Yesterday I saw Jarret Clarkson for a minor reworking of a tattoo (done elsewhere) where portions ended up being a bit too dark. He not only brightened it up but also did a little once over on other areas to better blend the new work with the old, so now I have a lovely collection of autumn leaves and a greater definition of my birds against the grey wash in the background. Jarret has a really lovely demeanour, is calm and friendly to chat with (I didn’t even need my phone!) and is a quick, knowledgeable, and skilled tattooist. I would recommend him without hesitation.

The shop is clean, and the staff is kind and professional. The artists are incredibly talented and skilled. Highly recommended! Shout out to my artist, Jessica Paré. Incredibly talented with a light touch. Work is nice and saturated with very little scabbing, so healing time is short.

Gave a subpar tattoo for a very high price, then after charging said the tattoo was worth much less than the price I paid them for it. Basically flat out said they were ripping me off to my face. The tattoo could have been done better by an amateur for $60 or even less. I will never, ever recommend this shop. Lives up to the feeling of being looked down upon and feeling inferior as a customer.

Went into Dutchman Tattoo a few months ago, and finally decided to get another tattoo today. Carlos went through everything with me, showed me him unpacking the needles, etc, and even put on acdc tunes for me while he was doing my tattoo. I will be going back for my next tattoo as well! Meet Johnny in mid 80,s when he was with Vinnie, I've got tat,s from both and from his new employees to date, the Dutchman always delivers you his best. I remember Motley Crew was at the shop looking to get a tattoo as I was behind them the Dutchman told them that they would have to come back as I was the next appointment, so that's proof were all treaded equally.....NOW I should have said go ahead guys just throw me some tickets for your next show.... I was a deer in the headlights.

Got my first tattoo in 2012 and was extremely disappointing. The tattoo “artist” could barely speak English and there was a language barrier. The tattoo was way overpriced for the quality of work. I finally got it touched up today by a real artist and it looks like a brand new tattoo at half the price. I was informed by the tattooist that I got ripped off in 2012 by the Dutchman. Plus they offered 20% off for first responders.
