I got my industrial bar and nose piercing done here. I had a lot of questions; he said everything will be fine or it wasn’t a serious concern. I went with the flow. He was really nice and asked if I wanted water or to lie down to pace myself. He was like a dad. I was surprised he said to clean my Piercings with Spectro gel instead of a saline solution. They are the best I went to Perfect Image 2 times and walked out both times without getting anything done after my bad experience at Perfect Image I got on the bus to go home then seen exotic. I got off the bus at Exotic walked in and there and then was pleased with their service, great prices I got 2 piercings done in 20 minutes and both we basically painless and perfect. Best service I could have asked for. Been told by many friends that they are great for tattoos also and the people walking out after getting a tattoo definitely seemed satisfied. Andrew first assured me his exact words "We don't suck often" haha very good place to go.

Tim pierced two spots on my lobes, and I am very happy with his service. He was very calming and informative, and the overall process was very sterile and safe. I can’t review the healing process, as I just got them done today, but I’m sure it will go smoothly. Tim has a wonderful sense of humour that helped the whole process go smoothly, but I’m sure some more “delicate” and “faint or heart” people would feel offended by his slightly rough personality. But what do you expect from a tattoo and piercing studio :)

Our 8 year old daughter had her ears pierced by Tim yesterday. Tim told us about his process over the phone and backed it up when we arrived. He engaged with our daughter and made sure she understood the process he would use to pierce her ears as well as showed her and explained the tools. He also gave her multiple opportunities to back out, rather than trying to force it through. He adjusted his approach to our daughters introverted nature and really took care of her through the piercing. We highly recommend Tim and his shop for ear piercing! Phil

Looking at the photos and reviews really shows that the artists here have amazing skills, and if you can get into see them thats great, but unfortunately I was never able to experience it firsthand due to the extremely disappointing communication with whoever handles appointments and emails. I attempted to make an appointment two weeks ago and provided all the relevant information, and only got an unprofessional and weird email back that kinda sounded like it was written by a 12 year old. They said there was time available "next week" (Aug 27-Sep 3) and then only asked when I was available instead of actually providing me with an appointment time or anything, so I just had to reply and play a guessing game when it came to their lunch, their other appointments, how long my own would take, how close to opening and closing the piercer stays. I replied the day after I received that email and let them know my schedule was open any time theirs was, asked about their jewellery ranges, and then never heard back until today, almost two weeks later, and the email said exactly this: "hey when would you be able to come down" Sans the quotations of course. Like I was not joking when I said it was written by a 12 year old. There was absolutely nothing else, and no response to my question whether it was prices, or types, or metals, or whatever else "range" could've been interpreted as. Plus I already let them know in the exact last email two weeks ago that they had just replied to about when I would be available, so asking the question again was just plain weird. As if they hadn't bothered reading my response to that same question two weeks prior. Honestly I probably could've done my own piercing, gotten it infected, gone to the doc, and taken a full course of antibiotics before I got this reply. At least then it would've been way less painful than corresponding with this person. I'm p sure I took a nat 20 d100 psychic damage from this tbh. I wasn't even gonna leave a review of any sort and just move on with my life, but the response today left me with so much emotional baggage I needed some closure in the form of making funny jabs like this. Hope y'all find someone who knows how to do whatever this^^^ was at least slightly faster and with more reading comprehension, cause I really wanted to come in before all of this. I wouldn't even mind the weird 'bring your kid to work day' responses if it actually got either of us somewhere.

Called in for a last minute super tiny heart tattoo and they were extremely accommodating compared to all the other tattoo places I contacted (which was basically every tattoo shop in K-W/Cambridge). They let me go in the next day and even opened early just to fit me in for a 5 minute tattoo. They were extremely nice and Tim was such a cool guy!
