I love this place! I had 2 piercings done here by Deacon. I have a lot of piercings and would rate Deacon as a first class piercer. He is kind, friendly, knowledgeable and 100% honest about what would look good and what can or cannot be done piercing wise. They sell affordable jewelry and high end jewelry. My septum ring and Daith look awesome! I also look forward to having a few Tattoos finished by one of the artists here!

I had a memorial piece done for my mom by Jamie. I had sat on this idea for a couple of years and while I had the general concept down, I needed an artist's touch. Jamie came through in spades. He is a talent that knows few equals. His approach, his work ethic, his attention to cleanliness in the shop, his focus on detail. I am blown away. He is an artist that takes immense pride in his work and the end results are epic. Thank you Jamie for helping me realize my image and doing it so much justice. Looking forward to chatting more about the sleeve piece. I would post a pic of the work, but being as personal to me as this is, and the internet being what it is...I will refrain. Bottom line, if you want some true custom art done by an incredible master tattooist, save your pennies and book Jamie.

It's a long story, but I had a very unprofessional experience. Years ago, maybe 7 or so, they promised to have a drawing ready for me to review before actually receiving my tattoo. I showed up to the review, but not only was my artist not there, but there was no photo to review as promised. I showed up for my tattoo appointment and there was still no tattoo prepared and the artist said he would hand draw the tattoo on my foot. It was not realistic like we discussed but I was so young and naive I didn't say anything. To this day, I still regret that tattoo. My friend had a similar experience recently and the artist actually just stole the tattoo "sketch" from an online Google search. My impression is that they don't take these more feminine tattoos seriously. Or maybe all tattoos. Overall, a terrible experience.

NEVER go to James, he is a lazy man, who only cared about going drinking and did horrid lines and didnt do the colours nore the placement I wanted, and said he didnt care that I wanted my tattoo lower, cause thats not his problem. He is very unproffesional and I would never go back cause of him, unless I was to get Jamie.

Was my first time getting a tattoo and Chris did a great job at making my design come to life. I was nervous but they did a great job making me comfortable and made sure I had the knowledge of how to take care of it. The place is a bit intimidating (but I guess a typical look for a tattoo place) and the prices are a bit high but worth it. Did a quick, clean and painless job, i can see why they have such good reviews already and I’ll likely be coming here for my next tattoos!

Perfectionism is a quality to be admired in any artist, so I was pleased when I was passed over to Chris. He is incredibly personable and great conversation serves to provide a fantastic distraction while a needle is poking relentlessly into your skin! Though my tattoo was not exceptionally large, the care and exceptional attention to detail he displayed was reflected well within the lines of the tattoo. In a world with some pretty cringe-worthy tattoos, it is a challenge to find an artist that you can trust; I hold no reservations about returning or recommending him to anyone searching for an artist! As for the location, it is a beautiful, hygienic and overall stellar tattoo studio. Having been there multiple times in the past, reception has always been friendly and knowledgeable.

I walked in today to get a nostril piercing after deciding over a year ago to get it done and oh boy was it ever worth the wait. Deacon was the coolest dude I've met in a while, and we chatted and laughed a ton before the actual piercing was done. Afterwards he sat me down to explain proper aftercare and gave me a really comprehensive sheet for aftercare instructions which was great because usually I forget what people say when it comes to caring for tattoos or piercings. Anyway, it was such an incredible experience that I'm going to start going there for my tattoos as well. Will DEFINITELY recommend to any and everyone I know :)

Clean, honest, will always no. hours necessary for a tattoo was less by a wide margin (saved on expected costs), did what I requested. Piercings done professionally too... Oh and after-care info was on point! Great for first timers especially - you'll feel extremely comfortable. I'm going back for a third time soon guaranteed.

I've had a few laser removal sessions at Tora over the past 2 years and have seen fantastic results. Steve walked through everything during a consultation with me like the costs, how the laser worked, side effects, how long it might take, his training. He wasn't pushy at all during the consultation and didn't try to sell me on anything, which really helped me feel comfortable about the process. Great studio and great staff!

I have gone to Tora for six of my piercings and have had a great experience each time. Deacon, the piercer is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. He is EXTREMELY sanitary and made the healing/ cleaning process very clear to me. I have also gone in when I had problems with my naval piercing and I was given assistance without a charge. After terrible experiences at Perfect Image I will never go anywhere else but Tora!

I honestly wish that I could give this shop a 0-star rating. Not only were the staff extremely unprofessional, but they also caused me long-lasting damage. They incorrectly pierced my septum (causing immense amounts of pain because they did not pierce where they were supposed to) and then stated that they had to fix it. I simply mentioned that I did not want them to fix it and to just remove the piercing altogether. They refused and against my consent, attempted to pierce my septum correctly. Years later, all I have left is a shattered septum and horrible anxiety from my experience here. Not only that, but the piercer was extremely rude, yelling at my brother who simply tried to take a photo (no flash or was not causing distractions). We would not have had a problem with no photos if there had been a sign or otherwise mentioned somewhere else, but there was no mention of it and no warning before the piercer began to get angry over the matter. Update: I appreciate the response, however, a company is still liable for employee actions regardless of how long ago it occurred. I am glad to hear that the employee is no longer employed there and that piercing is not an offered service, however, the experience impacted me and my life so severely that I will never consider going back here.

I got my tattoo done by Bryan yesterday and I could not be more impressed. I waited just over a month for the consultation and because of a cancellation, I got my tattoo just nine days later! The Consultation: Bryan went though the photos I brought and we talked about what I wanted, where I wanted it and made suggestions. He made notes on the pictures I brought in and was very engaging. He welcomed an email or a phone later if I has another thought or idea. He was very polite when I was leaving and I left feeling "heard". The day of tattoo: Bryan and I looked over the drawing and made some changes. BTW I had something in my head and Bryan made it better and took everything I wanted and made it work. The session was almost 3 hours long. Everything was cleaned and all my questions were answered. He and I talked about anything and everything and mini breaks were had. It was a very nice experience. Price: It was not cheap and the work was NOT as well. My tattoo is awesome and worth it. I didn't know you could tip the artist and of course I did. Why the long review? Know what you are getting into and that if you want excellent work, people and fair prices they are the people to see.
