Soft handed, super skilled and very nice.

Cancels appointments 3 hours before scheduled time after waiting 3 months to get one started. Then doesn't like that her customer is upset at missing their appointment. Does not respond for a month about next scheduled appointment and returns deposit. I will add some clarification It was 3 days after canceled appointment and only after repeated attempts to get a hold of you that I had asked for my deposit back. When you said I will book you back in asap I did not think it would be 2 months later. My fault I know. And yes I got upset and yes said those thing that I quickly apologized for and ask for my Nov 12 appointment to stay and that I would wait as you are an amazing artist. Then again a whole month of no responses after repeated attempts to get a hold of you. Because booking day off for me I need prior notice. Thats when I seen email asked if appointment was still valid and had my deposit returned. So yes to me not to professional
