If you care about your beauty and eyebrows just go to Trade secrets Cambridge they have excellent products and experienced staffs I would never let anyone touch my eyebrows but the only place I trust is Trade secrets to go love the way they are so welcoming and have beautiful smiles on their faces ???? which makes me comfortable. The only reason I still go to the Cambridge Centre is so that I I can go to Trade Secrets! I have been coming here for over ten years to get waxed as well as shop and I have NEVER been disappointed! I am always so happy with the job the girls here do on my brows. I would also NEVER buy a hair appliance anywhere but Trade Secrets, I have a curler, flat iron, and blow dryer that I’ve used daily for years and they still work as well as the day I got them! They’re also a one stop shop for any and all hair products I use!

I have been going to this location for almost a year now. Not a single time did i walk away disappointed. The girl i go to she is absolutely amazing at her job and i would highly recommend her. Whoever goes to this trade secrets location ask for Majdo. She used to work at Guelph location for a little bit and i still went out of my way to get my eyebrows done by her. Anyone else will DESTROY your eyebrows.

For years Trade secret Cambridge is my go to place for when I want my eyebrows threaded or waxed. I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service, product knowledge and consistent service. I have always been satisfied with the service. Amazing hair products that really and truly work and recently got the best hair straightener I have ever had. :)

This is the absolute worse place to go. Last night I went in there to get a eyebrows wax as I have a wedding to attend today. The first girl made my eyebrows a straight line and did not hardly take anything off... I showed the other girl a picture, she verified she could fix them. Not only did she screw my eyebrows right up She cut me and made me bleed, not sure how I have severe red burn marks on my eyes today. And they still hurt. I will never ever go to this place again. They have no clue what they are doing at all. Edit to respond to management. I THANK you for your reply 9n here. However im not sure how you have tried to reach out to me as I have not received an email or phone call from you what so ever. I have tried to call the number provided on this web page with no answer I will try again tomortow abd ask for management. I would like to share that it has been 5 days I now have scabs just below my eyebrows from where I was burnt from the wax. My daughter had one on her upper lip. These girls we have never seen before , so not sure they have been working there for years. As the first girl who did mine and did my daughters upper lip didn't even twril the wax on the stick and dragged it to our face area getting wax on my daughters dress. Like mentioned I have tried to call and got no answer. Hopefully tomorrow I will succeed in speaking with someone.

Outstanding customer service- very friendly and professional! I always go here to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded, and they do a very professional job at doing so- not to mention to prices are very reasonable. The staff cares to help find you the perfect fit products for you, and are also very knowledgable about their merchandise! I bought a straightener here, and am very impressed with the quality of it!

I love this place! The staffs are always so friendly and go above and beyond to make every visit a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable experience. All the ladies always do a beautiful job with my eyebrows, and Helina always makes sure I am comfortable and does a fantastic job at my waxing appointments! I have been going here to get my eyebrows done for years and they’re usually awesome.. one of the girls there today that did my eyebrows did a horrible job! A lot of the girls will wax and also thread the little “in grown hairs” I would have and one time even got a full on forehead massage! This time she just waxed them plucked a little and that was it. Did not trim them nor threaded them! Very disappointed!!

This is the only place that I will actually let anyone touch my face, And i've had a few bad experiences here, But always give them another change. I seriously love Cassandra, She makes you feel so welcome. She's amazing at her job. I never feel rushed with her, and she is always so genital. I will always keep coming back here. I always tell people about Trade Secrets too! Very Pleased Lately. not one single complaint :) Keep up the great job Ladies!

When I was there last I thought I would get my eyebrows done, the girl working destroyed them. I strongly suggest going somewhere else if you need your eyebrows done. I don't want anyone getting the same girl I did.
