I got a tattoo which looks ok but they told me $150 & half an hour to do & when I went to the app & got it done it took 3 hours & $200 & then I wanted to get my industrial done they wanted appointment to measure my ear and then make an appointment to do my industrial, and they said it be 100 plus the jewelry which was ridiculous, so I went to another place for 50 dollars in Kitchener & I was going to get a tattoo today and like a small popcorn kernel and popcorn & that would be 80 like my uncle in Windsor said he will do it for 60 all day for anyone

My appointment for ear piercings was for 6pm, I showed up at 5:55 and I was told the piercer just stepped outside but when they went out to get him, he wasn't there. I waited for one hour and left.

Mike the owner is a pretty talented artist with a great personality to keep you occupied during the tattooing. Was a bit nervous not going to lie getting my first tattoo and wasn't sure if I would like the outcome but it came out pretty nicely! Definitely recommend this shop

Texted them to make an appointment, a time and date were given to me. When I show up for my appointment they tell me that no one actually booked me and they could not get me in. I was offered a spot the next day however I’m went somewhere else as this is just incredibly unprofessional and I am not paying for a rushed tattoo that had to be squeezed into their schedule. I have a very physically demanding job and had to take days off work and plan enough time for healing, nothing was offered to me for my waisted time, I value their work and time but I value mine as well. It used to be one of the best shops in town unfortunately lately the more they grow it seems that instead of improving they just up their prices, quality and customer service keep going down fast

The guy's gun wasn't working properly and had to continuously go over lines in hopes of some ink coming out. Then he drew on my finger tats with thick black sharpie and couldn't see his ink lines so they came out crooked and the one on my middle finger isn't centered. Then the owner rudely rebutted my complaint. Will never go back.

Jasmine broke the number one rule of don't ever do the exact same tattoo on someone. Well she did it on two of her clients. Never been here but absolutely the dumbest thing you could do. Lack of skill and creativity is what we call this.

Got Roman numeral tattooed on me but when they put it on the flipped them so now it’s tattooed wrong on me forever. Took 3 hours for me and a friend to get very very small tattoos one which they messed up. Didn’t even get an apology or anything they still charged me full price and we’re very apathetic and unprofessional. Tattoo doesn’t even look good it’s crooked and the lines aren’t sharp. Now I’m going to need to spend almost 1000$ to get this tattoo removed or covered. I will never go back.

Long story. Short version: went for a piercing, owner treated his staff badly, wrote a review on their Facebook, owner cussed me out on review. Have met a couple people who got tattoos there, latest one looks badly infected on a guy who has multiple tattoos and knows how to care for them. All around bad place.

My wife wife went there was quoted 180 actually charged 280. Was not informed it was cash only till after the work was done. The artist was great and did a great job, very nice tatoo. If you go here make sure you cross ur eyes and dot ur tees before ur go and double check before you get in the seat.

One of the worst tattoo experiences ever. The artist to my understanding is no longer there. "Mike" ( confederate flag on forearm) I was advised that I would able to get a touch up once my tattoo is healed, even called to confirm that i could come in, and when i do come in, the artist claims that " he is not going waste a needle" completely unprofessional and absolute disgusting behaviour all while the supposed owner watched. Unprofessional. I highly suggest going to another shop, this place is an absolute joke.

I've gotten tattoos from a couple of different artists there (Jasmine and Spencer) parking is a little difficult if you're staying longer than 2 hours but they have comfy chairs and artists that are quite versatile!
