I had an appointment with Steph. She's an incredible artist who was meticulous in the placement of my tattoos which I really appreciated! She's also is a sweet heart, highly recommend her! I got to interact a bit with the entire team who all seem incredibly lovely. I'd highly recommend this studio as a whole. They have a welcoming environment and have a range of unique designs and talented artists.

The most beautiful tattoo I’ve ever received!!! Morrison is so sweet, so kind, and such a talented artist. I felt so safe being tattooed by him and he made me a piece that was so suited to me and exactly what I wanted without me even needing to tell him. He put so much effort into the placement and really valued my input. So incredible happy with my new tattoo and happy that I get to have a piece by Momo on me for life. Plus I am CONSTANTLY receiving compliments on it! Would definitely recommend him to ANYONE!!!

I just got a tattoo from Cale Kristel today. The shop was clean and welcoming, everyone was very friendly, and it was honestly the best tattoo experience I’ve ever had. Cale was very funny and chatty and he did an amazing job with my idea. I would highly recommend him!!! I felt totally comfortable there and I’m definitely going back.

I came to the shop for the first time last week, and it was a very, very clean shop. All artists were extremely friendly and welcoming. I have been to many, many shops in the city, and sometimes I get the feeling that a few artists are arrogant and slightly rude. I did not get that feeling from this shop at all. And my artist, Steph, was so adorable and did incredible work! I am obviously getting more tattoos at this shop in the future! Thanks guys!

I’ve been following this studio for a while now, but I went in for my first tattoo with them a few weeks ago. Steph had an appointment time open up and I was able to nab it and claim one of her super cute flash pieces! The shop itself was very clean and beautiful, and all the staff seemed very friendly. Steph herself is so cute and patient, and she seems to genuinely love what she does. She was very quick and efficient with my tattoo, but it didn’t feel rushed or sloppy at all. My overall experience was relaxed and pleasant and I can’t wait to come back! I would love to get another tattoo from Steph, and also the shop’s owner Jim (his art looks amazing as well).

Went in for a beautiful ditch piece by Morrison today and I left absolutely elated! He is the biggest sweetheart; he was so patient and considerate throughout the entire session. He really listened to my requests and worked with me to create a piece I will cherish. His style that is unlike anyone else's in the city and I can't wait to see all the art he continues to come up with. Definitely will make multiple visits to this amazing parlour in the future - it's welcoming and clean and bright and beautifully furnished and I love all the artists. If I'm able to giggle while having my ditch tattooed I think that says a lot about the dynamic there

I got a piece on my hip done by Jim and I could not be happier with it. Recently I went in for some touch ups and I was really impressed by how accommodating he was. Jim is an amazing artist and the detail and thought that goes into his art is incredible! On top of Jim being a phenomenal artist, the shop itself is very welcoming and professional while still maintaining a chill atmosphere. You can tell that the people here do their best to make their clients feel comfortable and safe in their hands. Couldn't recommend Jim or 9 Element more!

Steph made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way and was very easy to talk to. You can tell she's very passionate about her work and she truly enjoys what she does. If you're getting a first tattoo or just want a super quality design, you have to come here !

I highly recommend this tattoo studio. If you're looking for an artist that cares about your art, pain level, and is highly skilled, I'd choose Jim. My tattoo is about palm size with full colour. I got quite nervous before the session but he made sure I was going to be alright, he even made a few jokes, which made me feel less intimidated and a little relaxed. Since my tattoo was on the inside of my calf, I was awkwardly uncomfortable but he made sure I was comfortable, with lots of readjusting and asked if I was okay. I asked for a lot of detail for such a small tattoo, and didnt think he would actually consider adding them all in, but he did. And to my surprise, he went into great detail. He made it look amazing, better than what I was expecting. I would definitely book with him again in the future. Maybe for a larger piece!

Steph is an amazing artist! I've seen her for 4 tattoos now, one was a difficult coverup. I'm always impressed with her professionalism, her ability to understand my wishes and willingness to work with me on a design. She also makes sure that I'm comfortably seated when getting the tattoo which I think most artists forget about. I've had some bad experiences with artists before and Steph is far and above the rest both in artistic ability and customer service. I will definitely get many more tattoos by her! I also love the all the plants living in the place too it's like it own little jungle :)

She made my design exactly what I wanted and made sure I loved everything about it, and was willing to spend as much time as we needed to make it perfect! Both in placement, and design! I’ve been tattooed by two artist from this shop and the work they did was amazing (3 floral pieces and one snake)!! All the staff/ artists are very friendly and the cleanliness of the shop is kept up to par. I would recommend checking out the shop and the artists’ instagrams as they offer different variety of tattoo styles.

Just completed my leg piece with Cale. I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out, the attention to detail was insane and everything I asked for. It’s a very safe place, and trustworthy. The shop is super clean, very nice, professional, and every artist in there is super friendly. Even though I got a tattoo with Cale I still was introduced to every artist. I’ve been to many tattoo shops but this one by far is the friendliest, cleanest, and raddest. I’ll be back :)
