Got my lip pierced and nose repierced (I had it done somewhere else years ago and took it out) just a few minutes after I walked in it was very painless and the lady who did my peirceing was very kind and informative the lady at the till was funny and also helped with I formation I needed to keep my peirceings clean 10/10 forsure.

Got one of my ear pierced a couple of weeks ago. The girl that dad the piercing was nice but the rest of the staff didn't seem too friendly. Since I was only getting one side pierced, they included one ear stud with the service charge and made me pay $10.00 extra for the matching ear stud for the other side. Although, I felt that the prices were too high for a procedure that takes less than 5 minutes, I didn't mind too much since the place was kept clean and up to standard. However, in less than two weeks, the 'stone' on one of the study had fallen out. This was something that I was advised to leave in for at least a month until the year healed. So, I went back to get it replaced and once again, the staff were very unfriendly. I had thought about purchasing a second pair but I decided to spend my money else where instead.....which was actually a good thing because when I was trying to replaced the stud, it slipped through my hands (which can happen quite easily) and as soon as it hit the table, the stone came off once again!!! So, what I feel is that this store charges high prices for very low quality products. The owner should also get better staff for the front desk!!!

I have been coming to Body Jewelz Metrotown for many years now and all 6 of my tattoos have been done there by different artists all who took pride in their work and customer service. The tattoo artist they have right now he is so fun to talk to and makes the tattoo experience a lot easier to go through.He is great details and lining and makes sure he can create a tattoo to the best of the customers request. Pricing is probably one of the best you will get around. Most of the time the other staff is able to answer questions I have about tattoos or piercings. I have only been there for tattoos but I recommend it to anyone whether it is your first or not.

I went in to get help with my infected ear piercing and the piercer was quite helpful but the receptionist kept suggesting for me to do things that the piercer was against that i found very weird. (Piercer suggested I don't touch it and use chamomile tea soaks and saline spray and receptionist kept telling i need to compress the bump to squeeze everything out) Receptionist also kept saying my wait time would be very short b/c she said mostly everyone in line was getting a tattoo but everyone in line ended up seeing the piercer.. I ended up waiting about an hour. They also charge 10$ for a service fee even though I was in there for about 5 minutes and all other piercing places i've been to charge nothing.

I love this place for piercings! The staff are super cool, really know what they're doing, and are really friendly and efficient! I've gone to those big fancy expensive places in Vancouver for piercings before and the only difference I've found is that the prices here are WAY BETTER!! And you can just walk right in! I wouldn't go anywhere else for a piercing! Keep up the great work!

Usually love going to this place. Recently got pierced with a short bar and it caused irritation bumps on both sides of my piercing. Came back to get it switched out with a longer bar and was offered a complimentary change out if things didn't get better, but when I revisited (still irritated) I was still suggested to pay for another piercing. Was told by the front person that I was pierced a little deep into regular tissue ... Front staff are always super kind and helpful, and I know the new piercer genuinely means good but im a little disappointed :(

I got my nipples pierced over a week ago. Christina was my piercer. She’s an amazing piercer! Very informative on everything about the piercing. I came back a week later due to one piercing swelling a bit, and got a longer barbell. Tori got off of her break five minutes earlier to replace the barbell. And asked if I wanted to change the other to both match. So I did. I walked out of this shop very happy, twice!!!! Thank you guys so much for the outstanding customer service!

I was on the fence about getting another ear piercing, I finally decided to get a Daith piercing at Body Jewlz. The woman at the front I didn't catch her name she was super sweet! Despite the store being busy at the time she was very patient, she made sure I was comfortable and informed before my appointment! Jody was super professional, she made it as quick and painless as she possibly could. For me, my pain tolerance is relatively low so the piercing and threading of the hoop hurt quiet a bit. However everyone's pain tolerance is different! The cost for ear piercings are ranging around $45.

I got three pearcings from them one of them got bad when i went to the store and told them that i need that removed the brown guy on front told me its bad after care , if it was bad after care i would have ruened all three of them second when i bought a nose hoop from them and asked to compensate the bad pearcing with no service charge the guy said its not out foult its bad aftercare due to which it has gone bad , i use to recommend them to my friends but after this experience i will never visit them again nor recommend

Walked in just to ask if thry could do a tat cover up. Not sure who the tattoo artist thinks she is, doesn't book consultations. Have to just randomly walk in and see if she's free to consult. Just to consult, and even then the girl behind the counter said she can't promise she can even do the tattoo because its a cover up. I Unprofessional and bad customer service. Also, after hearing she can't do cover ups, it makes me wonder if she's a real artist at all. Gives all tattoo artists a bad name. DO NOT GO HERE.

I've gotten four piercings here before (nose, tragus, navel and lobes) and have had great experiences every time. Never had any problems with infections or anything like that. The workers at the front are super friendly and make you feel very comfortable. The piercers are also great. No complaints at all, would highly recommend.

Personally, I have had mixed reviews getting piercings at this shop. Almost all of the staff is friendly and helpful. the prices can’t be beat! However one of the piercers is extremely rude, wish i caught her name but anytime i go there to get pierced and see she is the piercer in that day, i walk the other way. However, I have had all my piercings except one done by the other piercer! (i have personally only seen two working) Highly recommend giving her a try. Also warning, if you are paying by card they make you tip before your service has been done...which i find super strange.

The customer service was terrible. I got $200 opal and titanium belly button ring with a lifetime warranty about a month ago. I specifically asked if the warranty covers if the ball comes off and they said yes as long as you have the other part of the ring. Just recently the ball came off and luckily the ring stayed on. Knowing that the worker told me that the warranty covers the ring if the ball falls off I came to the store. The manager then told me that the warranty does not cover it if the ball comes off. I was fuming as i was promised this before my purchase. Instead of giving me a ball that matched my ring they said they could give me a discount for a new one or give me a plain silver ball. Don't recommend coming here.

Overpriced, $16 for a nose ring is a complete rip off. My boyfriend bought me the wrong sized nose ring. I called and someone said I could exchange them. After work I drove half an hour from richmond to their store and when I got there they told me I'd have to buy a new one. He already spent $40 for 2 hoops. Why would I spend another $16

I am writing this review to warn everyone that wants to come get a piercing done. I came with my mom today to get ear piercings done and the blonde piercer was so rude. Very bad service. I was not sure where I wanted the piercing to be and so I asked my mom about what she thought. The piercer didn’t even listen or care about her opinion. She told me to not worry about my mom’s opinion. So, we decided maybe it’s best to not do it today and get a refund. Then, we found out that we have to pay $40 because all the equipment was open and it was the policy. All she did was mark dots on my ears. My mom asked where the policy was stated and the front lady said they don’t have it written down. They should really let customers know or have it posted, otherwise, the customers would be paying a lot of money for nothing. Sometimes, people change their mind about piercings.

Honestly, the cleanest tattoo / piercing shop I've ever been to and I've been to plenty. I've gone to body jewlz for 4/7 piercings and they're pretty cheap compared to other places (how can you pass up $45 piercings?!?) I went in for my second tattoo today, and it was great. The tattoo artist was very good. However, he wasn't very talkative at all and I felt like he got kind of annoyed when I said I wanted to change the placement of the stencil. But overall he did amazing. He made me feel very comfortable and confident in him. He finished very quickly, it took about 15 mins. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is that they do not say or advertise that they only take cash as payment for tattoos. They take card for piercings and jewelry but not tattoos. I found it odd, but did not question it. Overall, great experience and I would go back to see him again for another tattoo. ????????????????????????????

Really unimpressed with my experience yesterday; the girl I spoke to was incredibly rude and blamed me for their faulty product, (not to mention expensive). Don't waste your time with any of their plastic jewellery, it falls apart after very few uses. I've had two of their "fakers" just shatter. Don't expect them to sell you parts if you lose a backing or a ball or something either. A hilarious policy when you're in the business of small parts.

I walked in with the idea that I was going to get my nose pierced. Being served by a very lovely Indian woman, she made a clean piercing and sent me on my way. However, the night came and I was experiencing the piercing falling into my skin. I Facebooked the store and asked them about it. The response was to come back in at 10am the next morning. So the next morning I got there for 10am to be told that I was going to have to come back at 12pm since that was when the piercer got there. I told the gentleman at the front that I was told through their Facebook to be here for 10am and his response was that he didn't know who told me this but I was going to have to come back at 12. Pretty much put my day on hold just to get the piercing over and done with. I came back at 12 and another woman, Kristina (who didn't do my piercing at first), said it looked irritated and that the piercing was supposed to only be used for healed piercings. She replaced it with a better one, gave me cleaning stuff, and didn't charge me. So all in all, why would you open at 10am and not have someone to pierce (or tattoo for that matter) in at 12pm? And, why is someone who doesn't pierce properly working there? If it weren't for Kristina, I would rate this place poorly. If you're ever going there, ask for Kristina -- she's the best!

Went in for a piercing. It was extremely overpriced (70 dollars for small surgical steel earring and 1 piercing, not including care kit) and the lady at the counter grilled me for when I last ate because piercings and blood sugar have something to do with each other? I went and ate something from menchies and she was like "No, go eat 2 slices of pizza". I was so done. Went to icing (jewelry store) the food court, got a white gold earring, piercing and care kit for 57 dollars and nobody grilled me about what I did and didn't eat.

I moved to the city recently, my friend told me she got her tongue pierced here so I went without checking out the reviews. Boy do I wish I did. After I already paid and I told my friend I was there she said “make sure they do it straight, they do it crooked a lot.” I should have asked for my money back then. As you can see the photo from the left it was very crooked. I didn’t notice until I got home, but low and behold, my fear was confirmed. (That’s what I get for not waiting for my normal amazing piercer back home.) I went back and got it re-pierced. The piercer said “she was trying to line it with my face, but she does see that it is crooked.” I’m sorry but even if you stick your tongue out to the side you still want the piercing through the VERY obvious line in the middle. I should have asked if she was new, but then again… My bad for not doing my research. I am happy she fixed it, she did say sorry. It did not hurt the first time, but WOW that sucked the second. And I have stretched ears, punched ears and over 16 other piercings, including having my septum stretched when I decided I wanted a clicker. Also you are asked to pay before if you want to book a spot, so I tipped more than I wish I did for the crooked piercing. I waited for the swelling to go down and went to get it downsized. I was shocked to find out I had to pay more for it to be downsized. I have NEVER had to pay for that. Downsizing is always included in the price every place I have ever been to. The initial cost was low, but I was never informed I would have to pay more. That should be stated on the price board, and told to you before the service. They just told me to come back when swelling was down. . . I would not recommend. Also never once was salt mentioned or provided for cleaning, which I know is cheap to buy, but very standard for piercings.

Had a great experience here. Got my septum pierced and it was the least painful piercing I have ever experienced. The piercer was very friendly and professional. She answered all my questions and eased my fears. She had very gentle hands and was quick and painless. The piercing healed perfectly, no issues whatsoever. went with my friend she wanted to buy a new belly ring and I've heard bad reviews already but she insisted we go so I gave it a chance. I watched the lady explain about how the belly ring is a "healing" metal and my friend only had her piercing for like 2 months max which I thought u had to keep for longer without changing the jewelry. I watched the lady change it and she didn't wash her hands or sanitize my friends belly area nor the ring she touched. she was shaking the entire time and couldn't get the ring in... pls don't come here it seems very unprofessional and full of lies.

Went in to get some new rings for my helix piercings. The staff was nice, but I never saw anything get cleaned after handling the rings I bought. I guess it ripped some tissue in my piercings, which have been fine for the three years since I got them done at another shop, because the next morning my ear was totally red with some nice puss. Day 2 after the new rings and I think I'm off to the doctor for antibiotics tomorrow with how bad it's gotten. Antibiotics was also the advice of a better shop I visited today with how rough the infected site looks. *Update* This is about 3 weeks later. After 2 weeks of little healing progress, my doctor gave me another round of antibiotics and told me to get the piercings removed. After about only half a week of time since then, everything is almost back to normal. While the initial infection was likely due to some dirty material, the ongoing irritation was definitely the metal. The gold plated and apparently surgical steel rings were heavily tarnished black around where they entered my ear and would come off a little if rubbed on. Anybody thinking of going here, please spend the extra time researching and the extra money it takes to buy quality jewelry from a store with good reviews. The amount healing from this cost me in medical supplies and the eventual loss of my piercings altogether was not worth the spur of the moment decision I made to go here!

I went here today to get a second lobe piercing. Overall, I find the price to be generally better than other tattoo parlors which may charge $50 for lobes. The price for this was $45. Staff was friendly IMO and I feel like the lady who did my piercing was really great. Granted this was my first time going there and she recognized that this wasn't the first time I had a second lobe piercing done, which impressed me (Got infected the first time around when I got it done with a gun so I let it close up). The experience of the piercing itself wasn't so bad so I'd love to go back for a helix piercing. I felt like it was a pretty sterile environment. There's a seperate room used for those doing piercings and tattoos which I think is nice. It's a shame others may not have had the best experience but I think it was rather worth the money. If you go and see a nice lady with short red hair that has a pretty cool undershave, and a lot of facial piercings, that's the awesome lady who did my piercing so thank you. It was honestly not all that painful either. Thanks!

Whenlady was changing my earring, she wiped her hands with her shirt. I was regretting to come at this place. After a week, my piercing got infected and starting getting worse and worse. I was cleaning twice a day and did everything that I could but it didn’t get better and skin start growing on back of stud. It was so bad that I had to go to emergency and doctor had to cut my old and new earring because it was so infected. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE.

Got my conch piercing here. Nothing bad to say about the piercer here, she's awesome. I'm giving a star for the horrible customer service about one "indian-looking" girl working here. The first time I was here, I needed a ton of various jewelry for my various piercings. After standing around while the clerks joke around to themselves she finally realized I was waiting for them to help me. She got the jewelry I requested, however I didn't realize until I got home (when I could clean them as... they handle everything with their own hands and not gloves) that she had given me one of the pair of earrings is a higher gauge, not flat but rounder post. So off I go back with a 45 min trip to go point out her mistake but all I get is "sorry no refunds or exchanges". So there is a wasted 25 bucks. Second time I came a week later for some more of the after piercing spray and bought 2 cans. First can went fine, but 2nd can was defective ( it wouldn't spray at all). Go back to the store a month later and they say they can't exchange it because they ran out and come back in a few days. Go back in a few days and she says "Sorry can't do that for you, it's been a month since you bought it". Are you serious? Who uses both cans in a week? I decided to go elsewhere. WARNING to people buying things here. The jewelry claims it's "full stainless steel" but what it means is it is stainless steel coated. You are getting ripped off.

I recently attended this place for a daith piercing. I went in expecting a lot of pain (due to past bad experiences from my childhood from a different company) but it was just a little pulling and a pinch. I had a little soreness afterwards but its to be expected, it mostly went away the same night. It's healing nicely. Best experience I have had yet! I absolutely love my new piercing! They even call you to followup to make sure everything is good and that you are happy. I was unable to answer the call because I'm at work, so I hope my review is sufficient. :D Thank you ❤️

I had a helix piercing few years ago from this shop, the piercer didnt calculate my ear would get scar tissue and lump; the bar was too short and the jewels got off after less than two weeks, i went back and try to let them fix it. yeah, same thing, they need to charge me for the service. i told them i was doing everything they told me to clean, the piercer was very nice and no question ask; but the front desk girl was so rude said I should know before and I was the one screwed; not them. I told them; if they are professional, they should know i would need a longer bar at the beginning. I was ask to speak to the store manager; that front desk girl was to proud to tell me; she is the store owner's daughter and just what she said so. never waste your money and time to there; less than a year; my piercing was completely heal and put out the jewel; what the waste of my time and money; interesting is; one time I wanted to buy body jewels in the same mall; one of the girl works there and she told me; the owner was so mean and she wont recommend any client to go to get anything.

Got a tattoo, to be honest it was alittle over priced. And I got the male tattoo artist but the female Asian tattoo artist was really rude to my friend. She tried to charge her $300 for the same tattoo that cost me $150. Even the $150 was too much, it only took like fifteen mins. And when my friend objected she argued with her and made her feel ridiculed in front of the whole store. $300 for a tiny little rose is CRAZY but then to hell and argue was totally inappropriate. I'm happy with my tattoo though, just do not see the female artist.

I’ve gotten my nipples and septum pierced here and it was amazing!! I had no issues at all. However, about a week ago I went to get my belly button repierced and I’m super disappointed. I don’t know if the bar was too short or they pierced it too high, but the top ball embedded itself in my skin and I had to pop it out. Had a really good experience. The front end was very good with answering the questions I had. The woman who preformed my piercing was also great. The only thing I would say could have been done not better but differently, is visa the opening of all the needles, jewelry and sanitary items. Just so the client can see that everything is new and sterile. But overall a great experience. :-) would recommend.

Got ear piercings a few days ago with my boyfriend. Christina and her apprentice were professional, sanitary, friendly, and the piercings turned out great! It took a little bit of time for my boyfriend and I to decide on the piercings we wanted, and Christina was patient and easy-going. She also went through the prices clearly and stated all the things we should expect after getting a piercing. The process was quick and easy, and she made us feel comfortable and at ease. I got my first ear lobes pierced here. I had them done a Claire's (horrible place) 5 years ago and they got infected. I had them pierced by Kristina and she was so nice. I don't know what happened to the people with the bad reviews but I would definitely come back. At first I thought that I was going to go somewhere else because of the reviews at body jewlz, but after scrolling and reading some of them and talking to them on the phone I have decided that this was the place to go. The front desk was so welcoming and also gave me aftercare instructions and advised me on what to do and how to care for my piercing. Went in to ask about a stubborn tragus piercing that refused to heal and they went above and beyond! When I opted to take the piercing out and to let it heal, they provided a brand new earring and offered a coupon for a free piercing in the future at the same value. Only note -- try to avoid coming on the weekend because there will be a long wait.

Was gifted a not-inexpensive 14k gold earring as an anniversary present, and sadly the pin broke within a month. Called them and they said they'd for sure replace it, and just had to source the replacement from another location as their store was out of stock. A few weeks later, after hearing nothing, I went into the store to follow up and spoke to a lovely person who assured me they were still looking and would get back to me once they had a replacement. That was in mid June; since then, I've called 5-6 times on various days during their open hours and gotten voicemail every time. The email on their website doesn't work, as the email I tried to send came back with an unable to deliver notice. Short of going into the store and attempting to speak to someone in person, I'm not sure how on earth I'm supposed to move forward. I'm incredibly upset, and sad that my partner paid for a faulty piece of jewelry from a company that clearly doesn't care about their customers.

Got my nose pierced here last week and I was super disappointed with my piercer. She was so rude and unwelcoming and seemed like she wanted to do piercing as soon as possible. She didn't even properly go over how to care for my piercing after she finished the piercing. She mumbled instructions in less than 30 seconds on how to care for it. I never have been driven to write reviews about bad customer service, but this was just downright awful. Only reason I am giving two stars is because the place is very clean and the lady at the front who helped me pick the nose stud was very friendly and knowledgeable.

They did my septum piercing and its healing wonderfully, however I had my nostril pierced at a parlor in Langley a month prior and it wasnt healing well, it was always sore so I went back to body jewelz and asked if there was anything I could do and they ended up changing the jewelry because I was pierced with bioplast at another shop, which my body wasnt agreeing with and it was way too tight for my nose. (Which was causing me a lot of pain and a bump to form around the piercing) She changed it to a longer push pin bar which was a quick process, with very little pain considering it was still fresh and it's been so much better ever since with pretty much all the pain and redness gone, along with the bump on my piercing. Thank you so much!!

Worst experience of my life. I have 22 piercings. And when I got my medusa done at this location they gave me too short of a bar for the healing time and I have had nothing but problems with this piercings. I paid about 50$ for a piercing I had to remove because it was pierced incorrectly and was don’t on an angle. The piercer I have gone to for all my others. Informed me of this. I will never go here again and DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I also had a bump on my nose stud, and was instructed to try this spray to clean my nose stud piercing, and I can also use it to clean my fresh piercings! At Adrenaline, while they are piercing you, the earring is placed at the same time. You hear just one simple click. At Body Jewlz, first they make a hole, then put in the earring. In terms of pain, you will find it more painful at Body Jewlz than at Adrenaline just because the hole is made first, then earring is inserted. (Not just one quick click). I got my earlobes pierced three times on each ear at different places. At Body Jewlz, Tori is the MOST patient, caring, and informative piercer I have ever met! She will answer all your questions (in person or via phone), go through all the procedures step by step and follow all safety protocols while piercing. Highly recommend this place, ask for Tori when getting pierced! Great selection and great service!

Awful place. Got 2 piercings there, both done in the wrong spot and crooked. Went back last week to get a hoop for my nose piercing. The lady working didn't believe that my piercing was the size I was asking for so would only sell me a smaller size (until I showed her my online order receipt for the stud I had in) and then she exchanged it. Also wouldn't give me the size that I was asking for when I told her I wanted a smaller one because I already had the size she was selling me at home. they pierced my tragus EXTREMELY poorly, crooked, with no chance of healing; despite proper aftercare and taking their suggestion to upgrade metal and size of bar which was upwards of $50 on top of the $70 to get it pierced. after multiple opinions from different piercers around the city I was advised to remove it, so I did. after going back (post-removal) to bring light to this issue and receive my $45 back for the unacceptable service, the woman repeatedly told me there was "nothing she could do" due to the piercing already being removed which made no sense because why would I go back for advice when I had before already and it made things worse; they clearly just want your money. I then asked if they could at least put the titanium jewellery into my helix, since it was a better metal not going to use. without even looking at either jewellery she immediately said no, exclaiming the gauge was too large, that there was 18g in there and the titanium was 16g. this was absurd because originally I had 18g in my tragus and they had no problem selling me and putting in this 16g jewellery. I've been a loyal customer, purchasing most of my jewellery from them and even coming here to be pierced where I've had a 2/3 failing rate. needless to say Im very disappointed, would not trust them to pierce my lobe.

A Piercing and Tattoo shop in a mall! Who would have thunk it??!! Piercings done by apprenticed piercers. Piercing Gun is a bad phrase here, all piercings utilize a single use needle. Huge display of jewelry, probably the biggest selection of plugs and tunnels in the Metro Vancouver area. High end jewelry, consisting of gold or titanium as well as your run of the mill inexpensive costume stuff. They accept walk-ins for both piercings and tattoos but appointments made in person makes more sense.

Customer service is OK. Prices for jewelry are decent but honestly, bring an earring you ALREADY know fits your ears to compare....if not, I would say spend the 30 or 40 required of you to get your jewelry changed for free. Although the person doing the switch is alright, the workers there have absolutely no idea when it comes to recommending proper sizing and you CANNOT return jewelry. I've been twice only & both times they've misjudged. The first time I wasn't sure which sizing to get and BOTH girls insisted that the ones they recommended would fit. Luckily I spent over 30-40$ so they changed my jewelry. The piercer (who does the change) ended up having to switch out 2 of the 4 I bought because the length was too short (the third one, though she fitted it, ended up being too tight in the end and cut into my ears and broke skin, so in the end only 1/4 was actually the appropriate size). The second time I knew roughly what size I needed and even told the girl helping me that the one they recommended was too short last time, that I would need longer. I even had the ONLY one that fit properly with me and offered to take it out so she could see. She persisted that she did not need to see it and chose 2 for me- I trusted her choices but I should not have. Again, out of the 2, one was a good size but the other is WAY too long. It sticks out which doesn't look flattering and it's more easily cause in my hair, clothes, and ends up being more of a bother when lying down. It's not that the stuff is bad or people are bad...they just don't have any real knowledge, as far as I can tell, so make sure to give yourself a safety net.

The reception girl was so rude to me for no reason and not helpful at all when i was trying to ask some questions since it was my first time to get pierced. She even threw the receipt to me, so I had to ask her for the whole refund. Poor customer service.

First time I went there I got my jewel for my lip piercing changed. They changed it for me for $10, whatever. I've had many piercings and tattoos so I know the drill. My piercer who changed my lip ring was cleaning her station and getting her tools ready. She changed my lip ring and I was out of there. Now just to mention I got my lip pierced at Adrenaline downtown 2 years prior! Anyway, a couple of days later my lip was so sore and swollen that I could barely talk it was so painful. I had to take my lovely piercing out because my job intailed me to speak the whole time. That was that. Unsanitized use of gloves... Change them after cleaning! I gave them another try because my cousins were buying jewelry there and spontaneously they got me a daith piercing last year around this time. I got a different piercer this time, Kristina. She probably was not experienced at the time because this piercing was supposed to be a few seconds not even, but she had to push a few times for it to go through. MOST PAINFUL THING IN MY LIFE! I wish I can post up a picture of it right when it was done because there was a flap of skin at the bottom because of her weak force. Its still in my ear with the bump at the bottom. Went back to see if they can suggest another jewel for it because it was not healing and the guy that owns the place suggested a "nice titanium piece that will cure it right up" he said the jewel I had was the wrong one so he got me to buy a fancy jewel with a life warrantee for the bling. Hah! This piercing is hell. I went to my piercer and she said its not the right metal for me. I am since paying the price of a keloid at the bottom and its still has not healed. I love piercings and I have a lot. I know how to take care of them but this place and people are amateurs trying to run a business. Please do yourself a favor because clearly I had to learn the hard way the second time.

Making appointment was great. Front desk was super nice. Came to do piercing. Got both ears done: one is straight and looks good, the other one is on 60 degree angle crooked. Woman spent 20 sec looking at just punched crooked piercing, said nothing tho, I figured out later myself that earings sit and look different. Thanks for being "honest" to the customer that trust your work. Not any more. 2 stars for great front desk.

Took my niece in for a replacement piercing and when we got there my ne8ce forgot her id because she was super excited, because you have to book online this makes it challenging you are not allowed to call an appointment, so getting back to the incident we were not accepted do to the lack of id and I totally understand but with there policy of cancelation and this was in fact a mistake they refuse to allow us to book anymore appointments and we are now just walk ins, it wasn't as if we had done this several times and we were told by a staff member to rebook the appointment so if the policy was in affect back in early summer why did the staff member let us know about it, I do understand about emails sent but not allowing a client to rebook with a warning and now they will be losing out on clients and they are extremely rude and will not return

I recently got a tattoo with Sua at Body Jewlz and she was amazing! She was very timely with e-mail replies and easy to communicate. You can tell by her designs that she understands exactly what you want, but is also very creative and artistic. Her tattooing procedures were very thorough and sanitary. The studio was clean and they have a separate room away from the crowds that come in for other services.

After Willow saved two of my piercings, I’ve been coming here ever since. With over 20 piercings, I usually avoid shops located in the mall for fear of inexperience or poor quality. This isn’t the case here!! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and takes the extra time to ensure you’re feeling comfortable throughout the whole process. I came in here as the mall was closing the very kind lady named Joyti took me in to get my third holes pierced last minute. She was very friendly kind and explained everything in detail she even helped me with my second hole and did not charge me as it needed a little poke it was growing in from a previous piercing that I had taken out years before. She is very aligned and precise. I will definitely be back next weekend to bring my two nieces to get their ears pierced by her and to get my cartilage done! I will no longer go anywhere else for any other piercings this has been the best experience I've had to date! Also the young gentleman at the front he was super kind and they did not rush me even though it was the end of closing. I'm very indecisive so it took me a long time to pick out what I wanted and they were very patient with me and I felt like it was family there. I had scheduled a touch up appointment for my tattoo with Sua on a Thursday afternoon. After receiving news of a family emergency my boyfriend cancelled the appointment and I was not charged which I appreciate. I rescheduled it for the Saturday but on Friday night I became very unwell. I went to a doctor on Saturday morning who told me he suspected I had a bad infection and I was put on two different medications. I called body jewelz and asked if it was safe for me to come in for the touch up and the man on the phone was very honest and said he was not sure it was and to call back at 12. I emailed Sua in the meantime asking if it was still okay and safe to come in while I had an infection in which she said it would be fine and to come. The pain got worse so I contacted my doctor to be sure and he said there was no way I should go to the touch up appointment as the medication wouldn’t have taken affect and my body was already trying to fight an infection without any extra stress being put on it. I straight away emailed Sua and asked if I could reschedule in which she told me that she would not reschedule again and that if I do it in the future it would be 100$ plus a deposit to rebook. I have done research and spoken to other tattoo places and a lot of other places charge a lot less than this for rescheduling a touch up appointment. I emailed her to say this and tell her I was disappointed as my tattoo is definitely in need of a touch up and I’m not happy with how it currently looks. On Saturday night I ended up in the emergency room due to my infection worsening and again on Sunday morning as it had become very bad and I am now on an IV for the upcoming days and have had multiple tests done. They told me in the hospital that I was right to listen to my gut instinct and my doctor and not go ahead with the touch up due to the infection despite Sua encouraging me to do so. I have not heard back from Sua and I’m overall very disappointed with the lack of concern of a customer not being happy with their piece. I also find it worrying that knowing I was carrying an infection she still encouraged me to come in as I’ve done research and a lot of tattoo artists prefer to cancel appointments than tattoo someone who is unwell. I’m glad I listened to my instinct/doctor as getting the touch up could have seriously worsened my condition. I will not be returning nor will I recommend this place to anyone. ** UPDATE ** I have since been emailing someone from this facility who firstly claimed I never told Sua I had an infection and after I forwarded emails to her showing how I did tell Sua about the infection in detail she then claimed I did not provide Sua with enough information about my illness even though I have proof in emails that I provided all the information that the doctor had given me at the time including the type of infection they suspected I had and the medications (antibiotics and anti inflammatories) that I was prescribed. I’m not sure what else they wanted to know about my illness seeing as at the time that was all I knew about it myself. It’s a totally cop out and they should be ashamed of themselves and how they have handled this situation. She says above they normally don’t reschedule touch up appointments if cancelled so if you are thinking of getting a tattoo don’t go here cause if you need a touch up and god forbid something happens and you can’t make the appointment you will be left with an unfinished tattoo cause they simply don’t care. They don’t even know their own policies, Sua said the cancellation policy is 72 hours while above they say it is 48 hours, Sua also told me there was a charge for touch ups while above they say it’s complimentary. They then said they would reschedule if I provide a doctors note to them to prove I am unwell which is absolutely ridiculous. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS AND GIVE THE BUSINESS TO PLACES THAT ARE DESERVING OF IT!!

My experience was extremely disappointing. I went to buy a nose ring that was snug on my nose. I understand that sometimes it can be challenging to guess someone's size, and unfortunately I was recommended the wrong size by 2 sales associates. They let me exchange it, but my second visit was met with an extremely short tempered associate. This associate made it a point to constantly mention that an exchange is not their typical protocol and that this would be my last exchange, only to pressure me to pick a size on the spot. This wouldn't be a problem if I actually knew my size. I was pushed to select a size I was not comfortable with because I was told, verbatim, "there is no way a smaller size will fit you." I felt extremely flustered and was once again recommended a size that is still not what I was looking for, snug. This nose ring is so loose that it doesn't sit in one place and pushes against my septum when wearing a mask, which is extremely irritating. I went to a different store to ask for a size recommendation and they immediately recommended a smaller size. In fact, they were pretty surprised I was sold the size I was wearing, considering that I was looking for a snug fit. The associates at Body Jewlz alluded that the way my nose was pierced may not allow for a snug fit. However, I wore a nose ring as a teenager, so I know there is a size that can fit me snug. For the price I paid for the nose ring, only for it to still not fit and the hostility I received, I am extremely disappointed. I am not sure if it is because they're not used to helping customers with a wider nose, such as myself, or if they just chose to ignore my request when I requested multiple times that I wanted a snug fit.

Terrible just terrible I came here about a year ago October and got my navel pierced and had it on until march when I saw multiple scars and bruising bleeding.ripping my skin on my navel apart due to the painful expirence ,I took it out and went back to the place and they told me it was Normal and not to worry about it ,they cleaned it and put it back in,the pain was continuously happening so I went to get it checked out by other piercer told him my story and said this place was one of the worst piercers and uses cheap metal! He told me my piercing was rejecting from my body and was not pierced right ! I have a huge scar on my navel now sucks !! I would not recommend this place at all !
