And as far as Sean Jones is concerned, the man is an artist, who is excellent at his craft. He is not strung out, he does not make your tattoos more painful. Hes a perfectionist! He has vision, and will never steer you wrong. Sean is the man, believe me!! I sought him out, we started a project together, and its hit the ground running, I will be going to Sean for all of my work. Feel free to ask me about his work or anything. You won't need too. He helped me choose a nice stud for my nose (giving really great feedback and not rushing me), and then proceeded to make extra sure the placement matched the ring on my other nostril. Incredible atmosphere! Found Emilio on instagram and I swear this was a lucky one. It was my first tattoo so It really could be hit or miss with the lack of knowledge. Went in for a rather simple tattoo. It was a common saying in another language. I had it printed out and everything ahead of time, but the secretary helped me pull it up on her computer and edit it to a better size. I triple checked to make sure it was spelled right. Go in and get the tattoo. I brought a friend, and it was a walk in so I had who ever was available. At that time it was Ricke. I have a high pain tolerance so I was fairly good the whole time. Finished up just fine, paid, tipped, and left. Once home I go to take a picture to show my parents, and I realized it was misspelled. Misspelled from the reference I brought in and the stencil. I was furious, and called them in a panic wondering how I'm going to fix it. They told me to let it heal then come back in 3-4 weeks. I travel a lot so my schedule is very convoluted, so I made an appointment. I come back in about 4 weeks. He puts some white ink over the mistake, and tells me to pick it off as it's healing and it will come off. Simple enough. Tells me to come back in again in about 3 weeks so he can check on it, and this time not to make an appointment. So I come back and I'm a walk in. Turns out he's not there - he's not even working. He's at a tattoo conference for the next month and this is the first I've heard about it. They tell me to come back in a month, but I also had a trip when he was coming back, so I came back right after that. This repeats twice where I come in for a walk in and he's not there, or busy. The second time I make an appointment in person for the next time I come in. It's in the evening, and that day I happen to have another commitment downtown, so I spend all day downtown. Come in to the tattooing place, and he's busy with another client in the middle of a tattoo, despite me having an appointment. They ask if I can come back in an hour, and I'm exhausted, so I say no, make another appointment, and go home. I finally come in for my appointment. We discuss the touch ups I want done, and also the small free tattoo he'd promised me as consolation for the mistake (which is a very good business practice). Turns out I was double booked, because in the middle of my appointment he leaves for a consultation with another client about a tattoo and comes back to finish talking to me. Very unprofessional. I'm disappointed about the mistake but I recognized the good business practice of offering me something for free to save face. That was lost in the following unprofessionalism and the many appointments I had to make to just get one simple spelling correction. The secretaries were very nice and helpful but Ricke was not. If I ever go back to The Fall I will make an appointment with a different artist.

First was flash and the second was something she helped my friend and I design. She was quick with her responses when helping make the design and really flexible to work with. The fall tattooing and piercing is my favourite piercing spot. Both Matt and Chance keep an extremely sanitary piercing room, and they only pierce you with titanium pieces or better. They're both super professional and really kind, as is the rest of the staff and tattoo artists I've met. The tattoos here are amazing too, I have one tattoo from Cristina and Rick, and I continue to get compliments on them both. Kudos to the fall, I'll most certainly be returning in the future.

One of the best piercing experience I've ever had (and i've had quite a few). I was asked to sanitised my hands entering the store, while Matt sanitised my phone and ID with disinfectant wipes and took my temperature. The shop was spacious, but they were only admitting 1/2 customers each time. This made me feel safe and confident that the shop was doing everything they could to keep both their employees and customers safe from covid. Both Amanda and Matt were very helpful, personable, and friendly; swift, efficient but never impatient. Overall, a 10/10 experience, and would recommend Matt's service to everyone!

My friend and I dropped by today to get some lobe piercings done. I've been pierced by Chance on a couple of occasions while he was working at a different shop. I got a larger gauge lobe piercing today and he's just as good as I remembered. I knew he was a gem but seeing how careful and sterile he was while he was piercing my friend's earlobes made me realize how good he is at his job. All of my piercings with him (daith, rook, lobes) were done smoothly and pretty painlessly. Chance's technique is pretty phenomenal, the needle goes through before you really have a chance to feel pain. I'll be back in a few months to start stretching my lobes and for a second rook when I have the chance. Matthew was really lovely as well, super helpful when filling out forms and helping you pick out jewelry. Thanks guys :)

My almost 9YO daughter really wanted her ears pierced, but was also really scared to have them done. After a year of talking about it, she finally decided she wanted them pierced for Christmas. I took her to Chance at The FAll and he was fantastic. Chance is very professional and walked me through all the cleaning and sanitizing processes he does. Chance also spoke directly with my daughter and calmly explained the process to her and not only assured her that he wasn't going to do anything by surprise or without her permission, he was true to his word. My daughter is thrilled with her ear piercings and isn't at all scared from the experience. Chance is excellent and I would recommend him.

I had my left ear pierced by Matthew, and I have to say that he is very good with his hands; I didn't feel a thing. Finally, they offer a nice jewelry collection as well. I guess, I would've gone with a mainstream earring if not for here!

A terrible experience. So my tattoo day is approaching and the artist is not sending art or answering her emails. The Staff tells me not to worry; it's normal to not have any final design art sent before and reassures me any changes can be made the day of. I've never heard this before and have several tattoos. I show up for my appointment and I she says, "I don't feel good about the design I can do better. Let's reschedule! " I explain that I'm ready today; have the day off work and would love to get started. She insists on rescheduling. A simple email would of saved me the serious disappointment and waste of mental preparation; and also the expense of taking off work for an entire day of tattooing and getting down there and back on Ubers. The store calls me later the same day to cancel this and rescheduled my new appointment . While on the phone they had re-assured me that she will send artwork before my appointment. As my appointment nears nothing arrives.. I just let it go; and don't say anything. Today, my rescheduled appointment arrives. I show up; and she says she's nervous because she's not sure about something. She recommends another artist. I explain I chose her as my artist purposely because I like her style. She then says she'll be right back and sends the front desk guy to tell me they're cancelling my tattoo and giving me my deposit back ... and disappeared!! not nice This is absolutely the worst professional experience I've ever had anywhere. I can't believe I was recommended to the Fall from a friend. Such a waste of time money, and energy . Anyone whom this comes up with I will most definitely let know to Avoid The Fall! Fay is the most unprofessional Artist I've ever encountered.

Complete waste of 2 months, wasted alot of my time Got booked with JCee Capila, I was trying to get a piece for my recently passed Dad and friends, he said id be getting my tattoo January 7th on November18th, i sent my designs to him around December 18th and he didn't reply to me for a very long time around 2 weeks, so i sent another email asking where he was and why he wasn't answering and that id payed him 200 to book him for a reason, he sent me back an email calling me disrespectful saying I'm giving him double standards and that I'm using the money i paid him to book my appointment as leverage... very unprofessional, i was expecting a tattoo on January 7th and if your not even replying a week before with no context or communication then how would it even get done, and how would i know anything about where u are and what your doing if you don't communicate at all?? I was just really unimpressed with this, i thought i was going into a professional place with professional people and that i was gonna be taken care of and i was mistaken... I wish i got the great experience all these other people did.

So I went in to get a tattoo last minute and I was directed to a tattoo artist there, they didn't really have a portfolio for him but I trusted that everything was all good. So we designed the tattoo together and he was super patient, helped me design what I wanted and helped me pick the placement. It wasn't until I was on the table that I found out he was an apprentice, and had only been tattooing for a couple of years. I don't mind, but I would have liked to know ahead of time. Just seems like common sense to share that with your clients. I was also charged full price for the work, even though he was an apprentice. The tattoo looks great, Dana was great, but I can't get over the fact that they didn't tell me he was an apprentice. Thanks fall tattooing, I hope next time I leave feeling a bit better because there will be a next time

I came to The Fall when I found out I needed my body piercings out for surgery. Matthew Masterson was able to use gorilla glass jewelry to replace my body piercings so they wouldn't grow over. This was a clever and perfect solution. I went back and got my conch pierced today. Matthew is funny, attentive, professional and my experience was excellent. My artist Zaz (no longer at this shop, but a great artist) did an incredible job on the two tattoos I got from her and was such a lovely human to chat with for a few hours while getting tattooed. UPDATE: I have now also visited this shop to get pierced by Matthew. Got a tattoo by Bunni today and I am so in love! Every step of the process to book was easy and I was really wow-ed by the COVID-19 protocols and how professional everyone was. I really appreciate how the staff took the time to sanitize my phone, and there was lots of hand sanitizer available for clients. Throughout the tattoo, Bunni was very attentive and communicative. The manager, Matt, was a pleasure to talk with when booking the tattoo and he went above and beyond my expectations and made my experience so welcoming. First off, I was so impressed with how diligent this place is with disinfecting, sanitizing, and ensuring COVID-19 guidelines are being followed. I felt very safe. Matt did my eyebrow piercing. I let him know that I'm needle-phobic and that I was pretty nervous. He was so great with making sure I was comfortable. He was very gentle and in fact the piercing barely hurt at all. Spacious studio with great decor, art works and ambiance. It was my first time getting a piercing/tattoo and while I had some anxiety, Amanda and Matt were wonderful! Right off the bat Amanda was welcoming and warm, assured me the nerves are totally normal and that I'd be in good hands. He educated me on after-care, routines, tips, and really exceeded my expectations of the entire procedure. I'd recommend The Fall and their team without reservation! I’ve shopped here and been tattooed here before and always had a good experience, but yesterday was my first time being pierced here and it prompted me to leave a review. Matthew had already sterilized the jewelry and was ready to go, but when I asked for a different gauge he was very accommodating and started again from scratch, showing me the jewelry before sterilizing again to make sure we were on the same page. I really appreciate that he didn’t seem annoyed or rushed at all, just determined to make sure we were aligned. While I was waiting, I saw other team-members helping clients by answering questions, talking through aftercare, and Amanda even called someone a cab post-tattoo at their request. When finding the exact piercing placement, he made sure I was 100% happy with the positioning of the piercing before going ahead. He also answered all of my questions and made the experience relaxing and fun. I’ll continue to come here for all of my body modification needs because the staff are not only highly professional in their field, but they’re also friendly, patient, and so helpful. Thanks Matthew, and the whole team at the Fall!

I have had many piercings with various piercers at the fall and all have been extremely courteous and use good quality equipment. The atmosphere and beautiful art work make waiting for your artist a pleasure. I have also had tattoo work here from a few different artist all of whom have made me feel extremely well taken care of. As a woman, it is important that I feel comfortable. The tattoo artists there have always made me feel good and have worked with me until the design are just as I would like. My experiences have always been super positive. There location is great, so close to the skytrain, making going to appointments a breeze. I love these guys and would refer them time and time gain for people in Vancouver and those who are just visiting.

In early November 2019, I paid $257 for a nose ring. I paid the full amount instead of putting down a deposit after Matthew assured me that it would arrive in 3-4 weeks, more than enough time before I had to go out of town for a few months. By mid December, I haven't heard anything from the shop so I walked in to check on my order. Matt said it should be here soon. After a week and a half, with no word from Matt, I walked in again. Matt said it should be here in a few days. After a few days with no word from Matt (although every single time before I left he said he would contact me), I walked in and he said he will mail it to me. I emailed him on Jan 10, Feb 3, called a couple of times, then an email on Feb 14. I only got a reply finally, to which he said he'd look into it "straight away". On Feb 16, I sent another email since I didn't hear back from him. He said "I’ve just had chance to get to the post office now and the estimate they gave was $25 without tracking and $78.49 with tracing and guaranteed 5 days delivery time." Although it had to be mailed internationally, the item is a nose ring that fits into a regular letter envelope and weighs no more than a few pieces of paper. I sent him $25 the same day. He accepted the money, then radio silence again until Mar 4. He said the jewellery was mailed out when we last spoke and sent a photo of the tracking ticket. Tracking shows that he mailed it out on Feb 27 and a small part of the receipt attached behind shows that it cost him nothing more than $5 to send the nose ring out. By this time, I've finally received the nose ring. I asked for a full photo of the receipt. Guess what? No reply. I also got my nipple piercings changed while I was there. I had to go back 3 times to get it replaced because it wasn’t screwed on tight enough so it got lost. I was charged $10 each time except for the last time.

I saw her portfolio on Instagram, emailed her, set up a consult, and we were off to the races. Cristina took the image I loved and made art on my skin. It's unbelievable -- the attention to detail (you can see Superman's teeth!), the professional care she gave me, her genuine kindness ... Cristina is not only an incredibly gifted artist, but an awesome woman. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I've already got a list of the next projects I want to hire Cristina to do! Additionally, the staff at The Fall -- super nice, the place is VERY clean, and the artists all seem so supportive of one another. I loved how they would take breaks and come over and check on what Cristina was doing, cheering her on and oohing and ahhing over her work. (She's awesome.) I spent over 19 hours on Cristina's table, and I looked forward to every second. Five stars across the board.

WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN. My sisters and I wanted to get a set of sisterhood tattoos (5 total, so a nice full day of business for the company/artist) We booked it 6 months in advance to line up with our family reunion. We'd heard good things about the Fall, and wanted to book with Emilio because his portfolio looked great. According to the receptionist we were all booked in, BUT- The day before the appointment my sister called to confirm, because we never got a confirmation call. Lo and behold, the appointment didn't exist. Luckily the owner was the one on the phone, and he said no worries, that the tattoo appointment was still open with Emilio, and we could still get in that next day. WELL. We all show up, and after 10 minutes of waiting, the receptionist says that we aren't actually booked with Emilio... That he actually "Had a huge project that day, that was going to take him all day." Keep in mind that this was supposed to be a pre-booked appointment, but the receptionist talked to us like we were just walk-ins trying to get in that day. He said that we were actually booked with a different artist named Alex or Allan or something... well after a bit of sulking, we decided this new artists portfolio looked okay, and we might as well get the tattoo's with him since we had all travelled from across BC. An HOUR AND A HALF of waiting later, we get told that the artist ISN'T coming in after all, and no one knows why. We were told it was "probably" because he had hurt his leg the day prior. So after not properly booking the appointment, THEN booking it with the wrong person, THEN that wrong person no-showing with absolutely no calls or notice the ONLY compensation we got was our deposit back. Whoo-hoo. Nobody offered to try to fix this fiasco for us... we could have at least been offered a discount on a future service or something but NOPE. Oh and here's the kicker- When they got around to giving us our deposit back, there wasn't even any information in their system regarding it. THAT'S how disorganized their reception is. I can't say anything about the quality of their artists because we never even got that far,

My tattoo artist was Rick Dobran. We had a consultation call a week prior to my tattoo appointment where we discussed the design. By the time I got to my appointment, Rick had designed the tattoo with what I had in mind and some customizations. I really appreciated the forethought to have the design drawn and ready. We then spent ~30 mins to customize the design some more. Since this was my first tattoo, Rick was very patient and talked me through all the steps before, during and after the tattoo. It wasn’t painful at all, just like he’d said, it was like someone were scratching on my skin. It’s been 4 days, I’m very pleased with how it turned out!

I got my nipples pierced here and they were done horribly! I wanted them horizontal and they are both incredibly lop sided. The lady doing the piercings looked very unprofessional. She was wearing slippers and inappropriate clothing. I understand that this is a tattoo parlour and it's causal and laid back but she could have looked more presentable than slippers and to work. I should have known off the bat not to go there to get the piercings. The piercer is clearly not experienced so I would recommend going somewhere else. I'm rating this place one star because not one thing about my experience here was good

Long story short, Went in to talk about my arm piece and the guy said thats good and we can do that. He told me he would draw something up and get back to me in a month. One month later and .. nothing. My wife was getting a tattoo from the same place but with a different artist that's right across from my guy, anyways she was getting an arm piece as well and told me that guy would just hang around the shop not tattooing anyone unless it was some young girl. This is one of their '' Best artists" UNREAL and then one year later after i already went some where else the guy had the balls to e-mail me and tell me how busy he was and was ready to do mine. I told him what I thought of him and that the shop missed out on a $5000 arm piece. Anyways the place doesn't seem to be as clean as I think a tattoo place should be. all and all, bad service not very clean, do not go there. The artist that worked on my wife was great and good service, he should work some where else because its not his fault other artists give everyone else a bad name.

My experience with THE FALL was a trainwreck. I came into Vancouver for my scheduled consult, only to find the shop closed and lights off. I had called twice (2 times!) the previous day and talked to two (2!) different receptionists who both assured me that the consult time was correct. It was obviously not. So I wasted a morning driving into Vancouver. I contacted the artist/management and sent them a screenshot of the email I received with the incorrect time, and they had no excuse. They had no idea how it could have happened or who could have possibly given me incorrect information twice. This management raises my eyebrows. The artist offered to do a video consult with me, and I agreed because I figured that the scheduling was an unfortunate and irritating miscommunication and wouldn't get in the way of good art. Unfortunately the consult was no better. The artist was unethusiastic, snide, passive aggressive, and was obviously just going through the motions. As an example, here's an exchange: Me: So that's what I'd like. Artist: uh-huh. I can see what you're going for. Me: (laughing) :) yeah, you can tell what kinda things I'm into and what sort of person I am, huh? Artist: (as if I'd just dropped a slur).... yyyyyyeah.... :| Needless to say, I did not decide to work with this particular artist. Later the manager called me, and when I said I wasn't going to choose THE FALL he hung up on me. I have multiple tattoos and have never, ever, in my entire existence, had so much trouble with a tattoo parlour. I would advise extreme caution before selecting this shop. EDIT: Just check out other 1-star reviews and you'll see which artist to avoid. EDIT 2: The management called me. He's a pleasant, personable and nice guy who offered me a discount. I accepted, and then THE FALL just stopped answering my emails. Is it total chaos behind the scenes? What's going on with reception? I'm done chasing them. Why is getting a tattoo so difficult here? I really wish I had the wonderful tattooing experience here that everyone else seems to have gotten, but that didn't happen. I had $1500 I was eager to spend on art, and in the end I couldn't give them a dime. Recommendation: AVOID.

His personality was just adorable, and we would have spend the rest of the evening with him! We knew that what we asked for was pretty basic, but he made us feel at home and he really took the time to get to know us and you could tell he was genuine with his questions. The person at the reception was also incredible, they used neutral pronouns for my partner and I, which always warm my heart. That person also was able to make us feel at home and safe with the new protocols. Made our visit even more enjoyable! The space in general was extremely clean and you can tell that they are taking this pandemic seriously. They actually went above and beyond, so if you are anxious about it all I can say that you would feel safe there. To go back to Matthew, we wanted to say thank you again and hopefully we will run into each other in the future, you’re awesome and so cute 

So I paid 1 more hour, even my niddle is not perfecrt tho. Plus, he was broken a first appointment. Waste my time there. I dont recomment there. Find another shop. Too many bunch of shops in Vancouver.

The FALL was such a fantastic experience for me and my fiancé. We were in Vancouver for only a couple days, and he wanted a spontaneous tattoo. We picked a place with good reviews, and called to see if they were accepting walk-ins. Very friendly and helpful staff. We went in with a design we had made ourselves, very simple, and they were more than happy to accommodate. Found him a tattoo artist (Rick) who was very excited for the spontaneous "mom" tattoo! From start to finish, and incredible, clean, safe tattoo spot. If I ever want a tattoo in the future, I want it done here!

My friend and I were looking to get new ear piercings and we wanted to go some place that was professional. After looking at various places we saw good reviews about The Fall Tattooing and Piercing so we decided to go ahead and book an appointment. On the day of the appointment, I had checked my temperature to ensure I was safe to go. My temperature reading was completly normal so I decided to make my way to the appointment, keep in mind my friend and I drove almost an hour just to attend this place. Once we got there, the employee took my phone and ID and placed it in a bin to "sanitize", completly unessecary as none of the employees were going to come in contact with my phone or ID. So as I sat there waiting for my turn with my phone and ID taken away from me, the employee proceeded to take my temperature as apart of their covid precautions. I totally understood that it was part of the procedure and I agreed to do so. My temperature reading was ONE above normal and the employee refused to give me service. I tried to explain to her how I attended work earlier and they checked my temperature there aswell which was completley normal and how they would not let me come into work if it wasn't. I also mentioned how it was VERY VERY hot outside and how I had just been out in the sun, which could be the reason why my temperature was high. I asked if I could be given a couple minutes to cool down and then get my temperature rechecked. The employee gave me ONE minute to cool down and came back to check my temperature again. WHAT DIFFERENCE IS ONE MINUTE GOING TO MAKE?!?!?!? I was very frustrated as I drove so far out of my way just to attened this appointment that I had PRE BOOKED, yet I was still refused service!!

I am new to the area and was looking at getting a hand/wrist tattoo and wanted to go to a well known tattoo parlor who could get me in ASAP. When I called The FALL Tattooing and Piercing and told the gentleman what I was looking for and the placement of my tattoo, he was very pleasant and immediately put me on the phone with one of the artists, Rick Dobran. Rick was super kind and professional and made sure that the placement of the tattoo would be a good choice and asked if I had other tattoos before getting a hand piece done, as it is a more delicate and sensitive area to tattoo and definitely not for first timers. I appreciated his honestly and his concern as it made me feel extremely comfortable knowing that he cared and wanted to make sure I could handle it. He was super accommodating and was able to get me in within the hour and answered all of my questions honestly which I appreciated. What I loved most about this experience was that he wanted to create a unique piece for me that no one else would ever have and took the pictures I brought in and incorporated parts from each with his own unique twist to it. It also amazed me to see him completely freestyle the whole tattoo, which I never have experienced, and I couldn't be more happy with the results. Rick went over the tattoo multiple times to make sure the ink stuck and also to make sure everything was even. The amount of detail and fine lines came out gorgeous and I am so in love with my new piece, I cannot stop staring at it! Rick talked to me throughout the whole tattoo which I appreciated as it helps to calm my nerves and makes me forget the pain. Thank you so much Rick for the beautiful work you have done for me and also to all of the staff for such a great and welcoming experience and I will for sure be back to get more pieces completed by Rick in the future.

Be very careful of the pricing here. Even if they provide you a quotation, they will charge you extra without telling you until you are all done and paying. Then when you try to tell them, they team up and make you feel horrible as if YOU are the one trying to scam them. Brought my cousin from out of town to get tiny tattoos and had a terrible experience instead...service was good until you find out about the unmentioned charges which cost double of originally quoted.

Got my first tattoo here six years ago. Doesn't look like the artist who tattooed me is still there. He had over twenty years experience and it was my first tattoo, so I trusted him but over time, as I experience more and learn more about tattooing, I just get more and more mad. He didn't prepare me properly or really explain how to care for tattoos, had to research that myself. I also wanted thin, pencil-lines which he said was not possible with my design but every single artist I've talked to since says that's bullshit, he just didn't know what he was doing. Now my design is muddled in areas, lost the details that I wanted, it looks much older than it actually is. Going elsewhere to have it reworked.

My experience at the fall was a great one! The staff was very friendly as soon as I walked and made my appointment. My tattoo artist was sean. The first time i met Sean he talked with authority when it came to his craft of tattooing, showing his experience and knowledge. Sean truly cares about his clients. While Sean was tattooing me he made me feel so comfortable and was such a genuine person. He kept me calm and very comfortable. The number one thing i observed is that sean is very clean very clean. I remember sean putting on his gloves about to tat me up but then realized that my armrest needed to be adjusted. After adjusting it by just touching the handle he changed his gloves. He changed his gloves constantly when he touched anything besides the machine and me. His room was badass as well. Having sketchs and Japanese art all around. My experience with sean makes me want to fly back to Vancouver so he can do my thigh piece. I am from new york but if i stayed in Vancouver Sean hands down would be my official tattoo artist. He works fast and knows what he is doing. He is not tattooing for just the money but to share his craft with the world. He has so much knowledge and really wants people to have a good experience. I would recommend sean for any tattoo; to large full body suits to small butterfly pelvic tats. Your experience will be one to remember with Sean

Had three piercings done here- two with Chance and one with Matthew. Both are very professional and I felt safe with both of them. Relatively high prices- but I do not at all regret spending the bit extra for the service I've received, as all three piercings were placed perfectly and are healing very well so far. Far cheaper to get it done right the first time than have to return for re-piercing in the future. Highly recommend for any piercing needs. Will be returning for several more in future.

I had a healing rook piercing fall out in the night and my usual shop, Arcane, was closed the next two days (weekend during the weekdays!) I was able to schedule an appointment online at The Fall for later in the day. Their location is huge, super clean, lots of jewelry to pick from, cool decor. Very knowledgable staff; the piercer I had replace my jewelry gave me a few tips for helping my cranky rook heal better that have worked! I have no preference between here and Arcane - if you're looking for skilled piercers either one is excellent. Both are wheelchair accessible, clean, unusual decor, fantastic staff, wide range of jewelry to select from for your piercings. Just get your rook done with a threaded end not a pin if it's your sleeping side ????

Went there to get my third earlobe piercing. Nothing difficult for a professional, right? unfortunately, got stuck with a trainee (I believe her name was alisha) I wasnt worried since i thought she knew what she was doing if no one else was going to watch over her. fooled me. Even though she made markings, both sides were uneven. so she re-pierced the right side again. still uneven. Sooo, i went back a couple of days, and i think it was the owner.. he re-pierced (Third time) my right side. it's somewhat fine now. but isn't perfect even when i put an earring in, it goes in slanted! Over a year later they are still both tender to touch. I definitely do not recommend you go there for a piercing. especially knowing now that they cant get a simple earlobe piercing right.

We have never had a bad experience like the one at this tattoo place. I called in advance and booked to consult and get the tattoo done , I indicated I have flown into van and would like to get it done that day, the manager was very professional and polite and let me know that I have been booked with Jordan. When we got there, Jordon was very rude, kept saying he isn't aware of the appointment ,however the email I sent was to a shared mailbox. every time we tried to explain what we wanted, he kept saying he's confused and not interested in tattooing it. he talked down to us, and I believe thought we don't have any tattoos as they were covered and because the tattoo we wanted was so simple he wasn't interested. He kept saying he is the one that decides if interested in the tattoo or not and he isn't. we voiced our complain to the manager and he was very apologetic and understanding, but before that we received responses signed by the manager but it was sent by someone else , responding to our complaint saying that Jordon was in the right; however manager said he didn't send those. Jordon was the worst tattoo artist I have been too, I don't recommend him to anyone. very unprofessional.

Jarret Clarkson is the worst experience my friends and I have ever had with a tattoo artist. He would NOT listen to what we were trying to communicate with what we wanted for our tattoos. He was also extremely condescending. Not to mention he took up our time arguing with us until we lost our deposits. He argued with my friend so much - insisting that the tattoo had to be bigger. When my friend told him he did not want it bigger Jarret kept pressuring my friend to just get it the size that Jarret wanted until my friend flat out had an anxiety attack and needed to leave. Terrible customer service; called for a consultation with Geoff and got an appointment for Sunday the 8th. On Sunday at 12PM someone called me to say Geoff has called and sick and I have to come at a different day, so they rescheduled me to Sunday t he 15th at 4:30. Fast forward to Sunday 15th and I go there at 4:30PM. After waiting for 30mins and being told it’ll be 2 mins, of course no body showed up and I decided to leave and not get insulted for longer. I work at customer service and this was a disgusting experience. I’m just sorry for people who treat others this way.

The Fall is great! I highly recommend visiting my friend Lliam who works here. He is a competent and skilled artist who will ensure you have an excellent experience. He is relaxed and comfortable and honest. I have received somewhere in the ballpark of 12 tattoos from Lliam and have always been very happy with his work and his input in the size/style/placement. The Fall is a beautiful shop with tattooing set up in the loft upstairs. Each artist has a semi-private area which adds to the overall comfort and reduces anxiety. Thank you and cheers to Lliam!!

Personable, professional, and expert staff. I've never felt uncomfortable for a moment getting a piercing done by Chance or Matt. Cannot recommend this place enough. The beautiful, tasteful decor and atmosphere is a cherry on top of an always wonderful experience. If you want a piercing done in this city, choose here every time.

The staff that work front desk are so kind and fun. They work quickly to get you in to your apt. Safe Covid protocols ($20 extra charge for PPE kind of sucks when you're dropping big money on multiple sittings but I guess that's the price you pay to stay covid free so c'est la vie). They have a good electronic system for paper work and bookings that is easy to navigate. The merch is reasonably priced and cool as heck. Lastly and most importantly (to me) Jcee is an incredible artist. He is so diligent and transparent. His rates are great for the level of skill and precision that he offers. He has incredibly unique designs and I cannot recommend him enough. The other artists are often popping in or hopping about and have been very friendly as well.
