Friendly & knowledgable staff, tidy shop, pleasant atmosphere. Resident piercer Marnie accommodated me on short notice to taper and insert a plug earring that had fallen out while I slept, despite a hectic schedule on that day. Very happy with my experience.

I wish I saw someone else, Bradley tattooed so hard it left scars and looks terrible. Will be going to Apollo to get fixed, colour healed awfully and design looks unfinished. He double booked me then rushed through when next client arrived, when I took off the dressings and messaged several times about my concerns and asked for options to fix it, got no response or follow up for days, by the time he responded I felt like I would rather just go to someone else to help and pay them to fix it. Very bad personal experience with this shop. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else.

Worst tattoo shop ever. I know several people who have had terrible experiences with being pierced in the wrong place. As well, I caught them all smoking weed on the job. I'm all for cannabis, but not while you're sticking needles in someone else. They don't know what they're doing and will scam you out of money.

Great place to get a tattoo. My artist was friendly, knowledgeable, clean and very skilled. It was my second trip there and I am now planning my third. If the artist hasn't done what you want before she tells you, she doesn't say no, she wants you to know in case you want someone who's done that exact thing before. The honesty and humility was very refreshing. Excellent shop, I will definitely be going again.

Bought our son his first tattoo for his 21st, explained to the artist what he wanted while we were purchasing the GC, even showed a rough sketch, she said no problem should be easy. He got his tattoo today... 3 boxes with the words peace love and positivity on his wrist - not one straight line and the word positivity is a mess. Plenty of excuses though. If you are looking for clean lines go somewhere else. (2nd photo is of the stencil provided by the artist)
