My brother and I had an appointment 8/13/20 with Arthur. The overall experience, even with the COVID 19 restrictions, was excellent. The shop was clean and staff very friendly and professional. After our tattoos, during checkout, I (somewhat embarrassingly) fainted. The shop responded quickly and incredibly; purchasing me a cold water from next door, keeping me safe and comfortable, gave me candy to help my blood sugar, and were very reassuring. I cannot speak more highly of a tattoo shop! I will absolutely be returning and recommending Pino Bros to anyone!

Pino has the best artists - Ben Pease and Kurt Brown are by far the best I've seen from here to NYC. The place is always clean, always playing cool movies and music, and the guys are just always fun to be around.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had gone in early March and booked an appointment. Because of the lockdown, the shop was closed for a few months. When they reopened I was contacted by them and told that because of the closure they had to cancel my appointments and rebook them for a later date, which is absolutely fine. This call took place in late June and my new appointment was booked for January 5th. When I called the weekend before my appointment to confirm, I was told there was nothing in the books, so they told me they would investigate and get back to me. I later recieved a text message from Holly saying that I missed my July appointment (which they had already cancelled in June) and because of this they cancelled my January appointment also. When I explained to her how this was a mistake, and that I couldn't have missed an appointment which they had already cancelled, she simply didn't respond. 5 days later I contacted her again, and still no response. After paying a $150 deposit, you'd expect some communication on their part at the very least. It was the most unprofessional and ridiculous experience I've ever had at a tattoo shop, and at this stage I'm happy to let them keep the deposit just so I don't have to deal with them again.

Artists here are top notch. Definitely make an appointment if you need a consultation. The new facility is fantastic and the owners are going above and beyond to make your session enjoyable. Two huge projection screens, loads of TV monitors - all sync'd up so that you can see the show/movie from any seat while you get your ink.

I want to say this place was AMAZING. The people here were cool, I like the feel here right from the very start. Cool music playing. Very clean place, well organized. I went here for my first tattoo. I had already decided what I wanted. Went with my own artwork. Dave, explained everything he was going to do. Showed it to me and we discussed it, size, placement, everything. He then went to work. Told me we could take breaks whenever we needed. Didn't need to. This man knew his job. No bleeding, no real scabbing. No pain. Dave totally ROCK!

I went here for a piercing and had a great experience. The shop is extremely clean, the staff is friendly and the piercer, Aaron is super professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended! (Just make sure to call ahead and ask what hours Aaron is in, I initially came in on Friday at 7pm and he had already left for the day)

My experience was amazing!!! I would highly recommend this place. The tattoo artist I had was John and he's very patient and knowledgeable/educated. He truly cared to make sure I was going to be satisfied with the tattoo I'll be getting. I always get compliments on the detail of my tattoo. Also, the place itself is clean and spacious. There was a movie playing, while I was getting my tattoo, which is awesome, because it helped me to be entertained.

Excellent artists and great people. A few years ago me and my 60+ year old Father went to get inked together. This was my 5th tattoo and my Dad's 1st ever. The skill of these guys can not be overrated. My Father was cleared by the doctor even though he was on blood thinners which could have made getting inked impossible. Not for these guys. Not only did they they pull off my Dad's ink, there was no blotting or running of the ink. My ink came out great as well. Got a tattoo by Ian Adams yesterday! Great experience. He drew it up for me before I got there (based on an email consultation) and it was exactly what I wanted. He was professional and listened to what and where I wanted it. The whole process was great! I love it! Highly recommend this place. I work in healthcare and they were very sanitary and followed appropriate guidelines for COVID-19. A+++ :)

My husband and I were visiting from Chicago and were looking for a great shop to get our customary travel tattoos. (We get one every time we travel to a new place together). We read a lot of great reviews about Pino Bros and decided to check it out. We walked in on a Friday so they were busy but they made us feel comfortable during our wait. The shop had a great atmosphere and the artists were welcoming and friendly. Ben P was our artist and he went above and beyond for us both. There was an unforeseen circumstance that occurred but Ben and the others were incredibly professional in dealing with the situation. We had a blast hanging out and getting to know Ben and would 10/10 recommend him to anyone looking for beautiful work by a really cool dude. Keep up that Aussie accent Ben!

I mentioned that I was nervous, and John was so thoughtful, thorough, resepectful, professional, and kind. I really appreciated his explanations of everything he was doing, and pauses to check in on how I was feeling. I’m so pleased with the tattoo and experience, and absolutely recommend Pino Bros to anyone looking for a Boston / Cambridge area tattoo.

I'm not usually one to write a review but this was such a good place I stumbled on, I wanted to share!! I was in town for vacation and contacted Pino Bros Ink to get a tattoo while in town. I didn't expect to get in for a session but I did! I'm so glad I did. Because of COVID, the process is different than normal which made it even more enjoyable. Jon did my tattoo and did an amazing job! He took the time to make sure the design was exactly what I wanted. The shop was beautiful, comfortable and had such a good vibe. Jon and Ian were very friendly and I enjoyed my time there! If I were a local, this would be my spot! It was one of my favorite parts of my vacation and one of the best tattoo experiences I have had! Definitely pick this place!!

I would highly recommend Pino Bros especially for a first time tattoo! My experience was incredible from booking the appointment to actually getting the tattoo. They take COVID regulations seriously which made me feel extremely safe. Holly who checked me in was awesome and really friendly. You can work with him through email on a design and a price, come in, and have him knock it out. He's a great artist and a great person in general; the conversation is just as good as the tattoo. Awful experience here. I have multiple tattoos and I would never choose this place. I have been here two times and both times they try to triple the size of my tattoo instead of the size I want. I went in last week for a tattoo for my grandma in a specific place and my artist basically said that I need to forget about my idea because he couldn’t do it. And all it was was a Mickey Mouse on my wrist. Crazy place.

I got tattooed by Lulu and it was an amazing experience! We spent a lot time getting the details of my tattoo just right, and she was open to all the ideas we worked out. It felt very collaborative and I did not feel guilty or awkward with asking to change things! Lulu was also so friendly and kind and very respectful of my body. Not to mention she is an amazing artist and I am absolutely obsessed with my tattoo! The shop itself was spotless and the employees were professional, friendly, and respectful. It was not an intimidating space, even though the first floor was a single open space with clear partitions separating each artist's space (lower level had separate rooms with doors). They did have solid, taller partitions for a more private experience, too. Everyone was wearing masks and were actively cleaning the areas. From a health and safety standpoint, I did not feel uncomfortable at any time. Overall, it was fantastic and I will definitely be going back for another tattoo!

After reading up on tattoo shops in Boston, Pino Bros came up highly rated. I browsed their Instagram an found a few styles I liked. I went in as a walk-in and was lucky enough that Ian was finishing up and could take me next. The process was quick and Ian spent some time going over a piece of flash I was interested in. He sat down and sketched out a few ideas and we worked on sizing and placement preferences. The whole process was extremely professional, standard high level of cleanliness and sterilization followed. The crew at the shop are a great group. I am extremely satisfied with my tattoo and will be returning for another in the future. A huge plus is the screen and a giant catalog of movies.

I cannot give enough praise to this studio. I specifically looked for an artist to do my half sleeve, a very detailed black and gray. Ben knocked it out in two sessions and I couldn't be happier with the result. My whole experience has been incredible! The staff here is awesome, the artists are so professional and still so laid back and easy to get along with. I took my fiance, sister, and brother in law here to get tattoos together and Ian and John made it a very special experience for us. My brother in law was extremely nervous about the experience of his first tattoo... until it actually happened. Now he's raving about how great it looks and what a tremendous job they did. He even said he'd fly back up from Houston just to come here again. Pretty high praise! Guys, thank you for being amazing. This is the only place anyone needs to go for tattoos.
