I brought my aunt here over the weekend, and I can say with 100% certainty that this is one of the cleanest, and most professional shops I have been to. Tony was amazing, and I can not say enough praise for him. Excellent service, will definitely be back and recommend people to go in the future!

Do NOT get pierced here. I believed their stellar reputation. Now my piercings don't line up and it's painfully obvious with any pair of earrings aside from studs. Furthermore, they charge you an additional $25 fee for aftercare information. For someone getting their first piercing, there is a lot of dangerous misinformation online regarding sanitation and I would have appreciated getting advice from a professonial (using that word lightly). Going to Claire's next time LOL.

Everyone was sooo nice! I had just gotten my mid helix or cartalige peirced and I was super nervous, they were so nice to me and were very patient with me when deciding what earring I wanted, speaking of earrings, every thing is made with real metals like silver gold, ect. Every thing was clean and just saying I like the ceiling (not that it really matters but it looks really nice). Some of the art that they do is really good and looks just as it would in your mind. This place is great and if I ever get another peircing done I'm getting it here.

I really do love this place! I came here before once when it was called deep water I believe, I love how the inside looks! Very clean and modest. Everyone here is very informative with your before and after care, my piercer Anthony was great he made it an enjoyable experience he talked to me through the procedure and it made me feel less anxious, when he pierced my Monroe I didn't even bleed! Awesome! He was also extremely kind, he worried if I felt dizzy or lightheaded when I got off the chair lol (so nice) keep up the great work everyone! Thank you so much!

So many amazing things to say about everyone at Perfect Image. The tattoo artists here are professional, phenomenal, and will do everything they can to make you feel comfortable mentally and physically and do amazing work. I also had a simple ear piercing done today and it was quick, painless, sterile - Tony made sure I was 100% happy before I left and included a thorough aftercare lecture. Both the receptionists are super friendly, patient, professional, and personable. I could talk to them for hours. During covid they maintained a sanitary and took every precautionary measure to keep us safe and healthy. Thank you to everyone at Perfect Image and you know I will be back very soon !!!

Came here to get many piercings in two visits. Very clean, affordable and wide selection of jewelry. Tony was my piercer. I found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and patient. He took the time to understand what I wanted, recommended location of piercings and provided me with aftercare tips. Tony was great. I have one nostril done and decided to get the other side done. He matched it perfectly to the opposite side. Was very thorough in his explanation of the aftercare and made sure I felt 100% comfortable with everything. Super clean work area and was helpful with selecting the correct jewelry according to my preferences. Will definitely go back!!

Not your typical tattoo shop. When I first walked into this place I was in absolute shock. The place is stunning. This place is so clean, the cleanest I have ever seen and the staff are incredible and definitely make you feel welcomed. I had work done by Barry who brings his creativity, professionalism, and patience. He did an awesome job and delivered exactly what I wanted. Looking forward to come back and have the rest of my work done. Still in awe of what this place looks like and the customer service that comes with it. The building is absolutely gorgeous. Hands down this place is the place to go. 100%recommended.

The location was incredibly clean for a tattoo and piercing place, the jewelry there is also high quality. Went their for an ear piercing, there I met Kris Harley (The gentleman working at the counter), he was extraordinarily friendly and very helpful while I browsed through their selection of jewelry. My first piercing there was done by Tyler Musselman, he was very quick about the entire experience a small pinch but that's to be expecting. He didn't play around like a lot of piercers do, he was nice enough to give me his oppinion on where the piercing should go and was very patient making the experience stress free and pretty much painless. My second piercing at this location was done by Natasha, I'm afraid that I didn't get her last name, Kris was at the counter and was kind enough to place the jewelry piece I desired on hold for me in spite of their limited selection.

I don’t have enough good words for this place!! Went in a few weeks ago to get my helix pierced by T, she is so friendly and she had me in and out in like 10 minutes and it’s healing wonderfully!! Came back a week or two later to get a tattoo by Jon and I’ve never been happier with something. It was my first tattoo and he made me feel so relaxed and it was an amazing experience! Everyone there is so talented and friendly, and it’s so easy to go in for walk-ins!!

This place does everything right! The interior is so clean and lovely. The two girls at the front are both very helpful and professional, and my piercer (Tony) was fantastic too. He was patient, kind and very clean. The experience was far better to other shops in Brantford. During the pandemic you definitely want to go to a shop that truly values cleanliness, and this is that place!
