Great piercing experience

Less than impressed. We made an appointment for 6pm and told the lady what we wanted. Came back at 6pm, and was told she was running 30 minutes behind. We said we'd wait. 70 minutes later and also with another customer waiting to go behind me and my friend, she told us 10 more minutes. 20 or so minutes later she finishes and we start. We tell her what we want and my friend says we didn't want it in black but in white and she tells us she doesn't do all white tattoos. Due to not being able to see the tattoo, she wouldn't do them, which we quickly told her that's exactly what we wanted. She apologized but at that point, we had wasted 90 minutes of our night. I will consider going somewhere else next time!

She did this with my tattoo. Really disappointed, you can see What red shadow turned into and all black colour went away . I am left with this wounds only. Black colour is peeling off and there in no colour underneath. I am really worried about this now

It's not just her experience and skill. It's her love for her art. Her focus, she stayed over time not noticing time stayed until 11:30 pm I was to busy focusing on not tryina feel anything. Until I realized my wife was falling asleep. This is by far the best place to get a tattoo done. And I've done tattoos across the world. And none compare. It's not a job for her its a painting a hobby.

the worst place in Hamilton you could go to get a tattoo, my mother went there and said it was the lady there that did the work i forget who, they did the worst work i have ever seen, shading and drop-shadow in random places it shouldn't be, blow outs, and a terrible design with colors my mom didn't even ask for, i would 100% never recommend this place to any of my friends or family, do your research, there is so many talented tattoo artists in our city.

Really bad experience. I visited yesterday for tattoo on my neck. Firstly she was treating me good but after that when she saw other customer she treated me like animal. She was going so fast with my tattoo and instead of shadow i got darker lines only. She suppose to think that this is a parmanent tattoo. She just spoiled my tattoo at the end. Never visit again.

Biggest regret tattoo of my life,. What a horrible job they did and I paid $350 for this sad looking tattoo. What frustrated me the most was my tattoo artist drink one Red bull after another while doing my tattoo whelst at the same time the tattoo machine itself kept flickering on and off like as if it had a loose cable or something and kept losing power to the tattoo gun periodically. A shop that cannot maintain their own equipment is most certainly a place you don't want to go to. And so I now have the pleasure of paying a real tattoo artist to fix your mediocre mistake. Invite me to your shop make it look RIGHT then maybe I'll change my review.

Shirley has done all but two of my tattoos. (my first b4 I met her, and my 3rd I was in BC at the time) I have never had any complaints. My 1st with her was a Cat in the Hat back in '94 which still looks great. The 4 were all my own drawings that I brought in. All of my wife's tattoos are done by her as well. My latest tatoo pic'd below, a yingyang with 20 sided dice! Flawless linework on the tiniest numbers! Love ya Shirley!! <3

I've been going to this shop for piercing for about 2 years now. I have gotten a conch, nipple, industrial and lobe piercings here and all of them have been amazing. I have brought many friends, as well as my mother to get pierced by Rossie. She is professional and very diligent on keeping her work area clean and sterile. She also helps advise and offers knowledge about piercings if you are having trouble with them. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get a new hole in their body!
