Always there to give advice about aftercare too. Staff are all friendly. Secretary is a sweetheart. All 5 of my tattoos were done by Anita. I'm sure all tattooists are great but I've just loved her work and friendly personality. This place doesn't just take your money and do the job.. they're like family. Highly recommend.

I had my septum pierced here and immediately realized it seemed a bit crooked. I let it go and assumed it was just my nose. A little over two months later I needed a new piece of jewelry so I went to another shop. The piercer there took one look at it and told me it was extremely crooked and pierced in the wrong spot, and that it should of been pierced at a different gauge. I'm now going to have to wait for it to close up so I can get it repierced straight and in the right spot.

I recently came in for a Rook piercing, it's an acupuncture point called Shen Men. I wanted to quit smoking, it works on a few things but hip and back pain is on the list. My back is fried, I am on the surgery docket. To my amazement I have had no sciatica pain since the day after this piercing!! Not saying it's a cure for everyone, I can only speak for my self. Erin was wonderful, she knew the point I was looking for. She took time to communicate in deciding on the exact location on my ear I wanted. I was welcomed when I came in, smiling staff greeted me, Kreative Khaos is a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. The peircing room was spotless. All tools had been appropriately sterilized. Erin discussed the procedure, and informed me of precautions. I received after care instructions and purchased H2Ocean spray. I have had great healing. I will be booking a few more acupuncture peircing I the future. Thanks Erin, Thanks Kreative Khoas!!

Said I was done with piercings like five years ago lol but recently went in to get the other side of my nose done. I am an absolute WUSS with piercings so I was incredibly nervous but Erin was so awesome, so nice and made it a super great experience for me.

I was a little apprehensive about going because i had heard some bad things about them. But my friend wanted to go there to get our industrial piercings done together. The staff was nice and friendly but the girl pierced both of us wrong. My friend had to take hers out because it wouldn't heal with the way she pierced it, wasting $80, and I eventually got mine to heal up but not without difficulty. It can still easily get agitated so i have to be extra careful with it. As she was doing the piercing, she was not gentle at all and kept moving the bar around causing even more pain. I'm never going back there again. She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing at all.

Their employee needs training in decorum. I was receiving assistance for a piercing that had been out for a couple days when I went to look at my schedule for when next I would be available to get pierced. I was yelled at and told to leave the premise. Their prices are above regional standard. Also many establishments do not EVER charge full price to reopen a piercing that's been out for 3 days. Even getting charged $10 would have been fine.The most unprofessional establishment. No diplomacy in costumer service.

Just got our 5 yr olds ears pierced, 7 yr olds 2nd holes and my rook done. Erin is FABULOUS! We were in and out in 30min. She took the time to chat with the girls and they hardly knew that she had pierced their ears. Showed them (and me) the markings before she did it. Any review that's says otherwise is BS! Erin was kind, friendly and took the time she needed. Will recommend to everyone! Much better experience than our daughter's first holes in the mall

I got my triple forward helix pierced March break 2018. In January 2019 I went in the have the bars downsized (so they heal properly) and was told she won’t do it because they aren’t done healing? So I go to another studio (highly recommended to me) and they tell me she should’ve never pierced a triple forward helix on my ear, it’s not shaped for it. She pierced it to close to the crease, the spacing is horrible AND it’s crooked. So after 1 month shy of a year I had to take them out. I’m so mad I trusted Kreative Khaos knew what they were doing. I wasted my money and time there. I’ve also now had 5 different friends tell me similar stories. SPEND THE MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PEOPLE. I don’t want what happened to me and my 5 friends to happen to you!

The lady that did my piercing was very unprofessional! She didn't even clean my area, didn't show me what jewelry she was putting in & just wanted to get it over & done! Literally 10 seconds! I got up looked in the mirror with extreme shock!!! I asked her why she didn't explain what I was getting & she basically didn't care! I told her I didn't like it, I wanted it removed but she said I had to wait! So, few days later, I removed it myself! The place has no class!

Again just putting it out there, the “owner” of another down town shop is getting people to leave bad/fake reviews on other shops, I know 2 of them personally!!! They brag about it and think it’s funny, it’s not funny these are people lives!! Not a game! If your looking to get work done go and research for yourself and make your own mind up, don’t go by people you don’t know or can’t see.

The lady who did a piercing for me was not the best. She did not seem like she wanted to pierce me and acted like I was wasting her time. Also, she did not show me that the equipment she used was clean. I suggest finding another downtown location to get your piercings done. Downtown Brantford has another piercing spot with service with people who care, and inside a building which is well kept.

My three year old daughter wanted to have her ears pierced. I contacted Kreative Thursday and booked an appointment the receptionist was very friendly asked how old my child was. I told her three she booked us in for 3pm. We arrived and it was busy the piercer was with other clients as I filled out the consent form. She approached the desk was speaking quietly to the receptionist and looked at me and asked how old is she. I told her three. She told me not enough time was booked in for her (not my problem) and if she knew what she was getting into. In my opinion she seemed annoyed my child was young. Once Erin called us back she didn’t say anything to my child directly just started to prepare things. No introduction no customer service to my child. Asked me how long she’s wanted them pierced for, if she was prepared for what was going to happen.. again. When my child spoke to her she responded and was friendly explained she was going to clean and mark her ears. I had to ask her her name. I am not educated on how to properly pierce, that is why I wanted to take my child to a professional. Her ear was pierced back to front. I could see the needle slowly coming through my child’s ear. She screamed and yes it was loud but the way it was pierced is a way I’ve never seen. She didn’t want the second one done after that. She told my child nothing was even hurting anymore, her ears were just hot. As we walked up to the front my child cried wanted the second but was scared. Again seemingly annoyed as she had other customers waiting. We paid and she let me know she can’t be making that much noise as there is artists working. I totally get it she was loud. But there was no door on the room or curtain closed. I was also told if I end up booking her in again make the appointment on a Tuesday - a less busy day. I ended up taking my child else where to have the second ear pierced with a much better experience. I would NOT recommend taking your child to Erin.
