Had the BEST experience at Pirates Loot. Jeff is insanely talented and his artwork is incredible. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and he really cares for his profession. I felt so comfortable being tattooed here and I'm obsessed with the work Jeff did. The other artists are equally as talented and everyone is so welcoming. Best tattoo spot in Calgary for sure, I recommend 1000x times!!!

Highly recommend this shop for both new tattoos and cover ups. Jeff is a fantastic artist that cares about the pieces he does, and the happiness of his clients. The endless hours he puts into his work (from preparation to completion) is almost impossible to find in this city. I wouldn't let anyone else tattoo me.

Tyelle has done numerous pieces for my sister and all have been awesome, I was going to be getting a piece from her but due to unfortunate circumstances could not do my piece. She was quick and very helpful in getting Megan to do my piece instead as I needed it done that day. She was just as good, and for my first tattoo, the service and quality was perfect. Will definitely come back for my next piece and highly recommend anyone to come here for a tattoo as well. Excellent overall.

Jeff is just an all around, great human. He makes getting a tattoo a positive experience and truly wants the person to be happy with what they’re getting. I have 9 tattoos, 7 which he has done and 1 that he fixed. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to put ink on my skin.

Jeff is fantastic. He takes the time to listen, and will work closely with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. His technique is solid and clean, and his art is outstanding. Pirate's Loot is what happens when a real artist opens a shop. On top of that, the entire staff are friendly and accommodating. Walk-ins are happily received, and you'll leave knowing you paid a fair price for an excellent result.

Very clean, inviting parlour with incredibly detailed and patient artists who are immensely dedicated to their craft. The artist who's work I had done did a fantastic job from the lining up of the artwork to the shape of my body, all the way through dealing with my wiggling and writhing during the whole process of the work, as well as taking incredibly special care packing and wrapping the freshly done peice. Pirate's Loot is a perfect name for this place. Because it's well hidden, and completely worth setting an open course to find. Five stars isn't high enough.

Awesome shop! Great atmosphere! Have been tattooed here by both Jeff and Kerrie. Their artwork is amazing and I love how they will tailor a tattoo to what you are looking for. Jeff is an amazing artists and you can tell he takes pride in each and every piece he has designed. Kerrie is just as equally amazing her work it spot on and she has such a diverse style and amount of designs to choose from that no matter what you are looking for she is sure to have something for you! Cannot recommend this place enough whenever someone asks me where to go this is always the shop that is first on my list. If you're not sure what to get they also have a walk the plank machine so you can get a random choice in what you get tattooed. I recommend these 2 artists over and over again.

Got my arm done by Jeff back in '14. I still Can't believe how perfect it turned out. People to date ask where I got my work done and I have no problem telling them to see Jeff in Calgary. The quality of my tattoo required no touch ups, however I got it touched up anyway mainly just to go say hey and hang out. (Cause he's that awesome!!!!)

Just finished my tattoo from Kerrie! It was a nice long sit and she was super kind and let me know when she would be doing something that might be more tender than other areas. She made sure if I was still doing ok and told me if I needed a break to just let her know. Her line work is super clean. I'm excited to come back to finish the shading and colour.

His artwork is absolutely amazing, his friendly personality and professional service is just out of this world! Prior to meeting Jeff at PiratesLoot, I had tattoos from a previous artist. My experience was rough, the tattoos hurt, they were thick and I had clouding. I decided for my quarter sleeve project, that Jeff would be the one to do it. He designed the piece for me so it’s unique and one of a kind! Jeff also made sure that I was 100% happy with the artwork prior to starting, and ensured I was comfortable and confident the entire time. I can’t even begin to describe how great the experience was for me. He made it super easy and relaxed, easy to talk to, we had laughs and overall a really good time! He’s very light handed and made the pain a bare minimum. The shop was clean, organized and a very relaxed atmosphere. His explanations for how everything worked, sanitization and cleanliness were top of the line. Again, I will shout it from the rooftops, I am SO happy with every single part of my experience at Pirates Loot, I will recommend them to EVERYONE!!!
