After many visits to New Edge INK and having the experience of small to very large pieces of art blasted on my body I can't praise enough of the quality of work they're putting out. Fito has dealt with me with a professionalism and personal courtesy I haven't yet found through my decades of getting inked. I suggest you look at the shop's artists if you're passionate about collecting art or just looking for that quick hitter.

I made an appointment with Rachel. When I showed up the person who answered the door was wearing a mask. Rachel walked over to me and she was not wearing one. She told me there is at least one person walking around their shop without a mask at all times. This happened yesterday, few weeks after masks have been announced mandatory indoors again. If health regulations are being ignored at this shop - in the ways of the mask mandate - then I wonder what other health regulations they're sidestepping.

I yet to even get a simple response ... if you're looking to get something done with a decent wait time .. I wouldn't bother with these guys as they haven't even responded once to the 5 emails/calls I've sent .

Place is really clean. Observes social distancing and other Covid measures. All the staff are really friendly. Special shoutout to my artist Denyse. Really thankful that despite the simplicity of the designs I wanted, she treated it like any other artwork she would do. It was my first time getting tattoos and I felt really comfortable the entire experience. I really wanted this to work out but i felt i was dragged on and robbed. Almost 3 months of no form of communication or information. I started out meeting one of the contractors at the shop where he informed me that he will do the work and i needed to put up for a 100.00 deposit (which is fine) I asked for a draft so i could see what i would be getting and this took 3 weeks. I had to re schedule due to not agreeing on the rushed drawing i got. 3 more weeks go by with no form of communication then 5 weeks and finally after 3 months or hearing nothing i had enough. If i can give this place a 0 i would Their contractor pretty much robbed me and then ghosted me Buyer's beware

I've had two tattoos done at this studio and I would go back a million times! Every time I've been here, I am impressed with the clean, professional and spacious studio. The artist who did my tattoos took the time to work with me to get it perfect before even starting inking. The artists really do feel like they are a work-family with each other and that they love what they do and all support each other. This is great as a customer because it makes it feel like you're getting a tattoo in an environment where the artist is under no pressure or constraints to do anything other than their absolute best work on you.
