This place was amazingly clean and the staff members were friendly, professional and true artists. Bryan Von Holst was the tattoo artist and and he applied to my inside wrist his interpretation and work from the Wildflower album from Tom Petty. It's absolutely beautiful! It's only been a week and I already received compliments. Ask for Bryan!

Love this place. Wife and I both got tattoos here from Anabell, but everyone is friendly and talkative. They will guide you through the process, there was never a point where I was uncomfortable or worried. Workstations are extremely clean. Eventually I'd love to go all the way around the shop and get a piece done by each of them. It's rare that you find that perfect storm of professionalism, attitude, and vibe, but Electric definitely has it.

I personally have gotten three tattoos at Electric Tattoo Parlor (2 from Connie F and 1 from Anabell) My husband has gotten 2 there as well. I love going to Electric Tattoo Parlor. Everyone there is very fun to chat with. They are super clean and really good at just customer service. I love the pieces I got there and love showing them off. All the artist there have a style and it’s amazing to see all the work. You couldn’t go wrong with anyone there if your looking for your next piece. ❤️

Have been here twice already and both times my experience has been excellent. First time I walked in I wanted my tattoo that same day and I was able to make that happen since he had an opening in his schedule (Brian). The second time I went in there was most recently and was very furtunay to meet Teddi. I wanted a tribute to my dad who recently passed and I didn't know exactly what I wanted but explained to her I wanted a butterfly but did not want it to be free standing. I made an appointment for a couple days later and walked in to be amazed to what she created for me. She is a total badass and everything about her was awesome. I highly would recommend her to anyone I know.

The piercer Ian pierced my daith SO wrong it’s been a month and it is already migrating out of my ear. I understand that it is a hard piercing to do but you are a so called “professional”. Never coming back here again.

Easily a collection of the best artists in the Chicagoland area. I've been seeing Tom for my work for a long time and couldn't be any happier. It's an extremely clean and professional environment. Having been to a variety of other shops, some parlors carry a certain stigma with them. This place undoes all those stereotypes. Professional, clean, and family friendly. Family friendly? Why would that matter you ask? It's simple. The shop has a piercing staff that is outstanding. It's best to avoid mall kiosks for piercings as they almost never have any training or knowledge of how to do it properly. This place changes all of that. They have a very thorough understanding of what to do, and are very sterile and professional. Don't bring your kid to a mall, bring them here. Any tattoo style you want, they can accommodate. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stop by!

This is a new shop, but those chairs are filled with people who know what they are doing and have the experience to back it. The facility is VERY clean and comfortable. With the low partitions, you get a great shop feel and everyone is able to chat and hang out. Makes for a nice open and airy atmosphere. This past Sunday was my second appt with Tom [owner] who finished my back tattoo. He took his time to make sure I was comfortable with the ideas he had and followed through perfectly! It is great to find a shop that not only produces great work, but also has the passion and caring for the art they produce! Do yourself a favor and check these people out!

It’s been a long time since I’ve gotten a tattoo so I did my research on local shops. First impression on stopping in was super clean and friendly! I placed a deposit and made an appointment. I emailed what I wanted, came in at set time and Steve was ready. Super professional and I felt very comfortable working with him. I wanted a tattoo of “Winnie the Pooh” and he went above and beyond! I had a wonderful interaction with Ian when I got a couple piercings. He offers a lovely selection of jewelry, and clearly explained the price points for certain styles. During the piercing process, he worked quickly and tried to limit the amount of pain I was in. He has a wonderful sense of humor, if you like dad jokes. Everything was super clean during the piecing, equipment was sterile and he changed his gloves frequently. Overall, would pay money to get stabbed here again! Edit: I got a tattoo from Anabel and it was great! She took my idea and ran with it. It was so much fun to be tattooed by someone who was almost as excited about the tattoo as I am.

I decided to go in for my very first tattoo, and when I started talking about the guitar design, the staff directed me to Devin Stubbs as "the guitar guy." He immediately made me feel comfortable and seemed really excited to help me design the tattoo I had in mind. Throughout the entire process, he was fun to talk to and he put together exactly what I wanted and told me that I could ask any questions that I had as we went through since I was new to the process. Also, he knows more about guitars and their history than anyone I think I've ever met, so it was a fun day of guitar talk. I love the final result, and I couldn't be happier with my tattoo or my experience with Devin!

Ian was great with our girls, we took them in to get their ears pierced. Very expensive, but worth every penny! They were so happy and it was no where near as painful as Claire's. Extremely clean, extremely friendly! But please note, if you bring your child in bring their birth certificate, your photo ID and something with their name and picture like a class photo. They take this very seriously, and that made me extremely comfortable.

They wanted to charge twice as much as I paid for tattoo to fix a tiny number done wrong and the owner said she was not part of it so price stands...you own the place and customer service should be first and foremost especially my first ever tattoo!!!. It was tribute to my parents who passed and that was very upsetting. Another place fixed it for minimal charge and now they have my business as well as friends and family.

To anyone looking for a good place search no longer! Electric Tattoo Parlor is the best!!! I love this place! Everyone is very nice! I went in originally to check the place out because I found out my artist Nate Bjork (formerly at Top Notch) had moved on to this place. So I thought I'd drop in and see him and talk about my next piece but, I had next to no clue what exactly or where I wanted it even though most of my answers to his questions at first were I don't know or I'm not sure he still booked my appointment told me to email him or stop by with ideas and we could toss them around and figure something out. I came back with some reference type stuff examples of what I was thinking he took the time out (even though he was busy) to talk to me and said he'd draw something up. I had already had some work done by him in the past and it is great still looks amazing and is exactly what I wanted. This time was different I gave him more of an opportunity to show how talented he really is. What he drew up for it was amazing the stencil looked great and I was very excited! This tattoo came out better than I could have imaged! The shading and outline is perfect! I have never seen such incredible detail and such a realistic look to a tattoo. I am getting compliments everywhere I go and I always recommend Nate and this place! While I was getting my tattoo my sister had her cartilage pierced by Meagan who was very nice to her and even explained everything she was doing. Even though I didn't get my nose piercing there Meagan offered to help me change the backing of mine to the shorter, after healing post. Everything was very clean and she was fast I was very impressed. Over all this place is very clean and has a nice environment and very casting staff. I will definitely be returning and I will make sure to recommend this place to everyone!!!
