would recommend new people that are interested in getting tattoos, or people that are looking for a new place to get some tattoos done. The studio is very clean and has lots of cool designs and attributes to the studio. If I could give it more then 5 Stars i would, definitely a 10/10 rating.

I had my first tattoo done at Nick's Studio by Elyse yesterday! It brought tears to my eyes, Elyse did such a fantastic job! Everyone there is so friendly. It was a cool, chill and quiet atmosphere. I've looked through all the artists socials, and am blown away at the pure artistic talent and skills they have!

Tried to book at this place and it never went beyond inquiry. The place stopped communicating entirely after saying they were going to get back to me within days. Two weeks later and several emails sent, I’ve still gotten no reply. Very disappointed too, I’ve heard nothing but good reviews from this place, and the artists’ work seems amazing.

BEST INK EXPERIENCE The entire process is fantastic. The shop is located at Barber Lounge in Cobourg, so the vibe is very casual and relaxed. Genny was key in making sure the booking process was very simple. Nickola is incredible. She was receptive to my ideas, but offered her own professional thoughts. I'm so happy she did! What might be most impressive is that after discussing the overall concept, Nickola FREE-HANDED my tattoo! I'm absolutely thrilled with the result. I've since had two half-sleeves done at Koukla and would recommend this spot to ANYONE looking for ink in Northumberland and the surrounding area. I'll definitely be back!

I got a tattoo at Koukla Ink’s booth, last year at the Toronto tattoo convention. I came to the event that day planning to get a tattoo only if I found the perfect one. Their booth had many options for little tattoos, once you chose a piece of artwork it was taken off the table, so you were always getting something unique. I found a rose that I liked and my friend found a dove. The process was quick, and the detail on my tiny tattoo looks phenomenal to this day. Nickola (who I believe was the one who tattooed me) was kind and funny, and I’d gladly get another tattoo from Koukla Ink!

I highly recommend Elyse for her fine line work and intricate designs. I have been getting work from her for over seven years that has stood the test of time. Mike as well has one of the most interesting neo traditional styles I have seen to date. All around this shop is well-rounded establishment and by far the best studio in Northumberland.
