Just got my nose pierced by Mark and I almost fainted afterwards (I'm assuming it's because I didn't have enough sugar in me) he helped me sit down and got me water and a lollipop and it helped a lot. The piercing itself took less than a minute, Mark is very helpful, professional, and good at what he does. I'll definitely be coming back here if I want another piercing.

I brought my daughter for nose piercing all the way from Markham as I work in this area and the stud came off within 2 days as the hook inside was not twisted properly. She cam back all the way to get this fixed in a day and the piercing guy was on vacation for a full week (which is not my mistake) and when we returned after couple of weeks (as my daughter had to take off from her university), the guy was adamant to redo unless I pay the full amount. This is ridiculous. He didn't even consider that it was he who was on vacation while there is no one else to replace him and also didn't consider giving a discount as I was ready to pay a portion of the amount. Very very rude treatment with the customer and absolutely no customer service or customer care. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place, if you have any choice never go take services from this guy.....

It was my first time ever walking into the shop and it was very clean, staff was super friendly and discussed my piercing with me while I was waiting for Mark. He is the nicest guy! He made me feel really comfortable and at ease with getting my septum done (which was something I was supremely nervous and anxious about). Went to Nighthawk with my 12 year old daughter to get our ears pierced. Mark greeted us the minute we walked in with a huge smile and walked us through the process. When it came time to do the piercing, he was super friendly, very relaxed and prepared. The piercings went really fast as we chatted. We were provided with a handout explaining proper aftercare for our piercings. The shop is very clean, without feeling cold and sterile. We did not make appointments, and were taken in right away. It has now been almost a week and our ears feels great.... No pain or redness and we love the look of our piercings. We're already talking about going back for another one!

I had my nose pierced by Marc a few months ago and am still bringing up how great he is to friends when I get the chance. Marc was not only incredibly patient with me but he also answered every question I had and informed me on everything I needed to know while being kind and making me feel really comfortable about the process. I had a bit of healing troubles, probably from snagging my nose ring off my shirts, and called the store, Marc talked me through what to and helped me out and never once made me feel like I was a hassle. I was originally going to get a rook piercing, but he informed me that the ridge of my rook wasn't deep enough :( and that the piercing wouldn't sit securely. I got my navel pierced ($90 including the jewelery and tax), as well as my ear ($50 inclusive) and he was professional, easy going, and laid back. And he was super patient while I made sure the placement was going to be perfect. A very sterile, clean environment that I would definitely go back to and recommend to others!

Had a piercing done here earlier this week, couldn't be happier with my experience. Mark was polite and thorough while still being quick! I was in and out within 20 minutes, admittedly it wasn't terribly busy when I walked in, but the woman behind the counter was polite enough and had the paperwork ready for me without delay. Would highly recommend Nighthawk if you're nervous about getting your own work done! Parking is free, prices were more than fair and listed on the wall when you walk in. Although, it would be nice if they were posted on their website for ease of access.

I have been going to nighthawk for piercings and tattoos for a couple years now. I have always had great experiences with Mark, he is very kind and honest and professional. I wanted a certain piercing and he gave his professional opinion and the pros/cons and I am very thankful that he did that because I changed my mind and didnt get that piercing! I got a tattoo from Mac a few years ago and I am sad to say my experience wasnt the best. He was very late for my appointment (maybe 45 mins late) and did not have the right art ready for my tattoo. The tattoo itself was very sloppy, which I was surprised about because I love all the work I've seen of his! The lines were wobbly, thick, and they have since blown up. I am looking into getting it lasered because it has not aged well (not due to improper care, I have many other tattoos and have experience caring for them long term, it is in a place that does not receive any sun. this is the only tattoo of mine that has aged badly). I unfortunately would not go back to get a tattoo from Mac due to these reasons but recommend the shop in general which is why I give 4 stars.

I brought my two daughters ages 10 and 8 to have their ears pierced and Mark was absolutely fantastic. He was calm, professional and the girls both trusted him immediately. He explained the procedure and how it differentiated from the old 'gun style' ear piercing. Both girls were a wee bit nervous, but with his reassurance, had virtually no discomfort with the piercing and were amazed that the 'pinch' was gone immediately. Recently got my earlobes pierced and my friend's cartilage by Mark! Mark was amazing, calm and very reassuring the entire time, even with me being super nervous. The piercing process was very smooth and the new needles used were disposed of immediately in a sharps container. The place itself was very clean and organized. It took maybe 20 or so minutes for each of us, so very efficient! We were also given thorough aftercare instructions. The price fit the quality of service and cleanliness. Would recommend to anyone getting a piercing!

Had my first tatoo here 25 years ago and still coming back. All the staff are very friendly, its incredibly clean. You will have to wait for.an appointment for a couple months but isn't that a good thing?

I was nervous ???? but am so happy I went here to have my piercing done. I have a deviated septum and he was able, with a lot of thought and skill, to have the ring look straight. Incredibly it hurts about 1/10 as much as I thought it would! It looks great and after two months has healed very well without any complications at all. I have rejected body jewelry before and was nervous about this but I didn’t have a reaction to the surgical steel ring. I was most impressed by his professionalism and cleanliness and willingness to try very hard to have my jewelry look straight. He obviously has a lot of Experience with this. He was very pleasant and made me feel very relaxed. It was fun. I highly recommend going here for any piercing work.

I have been to Nighthawk multiple times now and I will always come back here in a heartbeat! Mark has pierced my conch and both my seconds on my ears as well as swapped out my nose ring and my conch on separate occasions. He made room for me in between appointments when I couldn't remove my nose ring myself. Everyone here is always so friendly but he really goes the extra step to help you out and make you feel welcome. Their prices are reasonable and honestly I'd be willing to pay more knowing the kind of service I'm getting. I always recommend Nighthawk to people and I'll continue to do so!
