I went to RAMM about a week ago for a smiley piercing and had quite a bit of nerves going in. they calmed me down right away and walked me through the whole process. They made sure i was happy with every part of the piercing and had all of my expectations met. Their business is fantastic and I’d recommend it to anyone getting a piercing, especially for first-timers. They provide unbeatable customer service and you will without a doubt, walk away happy with what you got.

Definately recommend Ramm for facial piercings! Had labret & nostral done. They were so friendly, professional and made the process a breeze. Also had my closed ear piercing (from 20+yrs ago) redone during my appointment. Totally impressed!

I booked in with Ross on short notice to have 3 piercings placed in one shot. Due to location of the 3 placements, his wife Devin was present for entire experience. I can't say enough how professional these two are. Literally less awkward getting pierced by a complete stranger with his wife present, than a pap smear by my doctor of 15 years. These two are the absolute friendliest body modification artists I've ever met. Professional, clean, knowledgable, and all around my kind of people. I'm already planning a few more enhancements with piercing as well as to experience Devin's Cosmetic tattooing service. They have a wicked jewelry selection as well. Plain jane barbells and hoops are typical of most places for initial placement, but these guys have fabulous, beautiful options that can be worn during healing and after. Go see them if you are looking for a professional and comfortable piercing environment. Got mine Nov 6 and they have been healing beautifully! I can't say enough just how different the experience was compared to other shops. 5 stars and much love!

they were the sweetest couple who calmed down my nerves in an instant. the helix piercing itself never hurt for a moment, i didn’t even flinch. they booked me an appointment 30 minutes after i called and were super patient with the whole process. 10/10 experience :)

Luckily found this business after driving to Brantford from Woodstock to find out a place downtown(Perfect Image) cancelled piercing appointments for my daughter(nose) and her friend(helix). They were able to fit us in so we didn't waste our trip. Very glad we found them. They made the girls comfortable, answered all their questions and patiently waited while they decided on studs. They walked them thru the process and made sure they were happy with placement before doing piercing. Very clean and welcoming environment. Will definitely recommend this new business!
