Have came here in the past to see Nivek(for his amazing work)....who was not in the shop today. Unfortunately had a bad experience with Gary who was at the front and beyond rude. He more or less made it very clear he didn't want to deal with us and mocked us in front of other customers. Super unfortunate as I know I have never been treated like this here before.

They are very seriously following the new protocol re COVID which I really appreciated. Set up appointment and discussed our plans via email which was always efficient, friendly and professional. My sister and I just went for small symbolic pieces but I'm super-happy and will be going back for more (larger pieces next time). My artist was Ren and she was just like in her emails...friendly and professional...and talented too. I would 100% recommend this place.

The best part is he will not just take your money, if he thinks your ideas will not work or that he can't do it, he will work with you to figure something else out or he will send you to someone who can do it to make it look it's best. just got an industrial piercing here and have no complaints. staff and piercer john were excellent and sweet. shop was very clean and sanitary and has a lovely layout. parking is a little tricky but it's all worth it to me. will be going back again and highly recommend it to those looking to get a piercing or tattoo.

I met Nivek about 10 years back when he did a piercing for me. He was totally awesome and very compassionate walked me through step by step as to what to expect. I have since then had a few tattoos done by Nivek and again couldn’t ask for a more relaxing environment. Totally love Nivek and Ren they make coming in and getting a tat a very enjoyable experience. Nivek is very helpful and patient with getting the perfect Tattoo designed. My son and I had matching tats designed and done by Nivek. I will always recommend this shop for Tats or piercings.

Absolutely my favorite tattoo place. The atmosphere is relaxing, there's no pressure on being the 'perfect' client. His staff as amazing as it always is and the shop looks in immaculate condition every time i enter. He is very very clean! You touch one thing you shouldn't and he's cleaning the whole area again. Nivek is an amazing professional and an outstanding man as well. I have 11/12 tattoos from Nivek and 9/12 of my piercings from him. I've gone to other places to try them out but nothing compares to Nivek and his work. Going in today for some more work as well. Can't wait! My loyalty lies with Kitchener tattoo and Nivek! If there was an option for more stars I'd give him more! I highly suggest Nivek and Kitchener tattoo to everyone i meet.

Jon was awesome and I could not be happier with my piercing! I also want to thank Ren for my amazing ink!!! I have a horrible needle phobia and it took me a LONG time to figure out what I wanted and she (and Nivek) were incredibly helpful and patient with me. It took two trips (apparently it's super important to eat something before getting a tattoo, who knew?!) :) but we did it and I could not be more ecstatic with the job Ren did. Walked in with no appointment - fit my daughter in to have her ears pierced, they made her feel comfortable which was super important to me ! I asked about my rook piercing and what options I had for jewellery they helped me out with just changing the ends which I was extremely pleased with - they didn't even charge me for ! He kept me calm and collected during my first tattoo, set up in front of me so I knew everything was new, let me have a break when I asked and switch positions to get comfortable, my tattoo turned out amazing. Not a good experience. Got my ears pierced, crooked and uneven. Got an infection because of the wrong type of jewelry he gave me. Don't go here because there's better places. The employees aren't too nice, they think they know it all except the one guy named Mike. Nice person to deal with and actually listens to you. Overall experience is not good.

The shop is clean and comfortable, my art work is gorgeous, he's affordable and fair.
