Tattoo: A full colour 4 inch Hawkeye. Hawkeye is from Marvel comics (the guy with the bow, Jeremy Renner from the movies). Shop: Very clean. Great atmosphere. Private tattoo area (some shops are more open). Free parking at the shop, and easy to find off the 403. Artist: Karen Awesom was my artist and she actually is awesome! Check out her photos online to see the styles she can do. She was the perfect choice for what I wanted and I got exactly what I envisioned. The tattoo itself is perfectly applied and all the colours (blue and purple) blend together nicely producing a very vibrant look. Price: Karen has her fee posted on her site and the tattoo came out less than I expected. It took about 2 hours and that is exactly what I paid for. Healing: The tattoo has healed nicely. There was no scabbing and there will not be much touching up to do. I have had tattoos in the past where 50% of the tattoo had to be redone. Final Thoughts: This was a great experience, and I think it’s my favorite tattoo. The moment I left the shop my mind was already thinking of ideas for my next tattoo (which I have already booked). I would highly recommend Karen and the shop to anyone looking to get inked. 5/5

Karen, Karen, Karen. I don't even know where to start. She is the most down to earth, fun and beautiful artist I've come across. I feel extremely comfortable with her and trust her to the point I let her pick colours now for me! I've been seeing Karen for almost 2 years, a handful of tattoos and a few piercings later and I'm still coming back for more. She's professional, takes pride in her work and will always double (sometimes triple) check that everything is placed nicely and that you are comfortable with the first line before she keeps going. She really is awesome, and I feel works at one of the best shops in the GTA. Shop is always clean, staff are always welcoming and they keep it classy and sassy at the same time.

I got my first tattoo! The studio staff were welcoming, not intimidating and helpful in deciding on placement. I fell in love with the design and because I got a flash design it was also very affordable as well as supporting a community fundraiser!

This is by far the cleanest shop I've ever been in, and I've been in a lot! After hearing so many rave reviews on a couple of Facebook Moms groups, we decided to have our daughters ears pierced by Karen Awesom. The experience by far exceeded our expectations! She was friendly, and patient with my daughter. Explained everything to both of us, and answered any questions she had. She didn't rush us, or get frustrated when my daughter got nervous. I would give 10 stars if I could! Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere of the place was so welcoming. When it's time for tattoos, or any other piercings I know where I'll be going!

Karen is awesom. I have been with her since the beginning of her tattoo career and am so happy with everything she has done (which is a lot!). She has even done a couple of my piercings before that. She is so talented. Talent just oozes out of her into the cutest tattoos. She is creative in her drawings, genuinely loves what she does, and is kick ass at it. You can't ask for anything more!
