My first great barber experience after a while. The shop was a recommendation from a celebrity friend. Keiran cut my hair. He took great care to get the lines just right, including when everyone else went home and the shop was technically closed. Too many barbershops charge as if cutting a man's hair is an art but then they're done in five minutes. Here, they'll check all the details and work to get it just right.

Its located on the upper level of the building. Its a very clean place especially where the tattoos are being done. Super sanitary!! Staff there are nice and understanding. They also have free WiFi as well. This place is half barber shop and half tattoo parlor. So majority of the people come in are guys. This place only accepts cash. They do have an ATM at the entrance of the store if you forget.

I've been getting tattoos from this place for a few years now, and they have always turned out great. However, my most recent tattoo turned out to be a disaster. The artist didn't bother to mention to me that the size of the tattoo I chose wouldn't work with the details I wanted. He proceeded to go through with it, and rush it if I must say. Some parts of it came out uneven and it was even more noticeable once healed. I nicely came back to discuss my dismay, however he tried to justify his actions with a smile on his face. I don't know if the artist was new or an apprentice, but either way there should have been an experienced artist with him to make sure these kind of mistakes don't happen. Unfortunately I will never be visiting here again for my tattoos.

I gave 2 stars only because i didnt feel a thing with my earlobe tatts....the reason i didnt give more is because i was told $100 when i set up my appt, then as i get there im told $130....by the artist , who didnt make me sign a waiver for ink and now also my stars on each lobe are uneven and i have to find somewhere else to fix them. So 2 stars were because the ink was done painless and within 10 mins...

Randy - SMP I had been getting my haircut with Randy for years until I started to experience a bit of hair loss - which caused me to stop going. I then discovered this new and emerging procedure called Scalp Micro Pigmentation. I was extremely hesitant initially to have this done until I found out Randy was an SMP artist. I immediately gave him a call and booked a consultation where we sat down and he explained the procedure to me and discussed next steps (pre care and post care) - keeping in mind how I wanted it to look while giving his processional input and advice. With SMP, it is integral go go for multiple sessions in order to achieve the desired end result. Through every step of the way Randy was a complete processional and would work with meticulous detail until he achieved perfection. Now that my procedure is complete I can honestly say I have never felt so good and have a renewed sense of self confidence and exuberance! I HIGHLY recommend to anyone that is thinking about getting this done to go with Randy - you will NOT regret it!

First visit today. Always judge a barbershop on the hygiene, atmosphere and the way staff are treated. This place is clean as can be, good quality finishing. The atmosphere is friendly with conversations going on & good music playing. The master barber showed real support to the apprentice Zack, he was cutting my hair. It is in a busy plaza, and cash only, and it works for them. This is a very good shop with 6 seats, 5 of which were open today.

Got a shave at the school for Movember... Seemed unprofessional. There was no warming cloth or hot towel. The instruments weren't properly sanitized between uses. I ended up with razor burn almost right after the shave. If your going to do something for charity and publicity, you shouldn't take short cuts.

I booked multiple appointments and arrive ontime every time, and am left waiting upwards of 10-15 minutes to get cut. Was late once about 5 minutes after booking a week in advance AND informing the day of that id be running late... I arrive and am told that I was too late and would have to get cut by someone else. The barber Randy has no respect for people's time, no customer service/people skills. If your looking for good service in a new barber don't book with Randy.

After lot of research on SMP around GTA, I finally decided to get my SMP done at Trendsetters. One of the best places to get your SMP done for sure, SMP is all about getting a style that suits your facial symmetry, and here they have expertise in both, the micro-pigmentation and getting you your preferred hairline. Ashley and Randy are awesome people, you can feel the comfort from your first visit, they will take time to explain you all the details of the procedure and will guide you through each session to the final step. Keep in mind, SMP is a slow process and takes multiple sessions to get your final look. From what I know, the cost of SMP in Mississauga area is from $500 – 2000, depending on the size of the area to be covered. If you are looking for an estimate on time and cost, you can contact them for a free consultation.
