Amazing job with my helix piercing! I had my triple lobes done a few months ago elsewhere and that hurt, however getting my helix pierced at Wicked Inx was amazing. There was absolutely no pain and cartilage is supposed to hurt more than the lobes. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be getting other piercings heres!

I went to wicked ink yesterday day to get my industrial pierced. They where very affordable ($15), very clean and very nice. Then today my brother got his first tattoo. They where very patient and asked if he needed brakes. They also opened up all they also opened up all Supplies in front of us to ensure it was new and clean. I am definitely going back some time soon to get my 3 lobe piercing and my brother will return for tattoos in the future over all THEY ARE AMAZING!! And I would recommend it to anyone in the Hamilton area

Absolutely love this place!! The energy is almost unmatchable and all the girls there are so lovely!! ???????? I got my dermal piercing here and I pretty much harass them with aftercare questions and they never hesitate to get back to me because they realize how important it is to me! They're never too busy for their clients and that's how most places should be but we all know it's not always!

When my mom and I walked in, we were greeted by Wendy. She was quick, clean and efficient in setting up. She reassured me that it wouldn't hurt, and was really friendly, even when I was nervous. I got my cartilage pierced back in September and even though I cleaned it, it got infected. The pain was so bad that I had to take the piercing out only to find that the jewelry had rusted and looked disgusting. I didn't have options for jewelry, they only offered one kind, which is odd for a place that offers tattoos AND piercings. I should have been advised whether it was a good idea to put such a big jewel in a small space in my ear, as I'm not a professional. Overall disappointed in my experience.

She did my belly button over a decade ago and again just recently (I had let it fill in) and both times were great experiences , professional and they healed up quickly. I absolulty love this place. I suffered from migraines for 11yrs 24/7. I let Wendy do the daith earring and am so happy to report i have been completely migraine free for 4yrs now. haven't ever gotten to book me second session. they kept telling me it was all booked up, the first outline was done so bad and was so deep into my skin it ended up scaring and popping up. i had to go someplace else to get my tattoo finished/ covered up. wouldn't recommend going to get tattooed here. piercings i dont know how well, never used that service but DO NOT GET A TATTOO HERE. P.S. owner was extremely rude and didnt care about who her customer was all she cares about is your money , tattoo artiest was kind but not vary good at her occupation.

I've been tattooing 4 years now and I'm new to the city, I went there for a tattoo and was met with not only a dirty, dusty disorganized mess but the owner was high. The artist was nice, but clearly showed a lack of understanding anything about tattooing. While I was getting tattooed, the owner left the shop "to get a drink" and returned smelling like alcohol. She followed this by piercing a 15 year old girl without a parent in sight. I will never recommend anyone get anything done here, I would hate to see what else they are getting away with.

The ladies that work there have the best energy and provide amazing service over and over again. I am the worst at taking pictures but I could not be happier with my piercings. Walked in on a whim today and was pierced by Wendy. Upon walking in the shop is clean and smells fresh. All of the employees working were incredibly nice! When I met Wendy I was just delighted. She is absolutely hilarious and did a fantastic and quick job on all three piercings (triple flat). Probably took less than 5 minutes for all 3. Wendy you are just great!! This shop now has my guaranteed business and I will recommend to all my friends. Love this shop, and my first experience here!

The staff here are amazing!! I had gotten a horrible cartilage piercing from another shop where they used improper techniques, cheap metal and refused to answer any of my follow up questions. I went to Wicked Inx with my sister and they removed my piercing, cleaned it and provided excellent care advice for free as they could see how much pain I was in and what a terrible job the other place did. My sister has gotten her cartilage and first, second and third lobe piercings from this shop where they were extremely hygienic, professional and did high quality work for a reasonable price. They have even talked my mother out of piercings that they believed would not suit her ears properly. My family and I will continue returning to this shop in future. Thank you so much for your care and compassion to my situation!
