Great shop ran by very professional people. Very clean and everyone was nice and welcoming. The whole process with Taylor was super easy and she really understands what ideas you'd like represented in your tattoo. As a POC, she was very good with my skin tone. Shop knows how to work with ALL SKIN TONES, which is amazing. Overall, fantastic work. I didn't feel nervous at all! I love my tattoo!

Everyone here at Hemlock is so awesome. But I mostly work with Taylor. And I just wanted to say she's been such a blessing. I have had life throw every dang curveball at me and she has been nothing but accommodating and patient. I highly recommend this shop. I've only ever heard good things about each artist there, from my friends who have been able to get work done. I received a tattoo from Janeen back in November and I was amazed by both Janeen and the studio! Such a warm and welcoming environment, that made me feel comfortable and at ease the second I walked through the door. All of the staff are amazing and I strongly stand by both the quality of the work I received, and the policies and ethics of the studio itself. My tattoo has healed wonderfully and looks amazing. Definitely will be getting tattooed here again. I cannot recommend Hemlock Tattoo enough!

I have spent the last year getting tattoos from Hemlock! Once a month I’ve been in one of their chairs and I have the pleasure of having a full collection of all the artists. I have felt safe and respected with every visit. They all take the time to make sure you’re completely satisfied with tattoo placement and are constantly checking in on your comfort level. The studio is always clean and well maintained. Atmosphere is ~always~ light. Honestly I have a hard time going into another shop with the level of care I’ve received at Hemlock. Their studio model should be industry standard!

My boyfriend and I planned to get our first tattoos here and the whole experience was absolutely amazzinng! We drove all the way from Edmonton to go to Hemlock and got our tattoos done by Taylor and everything went super smoothly and the tattoos turned out perfect. The environment here is super nice and chill, the shop is super cute, and all the girls are super sweet. We will definitely be returning here in the future. 10/10 recommend going here <3

I had the pleasure of being tattooed by Taylor in January of this year and I have nothing but glowing things to say about her, and the Hemlock space! Taylor was very professional and communicative via email when I submitted my request when her books were open. She was also very open and kept me up to date with the various openings and closings due to COVID restrictions. During my appointment she communicated to me throughout about the process and offered options for breaks or stopping points if I needed to stop and return at a later time to finish. Her work is obviously INCREDIBLE, and I remain obsessed with my tattoo. Care instructions were provided and reviewed with me, and I think it healed very well! A testament to the excellent work and instructions provided. The studio itself is lovely, bright, and clean clean clean! I felt comfortable in the space and that the entire cleaning + COVID restrictions are taken very seriously at this establishment, which was much appreciated. Adequate space between tables, and just a wonderful, comfortable place to be (besides, you know, the whole being tattooed part ;)) I absolutely would seek out a tattoo by Taylor again, or any of the wonderful ladies at Hemlock. Thank you for giving me another reason to love my body!
