This studio is amazing. The artists are incredible, each and every one of them. I have had multiple tattoos done by all three artists - Warren, Andi and Dita and they never cease to amaze me with their work. The receptionists are very polite and friendly and make you feel welcome. The shop is clean, very open and modern looking. It is nice and bright and vibrant when you walk into the shop and it just feels very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience at this studio... every artist greeted me and made me feel comfortable. whether its ur 1st time 2nd time 3rd or 4th everytime is like the 1st... Ditta is so informative and professional, she takes her time and makes sure its guna be perfect. I just love her which is why I will be back for more I felt relaxed and enjoyed my time there. It's a nice change of scenery for a tattoo studio to allow their featured artwork to really pop off the walls against the white background. You can clearly see how clean and professional this studio is kept and the artists are just as professional. Their experience shines as they explain their personal tattoo processes, as well as the importance of keeping equipment and stations wrapped and sanitary at all times. I got my first ever tattoo done by Dita and I was absolutely blown away by how clean the studio is and the amazing work that she does. Everybody is really nice and friendly, all the details about tattoos and the supplies used are explained really well so you know what is going on your skin and what's in the products they are using. There were no shortcuts taken on a design that could very easily have had a lot of shortcuts, the attention to detail in not just the art, but the cleanliness of the studio is unlike any other. Everything is incredibly clean and the post tattoo care is great always checking up daily to see how it is healing. The art is incredible and it doesn't cost an entire months paycheck to have amazing quality work in a clean sanitary studio. Felt very comfortable and learned a lot about tattoos, the products, pre and post care, along with during the session getting to see everything and make sure no packing has been opened before hand. Amazing experience and will definitely be coming back soon!

Masks not worn in store by owner, staff or customers. Had a consultation with owner who told me to take off my mask I did not need it. Can not say how good they are at doing tattoos and will not be able to because the lack of concern for a virus that could potentially kill someone was enough for me to know that I could not trust them to be health conscious in any other respect.

I called the front desk prior to making an appt and the man was extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, my artist, Andi/Alexandria is nothing but unprofessional. She had two weeks in between my consultation and actual tattoo appointment to create a custom design, and sent a very uncreative sketch (seriously... nearly copied & pasted) to me at 9 pm THE NIGHT BEFORE our scheduled appointment, after several "missed" emails from me. When I responded, and she was impolite and defensive and said she's "done" with the conversation. I called her and she was aggressive and yelled through the phone and hung up on me. She will not refund my deposit despite not doing what was agreed upon on her end. She also completely insulted my friend by referring to her as my mom when we first met.

Hands down the best studio in Hamilton. The staff are all excellent, skilled, and professional, the atmosphere is welcoming and warm, and the work speaks for itself. Andi herself is amazing, and ive loved every piece shes done. This was my 5th tattoo from her, and ill be coming back here for a 6th, 7th, and on.
