If you're 20-30ish you're going to be smacked in their face with nostalgia the moment you walk in, and it's very likely you're going to be parted with some money. Endless popculture Tshirts, backpacks, hats, mugs, wallets, jewelry... I could go on. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My best conversation starter is my Bob Ross wallet, courtesy of Spencer's.

Spencer's has to be my favourite store to go to, along with Hot Topic of course. I get all my chains and chokers from here, I have a few t-shirts, and if I'm out with friends it's always the place I have in mind in case we need somewhere safe to go because the people working there are very welcoming and helpful, and the place in general is very accepting of all communities.

Its a great place to get alt-brand items, such as graphic apparel, novelties, incense, and piercings. I come here frequently, as inventory is readily changing, and i tend to find myself buying something i didnt intend to on entering The staff is friendly, and seem to enjoy working there. PSA Be sure to keep children out of the back. They do sell adult items, and it is no one but your own fault if your kid sees a dildo.

Funky store, always lots to check out ! They have an awesome selection of t.shirts, party games/favours for adults, jewellery, cool bedroom decorations, funny gag gifts, posters, blankets etc. If you are coming in with children I'd stay away from the back of the store as that is where the "adult" items are. They usually have deals on, and friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Crowded space. Great range of stuff though ranging from gag jokes for grandpa to sexy outfits for yourself. Smokers, metal heads, couples looking to spice things up, to people who like to drink. there really is everything in this store. Also for military members they get an additional 10%off with valid ID :)

If you're looking for a gift that is funny or out of the ordinary this is a great stop as there's tons to look at. Pricing is steep though for all that you are purchasing so be prepared to pay crazy prices. This is also an extremely small store that's hard to navigate so beware.

Staff here is a joke. Rude and unhelpful. Then has the nerve to get mad at their customers when theu had enough waiting and decided to help themselves. Maybe you both shouldn't be standing at the till talking or two of you to look for one sweater while we are standing next to you looking for help. J had veen in the store a a half hour beforehand whith no greeting or ask of assistance when it was clearly needed. Then "um you could you know ask for help" is NOT the correct response to someone shopping in yourstore. If you listened to me ask for help 3 times before hand of did your job and rounds to see if your customers need help then i wouldnt have to do your job!

Pandemic procedures on point, Great. I think my review is justified by being a long-term, repeating customer (at least once to 3 times a week over the years)... may as well classify me as part of the furniture at this point.

Every single time I've been here, it's always such a great environment. It's a non-judgemental, very inclusive place. Gave me severe anxiety. Employees coming up to me angry thinking I stole something wanting me to open up my personal belongs, I am a regular costumer, I go there every week and buy t-shirts because I love them so much. Was there with friends looking at jewelry when an employee approached me because my friend handed me my t-shirt card and I put it in my wallet. Anxiety attacks for several minutes after leaving the store. I am 15 years old. I will not be returning.

We live out of town but whenever we are in the city we have to stop here. They always have super interesting items and it's fun to just go in and browse. The staff are super helpful and even though it's always busy in here they are able to keep their lines down and put the customer first

Went in to purchase a Christmas sweater with my son on Dec.15/21 around 6:30pm. There were quite a few customers and only one staff member on the floor. The music is often a bit edgy when I shop here but not usually too harsh. On this day, though, there were kids and an elderly lady shopping and the song playing was over the top with F-bombs, hate, and was totally inappropriate and offensive. It was playing very loudly as well. We stood at the till waiting to pay for at least 10 minutes and there were about 6-7 of us in line and we could not find a staff. I walked around and finally found one dealing with t-shirt stock in the corner and told her she had a lineup waiting to pay. Right away she went to the till, and then magically, there was a second staff that appeared from wherever and started telling everyone that they were closing in 5 minutes! It was not a great experience.

I got lucky and found some awesome Naruto merchandise today. The young man who helped me was freakin’ amazing and super helpful. It’s a busy and stressful time for a lot of last minute shoppers but you made my Christmas shopping experience sooo enjoyable and fun. My son is gonna love his Christmas gifts. This store has a lot of very unique & cool things to buy, at times I go and look around. Recently a friend of mine went into this store with me and we were both treated very poorly. One of the ladies working called us immature and told us we needed to leave just for laughing in the store. My friend barely speaks English and I was completely shocked at how disrespectful she was to the both of us. Although there was another lady working at the same time who greeted us very nicely and asked if we needed any help. We were in the store for less than 2 or 3 minutes and I thought her behaviour was completely unnecessary, she gave us rude looks as soon as she saw us looking around. Not a great display of customer service.
