Got a tattoo here and I'm very happy with it. The guy was friendly and patient with me while he made my tattoo perfect. I've also bought a few things from here and have never had any issue. Going back for my next tattoo soon!

Avoid this place by all means! The piercer didn’t pierced me in the right spot.He never once showed me where he was piercing. Worst pain I ever experienced for a piercing and I have quite a few. I do not recommend getting any piercing done there.

Despite the obvious sign on the front door and the hours listed on Google maps, I somehow still managed to think that they were open today (tuesday). I showed up and walked up to the front door and an employee was sitting in her van out front, she asked me if I needed anything and let me inside to grab a couple things for my brothers birthday gifts. This was above and beyond anything I could have asked for! I love the happy faces I see when I go here and this will always be my go-to head shop!

Literally not Happy at all with this place, very bad service.. Asked for one piercing and he said couldn't do it. Then the fact he was drunk and you could smell the alocohol off his breath, and went to pay and he walked away as I went to hand him money to talk on the phone and other guy came over and they made me wait 5 mins if not more to get my change back. Then got home and the ball totally fell off as I called and told them he said play around with it and it'll go through sometime.. Like I paid $65 and it was a waste of money never will go back to this place again. Should have walked out, I'll go back to just going to kitchener by the court house for now on as he's friendly and more professional at his work.

I was not happy at all. My first experience here was great with a young gentleman who pierced my nose about a year ago. I went again today to get my industrial piercing. Which I had called two weeks ahead of time and they didn't book an appointment. Was still able to get in though. I had an older guy do it this time and I was not happy in the least. He did not show me where he was going to pierce me and did not communicate at all. He had to re-pierce me because he had messed up! Not to mention when trying to put the ball on he took off his gloves and did not wash his hands! He also had pierced my friends navel with out asking for I.D I am 15 and had my mom sign. On the other hand my friend had just told the guy she was sixteen and when she asked he needed her I.D he said "no I trust you"! Sorry for my rant but please do not go here!

Not really happy that they're selling non-authentic ROOR pieces as Legit, but I bought a vaporizer here a week ago for $120 + tax only to find out the manufacturer sells it online for $45. That's aggressive.. Last time I'll ever shop there.

I've only been out here once but heading out tomorrow to get me one of those automatic weed grinders. Should have bought it on my first visit. It took me 40 minutes to grind out 20 grams with a manual unit. Too much wrist turning. Not good if you have or have had carpel tunnel like me. The prices seem to be cheaper than another place I visited here in town. There was 20 bucks difference in the same unit, so I bought mine here. Hoping they have a good selection? If I have to order then I will wait. Nothing worse than buying something your not happy with. The man that works there had the hippy like look to him and was very friendly and knew his products well.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Great staff, prices are alright. Bought a 140$ Cheech and Chong bong (the perc and ease of cleaning sold it), went to pull the downstem out to clean it after the first use, bong chipped right at the mouth (small piece, still seals). Brought it back to see what they could do, was told they cant do anything / no exchanges or RMAs. Love the bong, will be checking in with the manufacturer but little disappointed nothing could be done after a 1 day defect. I like decent glass that lasts and take care of my pieces, and I will certainly own that I didnt think to check in with Heads policies before purchasing. They've been in Cambridge almost as long as I have, didnt really cross my mind that it'd even be an issue. If you're looking for a decent piece I highly recommend doing some research on a few choices if you care at all about warranties to make sure you're covered for what you buy before dropping the $ (it's no Snoop Rocket but 140+ still isn't super cheap).

Sean Patrick was wonderful, the tattoo that he did was exactly what I was looking for. He is talented and professional and a great conversationist. His prices are extremely reasonable. I will definitely be coming back again for another tattoo. The shop itself was great, I purchased a couple of earrings that were great price and adorable.

I purchased a vaporizer randys zipp april 22 for 135.00 and it just stopped working june 15...owner pretty much said too bad send back to company.I will never purchase in this store again...and just down the street at ROCK UNIVERSE I purchased a similar product for 40.00 cheaper and have a 2 year warranty and bring back to the store policy.

Rip off artists if you ask me. $50 for a little Chinese symbol that takes only 20 minutes and your hourly rate is 60. Only used black at that which is the cheapest color. For people that's unexperienced I can see you take full advantage of them. Not an honorable way of doing business. Good luck in the future
