I am a palliative cancer patient and I went in for a very special tattoo in honour of my Aunt Gerry. I had the tattoo done by the owner of this establishment, it was of a beautiful red rose on my calf with the words Live, Love, Laugh. Now the owner knew I was a palliative cancer patient as my hubby and I talked to him a couple of times in designing the tattoo, he seemed to be such a stand up business man. So after my tattoo was done we were talking and he told me verbally that if my tattoo ever had to be touched up he would touch it up free for life which was amazing I was so impressed with him he was so extremely nice to me. Now skip ahead 2-3 years the color in a couple areas seems to be fading. So I phoned Apollo tattoo and left a message for them to phone me, I got a call back from the owner's wife and she told me there was absolutely no way her husband promised me that, she didn't even go and talk to her husband about it; she was basically calling me a liar I guess. I could not believe how rude she was it was awful!!!! She left me in tears, literally and she kept pushing for me to make an appointment to come in to pay to have it touched up, AS IF!!!!! I paid a higher price for this tattoo here than I would have anywhere else, and I have had a lot of people point out quite a few little mistakes on the tattoo. all I wanted was what was PROMISED to me. So please future customers get any promises they make you in writing before he or any of the staff even touch you. I am so disappointed with them it is not funny, especially knowing how they took advantage of me a very sick and dying cancer patient, not very good karma. I will make sure that everyone we know and all their friends and family know what a dishonourable establishment you's are, thanks for the slap in the face lady.
