(from october 2017) Conrad is so rude. I couldn't believe it.. from the moment I called to see if there was a piercer in, he was condescending. all he had to say was yes, but instead spoke in a really slow and loud voice to tell me that piercers open/close the store so theyre always in. I can't believe I still went after that, but while there he got mad at me for pointing to my nose while saying that I wanted it pierced. He got mad at 2 customers for not using a red pen for his consent form, even though it was another employee who set them up with it. not their fault. he yelled at 2 girls for standing near the door. literally yelled across the store. they left. treated me like I was stupid when I check marked the consent form instead of initialing. got mad at me for flinching during the piercing. I know it can make things difficult but its also a very natural reaction to getting a needle through your nose. two for 1 deal is great but not worth it to be treated like this on my birthday

Tried to book a tattoo appointment, 3 separate times. Got told they were too busy which I get. But also told me an artist does a lot of booking off of IG so I left my name, number, and email for this person to contact me to see if they could fit me in. I also wrote an email to someone and didn't really get a response. I haven't heard from anyone since. It's been almost a year.... although the woman who I talked to at the front desk was nice

She was nothing more than professional, detailed (took the time to ensure we got exactly what we wanted and suggested some relevant ideas) and patient (I am kinda needy LOL). Delivered when other shops couldn't. My son wanted a simple ear lobe piercing (both lobes). It was a Sunday on the long weekend so I knew going in that my options were limited. He want a simple metal stud, nothing fancy. I called one shop and they said no problem, come on down. Showed up, no available studs. They said they only do crystal studs even though I had asked for a simple metal one. Second shop advertised piercing, I called to confirm. Showed up and they said they their piercer wasn't available. WTF? We then went to Xtremities and finally got someone competent. Very simple process, clean, single use needle, made my son feel comfortable. Lots of stud options including a simple metal one - FINALLY. This was my son's first piercing and he had a good experience. Thank you Xtremities for saving the day.

Aubrey was amazing with our piercings. She was very professional, patient and friendly. My daughter and I both had piercings done last week and she knew we were both nervous.(big babies) She talked us through each piercing calmly. I got 6, my daughter 3…that day and now I want more. This place came highly recommended by friends of my daughter and also someone I know and they were right. The place is clean and the prices were great. Overall an amazing experience. Fantastic place in a great location! Got 4 piercings, my friends got 2 each. I got my industrial, septum, lip and 2nd in my lobe above my spacers. My friends got 2nd nose piercing, nipple, conch and tragus. I already got my septum done here before (it grew over when I was in culinary school and had to take it out) and my eyebrow. Both piercings were awesome and these 8 were all great too. She is an experienced piercer, very patient, understanding & kind and the apprentice in the room was lovely as well. Prices are good, can't beat 2 for 1 piercings! Always a great place to go for a fun and easy time piercing :) I added pics of the lip & ear piercings. My septum is turned up so you cannot see it right now.

Called in for pricing on a piercing, was told " we don't do that here" and then the woman just hung up on me. I would have liked to inquire about a few other piercings but the opportunity to do so was taken when she just hung up on me. Upon calling back, she repeatedly (3 times) sent my call to the voicemail every time. Not sure where I went wrong for inquiring about services. Be aware of the poor customer service and people skills prior to booking. As a prospecting client, I can thankfully take my business elsewhere and so can you.

The place was amazing. When I first walked in the staff was very friendly. My mom and I went for the 2 for 1 deal, so I got my cartilage pierced, and my mom got her nose pierced. Our piercer was Olivia. Olivia was professional and friendly. The place was also sanitary. They were also passed by the Peel Health Inspection. We had to sign a form and we waited less than 5 minutes. First, my mom got her nosed pierced. Olivia was very quick and professional. Then, it was my turn, Olivia pierced my cartilage. Then she gave us a paper that explained the aftercare, she herself also explained the aftercare. The whole staff was nice and would definitely go back! I recommend having Olivia if you are going for a piercing! Overall my whole experience was great.

VERY VERY HORRIBLE! I went in with my friend to get a piercing, when we arrived there was only one woman working, and one packing up to leave, who neither even bothered to acknowledge that we were there even after the one girl working had heard the door ring and peaked her head out to see who had come, given us a dirty look and continued what she was doing without saying a word, along with the other girl who was leaving seen us and continued to say nothing to us, said her goodbye to her co-worker and other client and left. When she was done with the client she was with she asked what we had wanted done in a very ill-mannered tone and took us into the piercing area. After looking at us she said she couldn’t pierce us, even if she could I don’t think she was going to do it anyways because of her body language and attitude towards us. Both employees was very very rude and not helpful in anyway. I definitely won’t be going back! I felt extremely judged and unwelcomed! Horrible Horrible experience.

Very disappointed with my experience. I came in to get a conch piercing and the lady pierced my ear on such a wide angle that the back ball was pressing into the side of my neck at the back of my head. It was not straight at all. This was very painful and left a dent and redness on the back of my neck. I went to a different piercer to get a second opinion and he said due to the angel of the piercing, the piercing would never heal properly and in the future I would not be able to wear a hoop since the distance would be too big. I specifically told the lady I wanted to wear a hoop in the future. I am very upset because I don't have a high level of pain tolerance and this visit took a lot of mental preparation This piercing was unnecessary pain I had to go through just to have it taken out a week later. Now I have to wait a month or longer to redo it. Definitely not coming back here.

I’ve gotten a total of 4 piercings done by Conrad and he made me feel the most comfortable. He wasn’t rude at all any of the times. Worst Tattoo shop ever!! It's grimy, unsanitary and overall unprofessional. Its staff is rude, i.e, they let you wait for at least half an hour while they're eating, are on their phones, sitting on Facebook or chatting with each other, even though they have no other customers! As if that's not enough, they are poorly trained, unqualified and simply untalented. One of the "artists" Nataliya, overcharges for her mediocre (to put it kindly) Tattoos, even though she has none herself because "she doesn't believe in 'em" and the results clearly shows it. Call me conventional but I find it ironic and because of that, she should not be leaving marks on other peoples skin for life. I'm glad that I live and work pretty much in the same area so I can spread this message; Stay away from that dirty shop!!

When i went to go ask about my infected piercing, the piercer barely looked at it and just told me to use witch hazel and that itll go away in a few weeks. Well, its been a few weeks and it has only gotten worse and I trusted her word since shes a piercer so I never googled it. I recently googled it and it said that you’re not supposed to use witch hazel on piercings AT ALL. So thanks for that, now it has gotten pretty bad. Do not go to them for piercing advice lmao cus your piercing will just end up getting worse.

Good day everyone. So glad to be here to have my say. Beautiful customer service at the Entrance to Latoya, very kind and respectful and honest. Attentive and Punctual towards the needs of a friend of mine who recommended we go to the special of 2 for one piercings. I was pierced by Valeria for a Industrial, she was calm and quiet and very nice to me. She was patient and informative, of the procedure and asked how I was doing during and after. I was interested in starting a Tattoo sleeve and decided to call and Latoya was very kind and welcoming to my questions and recommended a Tattoo artist by the name of Dan. He deals with realism and I was so excited to meet him and bring in my picture. He is currently working in my sleeve in between healings and there for to contact him with questions and concerns. I’m so glad I met the staff that work in the Tattoo room. Cooper was super cool and I enjoyed his conversation and jokes, full of advice and compliments to Dan working in my Tattoo during the appointments. My friend and I came in today to get our tattoos done. We came in earlier last week, we booked appointments for Aug 4th at 12. Jessica helped us and was really sweet at first. She then later called and asked us both to come at 1 instead of 12 which we both didnt mind and we confirmed our appt time as 1. So today we go to xtremities and we were told that Jessica was working on someone else at the moment and we were told to take a seat. We ended up staying seated for almost TWO HOURS even though we had an appt! When we asked how much longer it was going to take, she didn’t even acknowledge that we made an appt with her at 1. She quickly dismissed us and told us to wait some more. When another artist approached us, he seemed concerned that we were waiting THAT LONG for a small tattoo. He went inside to talk to her but came out saying that she needed even more time and that it was going to be another 45 mins after we already waited for 2 hours. The staff was rude and inconsiderate of the fact that we waited that long. We didn’t even end up getting our tattoos from there because they made us feel stupid about that fact that we were even complaining about the wait time. Now were going someplace else to get our tattoos due to the terrible experience we had. Not going to go back and will never recommend.

my friend i were immediately rudely greeted before barely stepping in the door, the door behind us was not fully shut and he demanded we close it properly before even greeting us. he proceeded making rude and smart remarks and stating we should pay in cash so he can get paid faster. he basically rushed the registration process and said he was going outside to smoke before piercing us. we felt unwelcome and dismissed so we left before doing any piercing services. will go elsewhere where we are welcome and the piercer shows concern

I had my tattoo done by Steve Cooper. I just wanted a simple script on my forearm and he coordinated it with me via email/text and we set up a time rather quickly. This was my third tattoo, but it was my first time at this shop and it will now be my preference. The tattoo turned out great! Steve is really nice and willing to help customers out, unlike the previous tattoo shop I was at where the staff member wouldn't even look at me while I was talking; too busy with other priorities. Linda/Jess did my tattoo at the back of my neck and it’s a small cross, although she herself was very kind she blotched the tattoo... the line through the cross is not straight. I tried dming her about it but she never replied to me, then I dm’d the boss and he was a lot nicer about it and said that he would fix it, however once I told him to let me know a day that he is in and is able to do it he opened the message but didn’t reply. So now I have a cross sitting at the back of my neck with a crooked line.

If you're someone who's just starting to have piercings or tattoos, DON'T COME HERE for your first time, you will feel uneasy, weird and more anxious than you probably are already. I came here for piercings, having to be greeted by a front desk who seems quite uninterested in being there and it's quite off-putting. They lacked a sense of value to their customers but I didn't care I work in customer service, I understood bad days. But for a piercing shop who don't have any other option (like a basic ball stud) for a starting jewelry other than diamonds... they seem to have unreasonably high prices (compared to some very well known PROFESSIONAL piercing and tattoo shops... Aka CHRONIC INK). I'm quite shocked, I came in not expecting a 5 star hotel type of customer service but damn I didn't even received a 1 star service haha.

This place is ridiculous. Cash only which they DO NOT tell you up front. Nowadays to only pay cash is not acceptable. They wouldn’t even accept an e transfer. They do not provide receipts so hopefully nothing goes wrong with my daughters piercing.

Best parlor in Mississauga! I got my conch pierced on both ears by Olivia on the 2 for 1 deal. She made me feel comfortable when I arrived, offered advice and clearity on piercing concerns, double checked payment, fully explained the procedure, took her time mapping out the area, and of course made the whole experience virtually painless. She also made me feel welcomed to come back in a month of two to switch to a hoop. The parlor itself was very organized and clean- there was a seperate waiting room, piercing room, and tattoo room. All the needles and jewelery were sterile and packaged. I'll admit, I was a little sceptical at first knowing the location and how a very poorly run parlor (p&p) is nearby. However, I was beyond satisfied with the customer service and well done procedure carried out at Xtremities. Definitely returning for all future piercings. 100% recommend!

Sandy does all my piercings. she's the only one I trust . I wont go anywhere else. I highly recommend her to anyone that wants to get anything pierced because ive gone to other places and they ALWAYS get infected. BUT sandy makes sure everything is sanitized and i've NEVER had an infection with her. Im always extremely happy with her work.

I had a weird confrontation here when I visited to get help with one of my earring from on of the workers... it wasn't the friendliest conversation and was a bit aggressive from the start so I was a bit thrown off. I was being scolded for having a different opinion and asking harmless questions from the beginning to the end of our session... I left confused and wondering what I had done to provoke a response from the moment I stepped into the shop... regardless I am rating it a 4 because I have had 2 other positive visits that have not been the same as this, and quite honestly I am still confused by my visit so it will impact whether or not I visit here again. I honestly can't tell you how amazing this place is! I have been coming to Xtremities for well over a decade and have gotten 14 piercings in that time (all of which I still have and am incredibly pleased with). Not once has any of my piercings given me grief or been something I've regretted. To this day, each one still makes me super happy when I see it. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Sara, who did my friend and I's most recent piercings (nose, tragus and 2nd lobes for me & 3 forward helix piercings for my friend - pictured below). Sara was very patient with my friend and I as we sat in front of the mirror (and each other) moving each placement mark slightly up, down, to the left or right until we were satisfied. On top of this, she was all smiles and did the job so professionally (painless, easy and fast). DO NOT GO HERE!! Such an unorganized, dirty place to go. If i could give no stars, i totally would have. I’ve been to many other tattoo parlours, but came here with my friends for the fundraiser for an animal rescue/shelter? 20$ for either a pawprint tattoo OR piercing. Set up an appointment for 12:00 pm and waited an hour and a half LONGER to just get the stencil on! The manager was running around, getting pissed at his reception staff, and was clearly having issues organizing the event. While waiting for our tattoo, there was a woman there who worked at the Acupuncture portion of the parlour (yes.. this place also does acupuncture...), who let her two ELDERLY DOGS ROAM THROUGH THE HALLS!! Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love dogs... but not in a place that is supposed to be clean since it is touching and piercing human skin with needles!! I could’ve left at that point... but I stuck it out for the charity, and finally got in the chair. The woman who was doing my tattoo (Jess) was nice, fairly new, but clearly inexperienced because she badmouthed the roses on my arm (from a different artist) having only been a tattooer for 5 months, but said she “would’ve made it look better”. I would’ve let THAT slide if she did the toonie sized pawprint correctly on my arm, but she messed that up as well !!!! Lop-sided, not symmetrical, and barely any ink!! I WISH IT ENDED THERE!! But when trying to make another appointment with my friend to get both of our paw prints retouched up, the staff at Xtremities ignored several voicemails and we were turned away when we came in. Absolutely GARBAGE service, GARBAGE facility and even worse tattoos!

Me and my best friend asked for a very simple tattoo, four numbers on our shoulders, nothing else. The artists name was Albert. Once the tattoo was closer to healing, you could see that the numbers were not shaded in property, my best friend actually had half of a number not shaded in at all! We both agreed we do not want to go back to touch them up and I dont want to risk him not doing it properly again and go through the pain for no reason. How can such a basic tattoo be messed up like that? I have 3 other tattoos much bigger, never had his happen. Im very disappointed as I know this place has been around for a while. Waste of money.

I went in to have my monroe repierced. I told the piercer that I wanted the new piercing to be exactly where the old one was to cover the scar. I specifically said to put it in the same spot. After the piercer, Sara, marked with the marker on the very obvious hole where I used to have the piercing (why?), she went ahead and pierced my monroe. When I looked at it, it seemed off but I didn't notice anything too strange. Once I got home and really got in close with a good mirror and light, I noticed she had pierced me way below where my original hole was. You could see the old hole above the new jewellery and it looked horrible. I went back in and I had to have the piercing removed, Sara was rude to me and didn't even bother to get up from the computer she was sitting at when she spoke to me. She offered no refund and no apology. I was told to wait at least three weeks to come in and have it redone. I really just want my money back. Maybe I'll see if they will pierce my ear instead, I'd never trust having anybody pierce my face at this place again. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I am shocked and speechless after being disrespected TWICE by Conrad (piercer). I have never left a review before but I feel this time i need to. He was rude for no reason what so ever and went on to use smart and insulting remarks and comments for no apparent reason. The first time that I was treated horribly by him I thought maybe he was having a bad day, but later was informed by a friend that on her visit here, Conrad was extremely rude to her and her mother as well. I decided to come back and give it another try and yet again, Conrad was treating ALL customers poorly. He talked to us as if we are stupid and gave us an unbelievable amount of attitude. He even went and talked badly about 3 girls that were waiting to get pierced to another customer he was piercing at the time. How are you going to mimic and talk bad about a customer to another one? He seemed annoyed and as if we were taking up too much of his time, but is this not his job? I refuse to believe that he was having a bad day all of these times. He had his nose WAY too up in the air. I decided to leave because I refuse to give someone with this type of character my business. Sara, was nice and informative, she told us everything that we needed to know and was super friendly. Would come back ONLY for her but NEVER for Conrad!

I emailed the tattoo shop to book and appointment for the upcoming charity event as it stated in the website to book an appointment. I had emailed as per what the shop wanted to prebook only to gave them email saying to call and book an appointment which I did again just to gave them tell me i would need to come in and make the appointment. Why would they put into the website how to secure a spot to get the tattoo etc just to end up telling you, you need to come in. Shouls if just stated that in the first place.....That is total trash. Be upfront with that you want unless it's to mislead you Left a bad impression and I will NOT be utilizing services ever at this shop nor recommending to anyone

I came in with my mom and sister. Valeria was super friendly! She was very imformative and patient, even when others came in after us for piercings as well, we didn't feel rushed at all. She took her time and did everything professionally. I went to Xtremities after hearing some of my friends say it was a good place to get a piercing. I got my nose pierced by Sara and she was professional and helpful, as it was my first piercing. I was happy with my service. However, when going back in to have my piercing changed, as I was told I can do, I was helped by Conrad and he was extremely rude, unprofessional, condescending and I assume was making an attempt to belittle his customers. He acted as though we were inferior and talked down to me, my friends, and another customer he had in the room. I was shocked he had the audacity to treat his customers this way. Would definitely go back because of how kind and helpful Sara was. But would never go back to see Conrad.

When a friend asked for a recommendation for a piercing shop I suggested Extremities because I have heard many positive things about this place. Three days ago, I called the shop and was told that the piercer would not be in until 4PM. My friend and I arrived around 5:30PM. The place was PACKED. There were about 10-15 people waiting to receive a piercing or do a change. There was no one at reception to advise us what to do. Conrad (whom I read about google reviews) was in the room with a client. When he came out of the room. He stated that each person would take 15 minutes. My friend picked up the clipboard to fill out the necessary paperwork and Conrad took the clipboard from him. Conrad stated that there was no point in him filling it out because there were so many people ahead of him. This did not make any sense to me as it was unclear how he would keep track of who was up next. I asked approximately how long the wait would be and Conrad stated that he could not tell us. We waited for about an hour and during that time my friend and I went separately to ask Conrad a question. He was rude and condescending. When I asked if the earring was included on the cost of the piercing I gestured toward my earlobe and he snapped back stating that I didn’t need to touch my ear in order to explain it to him. Instead of just answering people’s questions he made snarky remarks. I recall two people that came into the shop and when he asked them to stand away from the door he did it in a manner that was rude. They left the shop immediately. Two and half hours after arriving there were still 4 more people left ahead of my friend. At one point there were two people that took 45 minutes to be pierced. My friend and I left to get food as there were still a number of people ahead of him. When we got back to the shop. There were still two people ahead of him. When Conrad came out of the room he let a customer who came after my friend change a piercing before he could get his done. When we finally got into the room, Conrad made negative comments about his coworker and was commenting on a conversation that customers were having outside of the room. When my friend’s ears were marked I made a comment and pointed toward his ear and Conrad snapped back at me telling me not to touch his ear. There were many more things that could be mentioned, but I think overall it is safe to say that it was a horrible experience. We left the shop around 8:30PM. I felt horrible. I made the recommendation to my friend and he came to visit from St. Catherines and figured he would just get his piercing while he was in Mississauga. While the piercing was done well and the place was sterile, the customer service skills were lacking. Organization and professionalism were lacking as well. If I go back (and it is unlikely), I would make sure that Conrad is not there. Considering the previous reviews about him, I thought either he would not be there or his behaviours would be different. However this was not the case. Clearly he is talented in the piercing portion of the job and providing information about aftercare, but he could use some coaching on customer service. I would highly recommend that if he continues work there that management or the owner is present to monitor his interactions with customers and provide mentorship. The only reason this place is getting a star is because the establishment was clean, the piercing was done well, and the aftercare information was presented well.

Yesterday Steven did a tooth gem for me which I love love loved! It looks so clean and clear, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who is interested. This shop does average work and support good causes but unfortunately I was let down by my most recent experience. I had received a tattoo on my neck and was told that I could come back for a free touch up as I had two tattoos done by them, when I had tried to book a follow up appointment to get a touch up and book some future tattoos that I wanted in the near future, I was told that they no longer do free touch ups and the policy had changed after I had received my tattoo which is fine to change policies but i was told I would receive a free touch up and this was not going to be honoured. I’m sure had I have been more patient they would have agreed but I know what I was told when I had received the tattoo and during the corespondents I felt like I was being called a liar. This left me feeling disappointed and unfortunately I will never be return.

I got an industrial piercing done 4 months ago to only find out that was done incorrectly. After months of irritation I went to a different piercing location only to be told that the 2 barbells used were not aligned and the aftercare regiment that I was informed to use was only adding to the problem. I was then told that the best thing I could do is remove the piercings and later get it done by someone who actually knew what they were doing. Very disappointed, waste of time and money.

She’s rude, has different answers for the same question, and flat out called me a liar. She said I didn’t get my piercings from there because I used a different name for one of them. And was insistent I didn’t. I think I know where I go (or used to) for my piercings. Xtremities was the the go-to place for my family and I for just over ten years. But the last two times I went, same woman, awful. Completely ruined the place for me. To get to a piercer you need to speak with her, her rudeness unfortunately makes it not worth it. So disappointed August 16/2021: in response to the businesses comments (image attached). I was not aggressive in any way. I had two girls with me that heard her comments, plus other customers outside that commented on the front desk girls comments. Again, my review isn’t at the whole business, every piercer I’ve had there has been absolutely amazing. It took the really not-so-great encounter with the front desk thats made it not worth it. Also, I never even got to see a piercer? After I requested twice to see if I can show an actual piercer what I wanted, the girl just says shes not going to do it… closer to the end she yells out for one of the piercers inside and says “we’ll see what she has to say but I’m saying no”.

Forget the young lady’s name but long 2 toned hair. My friend was very happy with her tattoo as well. But the front desk person? She is always rude. I’ve got most of my piercings done here. Clean and professional. The only thing that bothers me is I find the jewellery changes pricing depending on who’s working. Happened a few times now with the same replacement balls.

Don't know the piercers name but she had blue/purple hair...I came in and asked for a tragus piercing, which was pierced well no complaints in that department but the customer service was atrocious...the ENTIRE time I was there maybe 15 minutes tops I had to listen to her talking to another one of her colleagues the whole time, paying no attention to me. He kept popping up to the room and they kept blabbing on...obviously I was nervous and having to listen to the person who is about to stab a needle through my ear cracking jokes and ignoring me is not very comforting...the piercing wasn't even finished and I had to sit uncomfortably for more time then necessary with the needle in my ear because she was literally too busy talking. I get it, I was getting a piercing but just a little respect to the person who's paying nearly $70 so you can put a needle through their ear for less than 5 minutes I feel deserves a little more respect. Regardless, the piercing was done well but I just couldn't believe how disrespectful she and her colleague were.

im a customer that goes all the time and so do my parents n been to other places b4 nothing against those other places but at xtremities super chill ppl that work there , my artist is kaleb amazing work i wont stop going back to this place ????(all within a year) have a few more done by him by no pics highly reccomend him. Update kaleb no longer there at the new shop posted with hour glass tattoo.

I went here to get a tattoo done. it wasnt what i wanted i told the tattoo artist what i wanted and she only did part of what i wanted. what pissed me off is when i went back to get it fixed shop was closed. i had to go to a different tattoo shop to fix the incorrect spelling. I was suppose to have a heart with a passage saying forever loved. i ended up with a tattoo saying forever love no heart or passage. the tattoo artist covered it way before i had a chance to see it. told me to keep it covered. i didnt notice the mistake til a day later. luckly another tattoo shop fixed it. Xtremities charged me 200 for this tattoo which included the heart passage and words. i only got incorrect words tattoo on me. i Go back there for piercings but never a tattoo again.

My wrist tattoo was done by Austin. He is such a nice guy and very professional. I made infinite tattoo on my wrist. His work is appreciated by everyone who saw my tattoo. Very neat and clean work. Place is really clean. I recommend to visit this place before going to any other for tattoos.

I've been getting tattooed for over 15 years and have never gone to the same tattoo artist twice, until I met Rob last year. He had the most open minded and energetic attitude when I told him to be creative. I make sure every artist I see integrates their own artwork into my pieces. Rob is by far one of the best tattoo artists I have ever had. Great conversation during the over 3 hours process, not heavy handed and pays attention to detail. I have never recommended a tattoo artist to other people as I'm never entirely happy. After getting work done last year, I can't recommend him enough. I went in today to get my sleeve finished and it's beautiful and practically pain free. Never had that experience before him. I will continue to get my tattoos by him and view him as a huge asset to the business, especially since there are some artists out there who can't draw a straight line ????

I got my nipples pierced here and Olivia pierced them and she was awesome! Made me feel comfortable, calmed me down and overall just awesome. However, I went back to get the hoops changed out to barbells and Conrad was there working. He kept criticizing myself and another girl for touching our piercings and it came off really rude. Even while he was changing the piercings out he was complaining about people not following the rules. So I highly recommend Olivia, but Conrad not so much.

I had a great experience at this place. I read the reviews prior to going and did read for bad reviews but gave the benefit of the doubt as there wasn't much bad reviews. Also, I read a review about the door and asked if they wanted closed as It was open when i walked in lol. I thought that was funny. Anyway, sara did my piercings and she was great and talkative and all around an amazing person. 5 starts for her. Only down side was I forgot to tip her bc my nipple piercings were such a shock that I forgot. So when I see her again next week. I also met Kaleb, a tattoo artist who was patient and honest about his preferences for tattoos and I made an appointment with him due to his honesty and quality of work that he shared with me. So I'll have another review soon but so far this is a small hidden Gem.

The first time I went there a friend brought me to get a piercing. And the guy we got was amazing. He answered every single question. How? What? And Why? You can tell he was educated about what he was talking about and learned from experience. The second time I went there I wanted my tongue pierced and you know they have the two for one special. This time it was a bad experience. Walked in to a toilet in the middle of the room. A lady came to use right away. I told her what I wanted she said she had to check my tongue first. When she checked she only looked for 2.5 seconds and said no right away.... and I'm like are you sure. And she's like yup I'm not doing it. I went somewhere else a few months later and got my tongue pierced by someone who actually took there time to check.

got my septum pierced here today, staff were all super friendly and the inside of the store was decorated so nicely for halloween!! i felt lightheaded after the piercing l and had to sit down for a bit and the staff made sure to help me feel better and were super nice, totally would recommend going here!! :)

A few weeks ago I walked into xtremities as a blank canvas to book my first appointment to get artwork done. I was greeted by Latoya, she was super nice and friendly. Very patient when I was indecisive about which tattoo to get done... yesterday was the day of my tattoo... again I was greeted with Latoyas kind smile and she wished me luck before Cooper and I started the session. Let me tell you... Cooper was amazing start to finish. Very patient, answered all my questions, kept checking in on me throughout the process. My first piece was a big one and little do these two wonderful people know ... I only made it through because of their kindness and support. Way to go guys you're awesome. I'll definitely be back and refer friends.

Got my nipples pierced here by Sarah about a month ago she was awesome! Was told to come swap the hoops for barbells in 3 weeks walked in Conrad changed them and was equally great! Both have really great personalities and so what they do very well. I am pleased with my experience with this shop and will definitely be back for more piercings

Came in for a septum piercing and was immediately disappointed at the lack of professionalism. Wasn't asked for ID or given any information on the size of the jewellery healing process or anything relevant to the procedure that was over $60. I got it pierced in a spot that was so absurd the piercer said oops after putting the needle in... After an hour of bleeding I immediately got it checked out by another piercer who took the jewellery out and pierced it again. I spent over $100 of my own money and was lightheaded and nauseous from the intense bleeding. After all that I think it's safe to say I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.

4 of my friends and I came on May 29th 2018 for their paw print charity event and it was an unorganized day. We had booked an appointment time 3 weeks in advance and ended up waiting 2 hours. The artists and manager were all flustered and not super friendly ( due to the stress of the event I’m assuming , which is understandable ). My tattoo artist who I believe is named Jess ( not positive) was friendly and checked on me throughout the entire process, to make sure I was doing okay. Which was really nice. Found out after she tattooed me that she had only been tattooing for 3 months ( which is fine , everyone starts somewhere) However, it’s mainly the aftermath of what happened that makes this review. A month later and my small tattooed is healed and it looks awful. Faded like a pen mark. I called twice , no one answered and I had to leave a message. A week goes by and I still hadn’t received a phone call. So I decided to just go in. Show the guy my tattoo explain the story. And he goes “ it looks fine, just needs to be gone over quickly” so I go okay great, fit me in today ? And he explains that their kind of busy and Jess will be in tomorrow “ I said I’m not comfortable with her doing it, and would rather someone else do it. And he says it has to be her because it’s her work and that “ she’s gotten better “ Says he’ll have me talk to her tomorrow. So I ask if he can just book me an appointment with her since it will take 10 mins. And he says I will write your name down but can’t garuntee she’ll be able to take me”. You didn’t return my phone calls, you couldn’t take 10 mins out of your day to touch up an awful tattoo that was done by your shop, and you book me an appointment with the same person who didn’t do a proper job in the first place and may or may not be able to fit me into her day tomorrow. I’m going somewhere else and I’ll make sure I let everyone else know not to come here anymore. I’m not going to bother coming in tomorrow because it’s a waste of my time. Thanks but no thanks.
