My ear lobe holes closed a bit at the back and I wanted to get a conch piercing so I went to the Bodymods store by Winners.. The person at the front was approachable and warm and helped me pick out the right earrings and explained that they would try to use their tool to push through the holes first instead of repiercing my lobes, saving me money. Thankfully, they didn't need to repierce them. When he set up the conch piercing, he took his time to make sure he knew what I planned to wear in the hole once it healed so he could make sure it would display well. It didn't hurt nearly as much as I thought and aftercare was explained in detail. What a positive experience. I will definitely go back for help changing my earrings and further piercing. I highly recommend them. Thanks!

Love working at bodymods! By far the best job I've had. It's one thing to come to work, to work and another to come to work and enjoy your job. Working at bodyMods isn't just my job with my crew, but they are my family. I have an amazing manager that helps me set goals and build my self growth, she's helped me so much that my sales have never been better!! It means so much to have a team that cares about you, that messages you on your day off just to chat, shows they are thinking about you. As for the owners!! My lord are they the funniest people you will ever meet! When you think of doing inventory and store flips, your soul leaves your body I swear. I remember my first flip. I use to do it at my old job and it literally made my day worse, I was not looking forward to it. But the day we had it, I have to say was one of my funnest shifts. Music bumping, role playing, jokes, laughter. Have to say one of my favorite shifts. I will never forget it. If you are looking for a job this is the place to be! You may think it's just selling jewelry how great can it be, well I have to tell you jewelry is so personal, it describes a person, who they are what they like. And to actually be able to fine that perfect item for your customers sometimes you're there talking to them for like half an hour, by the time you find it you are literally best friends with your customer. I am a very social person I love talking to everyone. You meet some crazy and amazing people working here. I want to thank the owners and my team, for making this place a home, my safe place, and the best place to work. Love you guys!!

I love waking to this kiosk. I always have random questions and everyone who works there is super friendly! I want a nither piercing omne day but dont have the money for it but when i do i would 100% go here! There was this read head one time thay definately humored me as i asked a bunch or random questions! Nice people.

First time inquiring about getting my first piercing. When I first approached the kiosk, the young woman with red hair was busy cleaning the displays and what appeared to he filling stock. As soon as I said hello, I was greeted with a warm, friendly, and beautiful smile. Her name was Taylor. She was very informative, knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to answer all of my questions. She also informed me of the studio where I could get piercings and tattoos. What a wonderful hardworking and friendly employee. She made my day. Please thank her for her excellent service! Turns out you only get decent service from a few staff members. Management likes to sit on their ass and stare into their phones. This place clearly has terrible management practices when you decide to release employees who work for you while retaining managers that duck responsibility, pass blame and only work for themselves, not their company.

Visited yesterday (MAY 27) and Kayla helped me. She was very helpful and attentive. The problem with BodyMods is they do not carry many things I am looking for. I was looking for a barbell of 11mm in gold with two 3mm balls in gold. Nothing could be found. Kayla was helpful by writing down what I was looking for, and suggesting a look on the website.

Great staff helping me. But if you see something on their bodmods.ca website at $39 and expect to make the trip down to the store to pay that price, Don't make the trip! After checking with management they were unwilling to drop from $44 to meet every other regular price of that exact and similar item. Unimpressed with how they compare their store and web business...

Bought what I thought was a stud earring. Even showed the person mending the store my almost healed earlobe piercing. I was told that it's fine. When I tried this on, I notice that the post was too short (6mm), and when I tried to return this they won't let me. Looked liked I was duped on buying this, because when I found their store in Coquitlam Mall, I was told that what they sold me was a nose earring, the reason for a shorter post...WHAT A RIP OFF!

Booked an appointment, showed up early for the appointment, and they canceled my appointment, due to a last minute "policy change", not CV19 related Manager claimed they were the owner of the location and that they had discretion as to the arbitrary changing of the "new" policy
