Jen was amazing and made me feel so comfortable and it was so fast I barely realized there was a needle in my nose or belly button. She made sure everything was clean and her space is organized and overall I love that woman with my whole heart. Power to the women :)

The place was extremely unorganized and sketchy. It seemed quite unsanitary and there wasn't even a receptionist. I got my nose pierced and they never once asked for any form of identification. The next day, my nose was red and extremely swollen with the ring pulling down. I ended up changing it out to a bigger ring myself which was another bad idea. The total cost of the piercing was $40 then a $5 tip. I then ended up paying $15 for the new ring which wasn't good. Then I finally ended up going to my trusted piercer and $25 later my nose feels much better and has much more room to heal. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And although that actual cost of the initial piercing is cheaper than most places I still ended up spending more time and money on my piercing than if I had just gone to my trusted piercer in the first place. Let alone how much pain I was in from infection. Someone else got an ear cartilage piercing done here and it's red and swollen. The labret was much too small and caused more swelling from the pulling. It is also infected and she is currently on antibiotics to help. This place is not a good choice unless you want an almost guaranteed risk of complications.

The piercer who used to be at ghost town was brutal. Got two simple lobe piercings, which she somehow managed to mangle. Went to my regular professional piercer to have him tell me that they are both extremely crooked and pierced with low-grade jewelry. Ended up having to take one of the piercings out within 2-3 months as it was infected from the beginning. Barely took time to talk everything over with me. Pretty much just handed me the waiver, shoved the needle through, then asked for her money. Not surprised to find out she no longer works here. Would like to have more information on your website about this new piercer. Also would recommend that you guys start buying in better quality jewelry, like anatometal. Would rather pay $80 vs the $40 I paid for a piercing that I can keep for longer than 2 months. I have had friends go here to get pierced & one was able to bargain the price of the piercing/jewelry down, which would not happen in a more professional shop. Can't speak on behalf of the tattoo artists, but the staff in the front were not very welcoming. Rating 2 stars instead of 1 due to the fact that I have not had tattoos done here, nor pierced by the new piercer.

Today I put all my trust in Sheldon Allan ( my tattoo artist) to do a lion tattoo for me. After a few going back and forth on the size we came to an agreement and Sheldon got to work. Was I nervous?? HELL YA!!!!! BUT all of that disappeared once Sheldon started. His calm demeanor and quirky sense of humor put my tension to rest. He has a gentle touch but a wicked understanding of his talent. Ghost Town is clean, professional and a great place to get some ink. My tattoo turned out better than I could have EVER imagined. The details are incredible and the eyes look into your soul. Terrible! My daughter and I received 2 very simple, small tattoos that were designed by me. It literally took 30 mins total for the work and we were grossly overcharged for 2 hrs! Not only was the service awful but I was accused by admin of not properly caring for my tattoo because the work was that crappy. DO NOT go here, find a reputable artist that offers genuine service at a fair price.

i had an awesome experience. i had my lower lip pierced at ghost town at the Elizabeth St. location and i felt really welcomed. i went in, asked to get my lip pierced and i literally was in and out within 10 minutes. the service was super good, and the lady who pierced me (cant remember her name for the life of me), was super cool :) she talked me through the whole thing, and it was all virtually painless... seriously would recommend this place for piercings, the tattoo service is awesome to. the guy that tattooed my mom did an awesome job and im getting my tat done by him in the near future super stoked :) would definitely recommend Ghost Town

Trash. Came in for a simple 5 letter word on my forearm. Half way through the word it starts going in another direction causing it to be crooked on my arm. The guy doing it (didn’t even tell me his name) stopped halfway through called another guy over. They started talking seemingly concerned in a different language. He then shrugged and proceeded to finish my tattoo without saying a word to me. It’s not like one letter is out of place. Half of the word is. The lines on the letters themselves aren’t even done well.

Not impressed at all. Wanted a depost up front, wanted to change my appointment last minute, refused refunding my deposit, and finally reluctantly kept the appointment. The artist (Jose) whose not there anymore did a really heavy handed job. It healed and faded horrible bad, got a touch up a month later which also healed and faded horribly bad. Hit up great artist in Lethbridge who did my next piece and did amazing work. Going to have to go this new place in Lethbridge to fix the horrible job that I got at Ghost Town. Would not recommend this place!

Been getting tattooed by eric for about 2.5 years and so far have gotten 7 peices from him and he litteraly steps his game up every time he tattoos me. 100% would recommend. I'm very very picky when it comes too it. I love my traditional tattoos but frequently like peices he draws up and when I go to get them I ask him to do them in traditional style. He turned a jelly fish traditional. Extremely talented. And always willing too test himself. 100% would recommend him for your next tattoo!

Just had the most amazing experience here. I haven't had a tattoo in over 15 years, but Denmar was fantastic !!! He is self taught and overflowing with artistic talent. His dot work and whip shading is second to none. Denmar even put his personal touch on the artwork I sent him, and made it so much better. From my initial conversation with Sheldon to the day that my tattoo was completed, I had nothing but the best experience, and this is NOT my first tattoo. All of the artists at Ghost Town are talented and I highly recommend them. I particularly like the style that Sheldon tattoo's and that made my decision easy. Sheldon is a straight forward, honest person who is extremely talented. Know that this is Sheldon's business and although this is how he makes his livelihood, Ghost Town feels more like a family when you walk in than a dingy shop you see in the movies. Over the 8 Weeks getting my tattoo, I got to know all of the staff and everyone is friendly and interested in the work that is getting done. Sarah (sp) Sheldon's wife worked the front every time I had an appointment and she is a friendly, fun person. In the end, my expectations were blown away with my final tattoo. I think my family has been extended to include Sheldon and all of the staff at Ghost Town. I am already speaking to Sheldon about more designs and what enhance my already existing artwork. Go to Ghost Town, put your money down and book an appointment!!

I've learnt my lesson, once you have a barber you can trust why go to a chain, and have a different person hack at your head each time.

I do miss Pat the barber, I could go in and tell him to make me look fresh and he would have his fun. Not to say the new guy(s?) don't, still terrific service from the guy that does a clean fade, I just had a bond with Pat, whom I could trust to do anything. New guy is almost there. But, maybe I just don't like change. Either way, good place to get cleaned up where you won't be disappointed. For the price, you better be getting that, as long as you're on the same page as to what work you're doing.

Went for a walk in hair cut, and ended up getting a tattoo consult as well. Customer service is great, and the barber is amazing. Knew exactly what I wanted, and ended up leaving extremely happy with my cut. I'll be headed back for my first tattoo in March, and expect to be writing another 5 star review in the near future. There is a reason that they can get you in quick. Not happy with my tattoo I should have said something but didn't. Communication was kind of an issue with the artist maybe didn't understand what I wanted. Great sketch, not so great tattoo. Didn't cover my tattoo with anything which was very shocking!!! Also don't be their last appointment! Piercing is great, never had an issue.

My boyfriend and I have gotten several tattoos here and have not only been grossly overcharged but treated very poorly. Two of my four tats are jacked up and I had to fight to have one fixed. The (fix) was a joke and the artist( I use this term lightly) was a jerk the entire time. The fix didn't take and it looks the same. One if my boyfriends tattoos was so overworked that half of it fell off in the very thick scab that the overworking caused. This was blamed on poor care. They never cover a tattoo when it's finished, claiming that if it isn't bleeding it doesn't need a bandaid. Anyone who has been to a real artist knows it's an open wound that should be covered for 24 hrs. I have recently been to a shop that is award winning and the artist was completely appalled at everything. I will never return and there are 2 particular artists that have no business touching anyone!!
