Kirsty is amazing ... just look at the detail and colour in this tattoo! She's gentle and patient, and is a good conversationalist. The parlour itself could use some updating (they use forms that look many-times photocopied), but it's still very clean and comfortable.

I have been tattooed by the owner and principal artist: Lila Way, 4 times with the most recent being at her current location. Her artistry is unparalleled. Her prices are more than reasonable given the quality. Good tattoos aren't cheap. Cheap tattoos aren't good. Be prepared to book well in advance as she is very popular and for good reason. Jess runs the front desk and is professional, polite and on top of things. If you are willing to wait because you want the best, this is the place to go in the GTA. Lila has no fixed specialty in terms of style. She's a jack of all trades. Master too.

Big wasr of time. You can't walk in and get work done like theor website/store door advertises... So they're hours arent accurate. They also have a front desk person saying what thet will and wont do - as opposed to having an actual artist look at it. But thats right...there is no one on staff even though you can "walk in" They have no customer service skills whatsover. Their lack of professionalism would make me wonder what their health and safert would be like. You have a business run it like one!
