I went here about a year ago to get my Tragus Pierce’s the piercer was very nice. I went back about a week ago hoping to get my cartilage peircing replaced and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude, I am upset about the way that the lady at the front desk spoke to me she was very dismissive and rude. Not only did it take her forever to get to me (when nobody was in the shop) but she just looked at me as soon as she came out from the back cut me off mid sentence and said that the piercer wasn’t in and then walked away. Very rude. Doesn't deserve a penny of my money based on customer service, however the piercer was great. Bad bad bad vibes in there.

Extremely expensive and for 320$ for 2 roses I'm not extremely in love with it. My boyfriend paid 395$ for a name on his forearm and when he got home he noticed the tattoo artist forgot to do some lines. It's not terrible but their pricing is extremely unreliable. Not happy but my tattoo isn't terrible

I recently got my 5th tattoo done at the Nude Buddha. The staff was friendly and courteous and really made me feel comfortable. Mike played some great music and I got to watch some movies while getting tattoo'ed. I am in a wheelchair and as such I usually feel out of place while outside in the world, I never had that feeling while at the Buddha. In fact, Jsin (the owner) actually removed a door for me to get into the tattoo area. That to me goes above and beyond and I really appreciated it. Once in the room for the tattoo, Jsin pulled out the needles in front of me, to ensure that everything was brand new. I plan on going back to the Buddha to get my sleeve started on my other arm. Jsin did awesome work with the design I brought him and leaving the finer details of the design (colouring and placement of colours) up to Jsin, the tattoo turned out better than what I had envisioned. All in all it was a great experience. I would recommend the Buddha to anyone looking to get a tattoo done.

Went to Kat for a small feminine style tattoo. She was amazing!!! Such a talented artist but down to earth and lovely as well!! Shop is clean and staff are friendly. Shop minimum is fair. Booking was easy and response time from manager and Kat was excellent!

Customer service is non existent. Piercing was done wrong. Earring came off and no options were given as an alternative because they were closed. Wrong earring was used. Need i say more? I would love a refund or store credit to purchse a new earring....i doubt that will happen. I will never go there again. The lady at the front is v rude, so was the person i was communicating IG on with. Probably the same person. Find somewhere else.

I have been to the shop several times, and every time I have been there everyone is so welcoming. I always refer anyone thats ask me about tattoos and piercings to go to there. About 80% of my tattoos and piercings have been done at this shop. Jsin is awesome at what he does. I have actually had everyone except for Deb tattooed me. They are always up for whatever you want for them to do. I have come up with some crazy ideas and they always draw them out way better then what I could imagine and tattoo them even better. Everytime I have gone to the shop it is clean and smells like cleaning products. Pricing is reasonable and its amazing work. I will always go to this shop and always refer people to this shop.

Got my first tattoo from this shop by artist Jon. Jon and this shop was recommended to me by a friend and I am so happy I came here for my first. From start to finish the whole experience was amazing. I met Jon for my consultation and explained my vision and the meaning/significance behind the tattoo. I provided some other pictures related to the significance as a point of inspiration for Jon. A few weeks later I showed up for my appointment and saw the design and was absolutely stunned with his work. I was so pumped we blasted through this back piece in only two sessions. I've since returned and am now working on my fourth tattoo from Jon. Honestly cannot recommend this place enough!! Big or small, Job is a great guy to work with and makes the entire experience very memorable and enjoyable. I referred my sister, brother in law, and girlfriend since getting my first tatt and all of them are just as pleased with their pieces. :D

I'm pretty easy going and understanding but this was one of the worst service experiences. Upon ordering a replacement earring, it took three weeks in which I was told two different stories on why it took so long. Once it came in, I never received a call and had to call myself to check in. The WORST part is when I went to have it put in, three people saw me walk in and yet I was never acknowledged... After standing there 5 min and everyone walking to the back, I left... I have NEVER walked out of a place before. Too bad it's the only place in Milton that pierces.

I don't ever post reviews, but I could not let this one go without saying something. I don't now what happened to this place. I got my tattoo here years ago, and the artist did a great job, and very fair with the price. My GF and sister-in-law just got matching tattoos that are the most basic you have ever seen. They paid a $100 each deposit. Nude Buda downloaded an image from the internet, so no art work required. Both tattoos took 10 minutes at most. They were surprised when NB asked for another $60/each. $160 for an outline of a heart, the size of a quarter? If that isn't the definition of being ripped off, I don't know what is. Also, they weren't told about the additional cost, until after the job was done.

I had a horrible experience trying to get a piercing. They don't take appointments for piercings and every time I try to go in the person who does the piercings either left early or was going in late. The customer service was horrible. I walked in when he was having lunch. I asked when his lunch was over and was told, "when he's done eating." Walked in the same night at 7:15pm and he was gone. Called today and was told he was in at 6pm. Called again at 6:45pm and he was gone for the night. I will not be trying again nor will I ever recommend them.

I am so so sooooo happy with my first tattoo(s). Kat took my scribbles and description and managed to make exactly what I wanted. When I saw her design it was like she read my mind. I was super nervous about getting a tattoo and had lots of questions. She made me feel comfortable and at home. The whole experience was great and I'm over the moon with my tattoos (pun intended)

Stat away from this place!! They over charge and the tattoo work is HORRIBLE!! They messed a 6 letter name on my wrist!! Professional?? NO WAY!! If you want a tattoo that looks like you got it done in a gas station bathroom with dim lighting than this is the place for you!! HORRIBLE... HORRIBLE... HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Dont go to this parlour. They will rip you off. Jon is an amazing artist, although unprepared with the schatch for the appointment that was booked a month prior. But they are falling into their boss's game. SHAME ON YOU, ADAM. I get you want money flowing, but your game is absolutely ridiculous. Feel bad for artists that work for you.

You would think with all the bad reviews for this place, that you might want to reconsider changing some of your policies. The one experience I had here, ended with the initial consult. At that time, I was quoted an extraordinary price for a full back tattoo, almost triple the amount in comparison to what I actually ended up paying for it, somewhere else. When I expressed my shock and disbelief, I was lead to believe that I was getting a deal. Won't be back - can't comment about the art work unfortunately, which is too bad.

If only there was an option for 0 stars. The worst experience I’ve ever had, charged me $700 for a piece that the artist couldn’t finish because he was out for smoke breaks every 20 minutes. I feel bad for anyone who goes to this place especially to see ‘jsin’.

no stars. customer service wasnt bad but... the artist (mike i think?) does average work at best, but thinks his time is worth 200 bucks an hour. i can magically think my time is worth 300, and that would make me a better artist than him, even though i have no experience. this guy pulls rates out of his ass, and has 0 talent to back it up. save yourself the time and money, go to ANYONE else. this place is pathetic.

If you read nothing but this line of my review, know that Nude Buddha is a phenomenal tattoo studio, J-Sin is a passionate artist, and by going here you are in good hands. I was very nervous looking for the right artist and facility to expand on an existing tattoo that I had. Not only was I nervous because I didn’t want to like my existing tattoo less, but as a more conservative person, the location was also one that I was self-conscious of. I am very detail oriented and particular about how things look; I didn’t want to settle for anything less than phenomenal. J-Sin worked with me until the design and positioning was perfect! On the day of the tattoo I was quite nervous - until I walked into the studio. J-Sin immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or self-conscious about any part of the experience. He was very professional and the resulting work is absolutely amazing! I love my tattoo even more than I did before! His studio was impeccably clean and welcoming, his staff professional and courteous. He was recommended to me by my sister, and I too will be recommending him to anyone who is looking for the best.

I have had two tattoos done here. J-sin captured exactly what I wanted and did a phenomenal job. Whether I go to Nude Buddha for myself or for a friend, the staff always makes me feel like I am part of the family. You are not just another customer to these guys, they want your experience here to be enjoyed. I have read some of the reviews on here and am shocked. The studio does NOT smell like cigarettes and pot, last time I went it smelt like pizza and chicken wings that is because J-sin ordered everyone there lunch (customers included). I have never once felt uncomfortable around any of the staff or have been made to feel self-conscious about myself. Lastly I have never been ridiculously charged for anything, the prices are always fair. I will continue to go here and get amazing work done, and recommend everyone I know to go as well.

My wife went in yesterday for her first tattoo. She was incredibly nervous as this was her first time in a tattoo parlour much less looking to ink her body permanently. She didn't go in with any images or anything, just a description of what she wanted. Texas on one arm, Ontario on the other. Just outlines. Kat was her artist, and she drew mockups of what the tattoos would look like on her iPad in Procreate. My wife had no idea what to expect from this experience, but when Kat emerged from the back with the drawings she had planned for the tattoos, my wife was ecstatic. It looked much better than she had imagined, and Kat was clearly very talented. Kat asked her a few more questions about specifics, asked for my wife's input, gave a bit of input of her own, and they reached mutual agreements over what was going to be done. A few minutes later and my wife was in the chair and ready to go. The pain wasn't as bad as she had imagined, and she described the experience with Kat as, "like chatting with an old friend." There was some banter, lots of pleasant conversation about life, history, languages, and even some dating chat. Kat was very sharp, professional, and incredibly personable. She was described as the type of person that you could just hang with for hours and never get tired of. As someone that was going in for their first tattoo, something pretty life-changing for a lot of people, she was of great comfort to my wife and eased her mind about the entire process. The whole process took about an hour and a half from start to finish, and it ran us $200, which we were both very happy about. Good time, good price, and the tattoos look fantastic. This meant a lot to me, to her, and the art is a representation of something very meaningful to us and to our daughter, and the artist and the studio made this an incredibly lovely experience for all parties involved. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get inked, and to Kat especially. My wife doesn't speak so highly of just anyone, and for her to sing Kat's praises, is, well, high praise.

I had a tattoo done here. I wasn't happy with it. When I came back to have it fixed the person who did it no longer worked there. None of the other artists including the owner would fix it. It was my first tattoo so I've taken my business else where. It was very bad costumer service. It was a mamorial tattoo for a friend who died, they made a tribute into a horrible experience for me.

Unfortunately, the poor reviews are true. Showed up for a SCHEDULED appointment only to walk in to a shop that stinks of cigarette smoke and the woman at the desk (with her mask pulled down) informing me the piercer got "caught up in a meeting" and she did not know when they would be available and if I would like to come back in a few hours or set something up the next day. Totally unprofessional and funny that I had read the exact same thing from other reviews. I made sure to reference the fact that it seems this is a pattern, according to reviews of their shop, that the piercer is late or busy quite often. Blessing in disguise bc the place is gross and totally unhygienic. Definitely go anywhere but here.

Would not recommend this place!! Rude customer service. I was charged $35 for a replacement cartilage earring and the earring was too tight that ended up causing infection. The place also smells like smoke as soon as you walked in.

The artist was great I got two tattoo's and my husband got one and we love them, this review is more about the rude girl who works there and their shop policies I will not be mentioning the artist's name as this is not for them. I was told before getting my hand tattoo that they are prone to fading and that touch ups aren't free, no problem. After a few days of scabbing I noticed when it flaked off some of the ink went with it, its a solid black heart and its extremely noticeable so I called the shop and spoke with the same girl who barged in while getting my tattoo to make sure I was up to date on the touch up policy and she said that again no free touch ups, this is under a week of having it and to me and everyone else I have told its not a touch up its getting the job done right that I have already paid for but she told me they wont fix it however I could email her a picture of it and she would get back to me to see if the shop owner would help, I heard nothing! All I was told by this girl was it was my risk for a hand tattoo and they are prone to fading and they absolutely will not help me unless I get another tattoo there... get f***ed I am not coming back! I am aware it is a tough spot and prone to fading but chunks of my tattoo are missing and its been a week today and after hearing no response to my email I am not giving you guys another shot or good review, I hope the artists moves on as they are talented however this particular tattoo just required more black ink filled in which I have arranged with another shop and have advised everyone to steer clear of this place!

It's like trying to find a good hair dresser, once you do you'll never go to anyone else to get your hair cut ... tattoo artist are the same ... I find there's a loyalty when it comes to my tattoo artist and our relationship! I know first hand that I am a walking advertisement for the amazing work that has come from Jason. To the point where I carry his business cards with me as my tattoos are often a topic of conversation! I would never go anywhere else now. Jason and his staff put forth their best, in order to make the shops energy positive, welcoming and an experience to remember! Everyone takes their time to listening to the customer and creating the perfect custom tattoo. When completed you can see the passion these artist have, not only towards their work but to create a memory to last forever.
