Love this shop. I have gotten 2 pieces done here and just got my third yesterday have to finish colour next month ...Paul does amazing work .The shop is clean and comfortable and all the artists and staff have always been kind friendly and helpful I have never had any issues with them. You can definitely tell they are all passionate about what they do. Thanks for always making me feel welcome and answering any questions I have and for always helping with my designs... true artists ❤❤

Absolutly love the environment, but lets be real, you are reading this review cause you want to know about how clean and how good the artists are, and i can guarantee with cleanliness 10 out 10, i felt very safe and comfortable. The artist who did my sleeve is Paul, award winning artist here, specializes in sleeve tattoos and probably much more then that, but his work is great. please do visit them and talk to the artist themselves if you want a real view on weather or not this is the right tattoo shop for you.

I made an appointment a week ago that was set for a consultation in October. I ended up getting the tattoo done at Head of the Class the day of and it was a great experience. Today I called Lucky Souls to check the date of my appointment (I had forgotten) and change what I had told them I wanted to a much bigger (more expensive) tattoo. I talked to a girl at reception who was extremely rude right from the start and told me there was no way to look up my appointment, even though I gave her my name and phone number and the approximate date I thought it was, she told me she could not look up the appointment and that I must've booked it somewhere else (I definitely did not). I then went in and talked to the owner and he claimed to have been at the front the entire day and said my conversation with her never happened because he didn't hear it. I have worked customer service my entire life and if a customer had come in and complained about a situation like that, I would be written up and the customer would've been given compensation. I am extremely disappointed with their attitude and how I was treated. I have now made an appointment for the tattoo at Head of the Class and my business will be staying with them. Learn to cut the snobby attitude and how to treat your customer properly I even apologized for the situation (even though it was not my fault) but got no apology in return

Definitely my favourite shop to go to for clean lines and artists who know what they are doing. Even though my tattoos are pretty simple the artists still take their time to make sure it looks absolutely perfect. I have always recommended Lucky Souls to people and friends who have been there all say the same thing - they love this place! Thank you for your hard work and welcoming staff right from the moment you walk in!

I lost my son 4 months ago so I got a hold of Barry and ask him to do the exact tattoo that was on my son's back.... because it was only 3 weeks after my son had passed I didn't really look at the picture and when it was done he put his own twist on it and it wasn't even close to being what my son has.... so I went back and asked him to fix it and he said the only way he can fix it was by me getting it removed not happy upset and now I got to live with something I hate

I was on a 4 month waiting list at lucky souls and it was well worth the wait the staff is super friendly and Paul and Berry have to be two of the best tattoo artists in Cambridge. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new tattoo you will not be disappointed

I had a sleeve done by the owner Paul over numerous sitting, and I couldn't be happier. The environment there is very relaxed and everyone is extremely friendly. Paul is an amazing artist and makes you feel like he really cares about his work. I am always getting compliments on my sleeve, and can't wait to get my next piece done by him. I highly recommend Lucky Souls!!!

Been going to Lucky Soul’s for years, almost on a monthly basis the past little while. The new shop is very quaint and very cozy, feels like home. The renos are incredible and the staff even more so. They know me by name and don’t treat me as a client but more so as a friend. I get my work done by Barry and I am always left pleased and can’t wait for the next session.
