Paied 50 to get a sketch done, jesse said that i would be done at the end of the week. 3 weeks later and several phone calls nothing done. This is not a tattoo place they care more about their mma. Horrible experience wast of my time and money.

I just moved in to the city and I am so eager to get tatt this summer. I have my first tatt when i visited Italy back December 2017, I have no idea how pain it is gonna be. All my friends of friends says put it on my chest, so I did. Honestly I say I am scared of needle, any needle either for denture or vaccine. I only have limited strength for this kind of pain but this needle is different pain, I get addicted to it. So I decided to come here at RaroTattoo to see who can help me out. Nice atmosphere and environment, despite pandemic, facility maintained cleanliness, and I met Jamie, such a nice kind person. I discussed with him the piece how I wanted to be done. I booked ahead of time but there was a little changed happened. Jesse is the one also help me out to get rebooked, which also one of a kind friendly man. The day of the session, I was so nervous but Jamie is friendly and keeping distracted. I got my half sleeve done for only 4 hours or so. I thought I was gonna tap out but Jamie did an amazing job, he is fast, professional, have so much patience at all cost. the design that he put on is perfectly how I wanted to get done. Tons of respect for Jamie, what a friendly and pro. At this time, I am already looking forward on to the next visit here. Thanks to Jesse and Jamie for warm welcome. I highly extreme recommend this shop. Thank you, see you guys around. ????????????

Jesse does amazing work and wouldn't have asked another tattoo artist to do it. The employees are also kind and supportive too! He was able to fit in my tattoo early since our new born was coming soon. My wife and I are more than grateful for having it finished before baby boy came out. Very unprofessional, extremely inconsiderate and beyond disappointed. Artist did not show up for my tattoo appointment as well as my friends tattoo appointment. Waste of my time. A simple text to cancel even if it was 1 hour before, but nothing. Had to wait in my car for someone to show up only to tell me artist not showing up and can’t help us. Disgusting. FYI a text and an email was sent confirming the appointment, the night before. So access to text or email is clearly available. So unprofessional!!

Got a tattoo my Jesse very amazing artist very quick he does in 3 hours what most artist do in 6 and I haven’t seen anyone more skilled than Jesse amazing tattoo, plan on going back too get my chest and sleeve done. I got a skull with native chief head dress going down my forearm it was amazing showed him what I wanted and he made it 100 times better.

I was referred to Raro by a friend, otherwise I would've never went there as I dont live in the area. Let me say I'm SO GLAD i did!!! I had a wonderful experience at Raro, the customer service is exceptional and Jesse is an incredibly talented artist. I called to confirm my appointment the day before, which wasnt easy to locate, but Millie, the receptionist was so kind and determined to locate my deposit and accommodate me for the date we initially agreed on. I thought it was a little pricey compared to other tattoo shops but Jesse was amazing and did such a great job I was happy to pay more for the quality. I'm in love with my tattoos and will definitely go back here based on the level of service I received. Thank you so much!!!

I got four cartilage piercings and I couldn’t be happier with the result! The piercer Jamie was phenomenal. He was quick and efficient but took the time to really help me choose my piercing spots and jewelry. I’ve been pierced at quite a few other locations but Raro was by far the most positive experience of them all. The environment is warm and friendly and the front of house staff member Colleen was an absolute delight! 5 stars and I 100% would recommend!

I called on Saturday morning and spoke to Rosa who rocks by the way... I told her what I wanted and when I wanted it and she made it happen for me!!! I had a piercing change that’s been giving me problems. I found the shop accidentally by Google. The gentleman I saw it was simply fantastic we talked about the issues I had with the piercing with with rejection due to how shallow it was and we’re gonna work together and try to salvage it. Can’t wait to go back and have him cover up some tattoos that we talked about and he had amazing ideas. Look forward to working with Jamie again

1 star for the worst customer service ever! Just paid $300 for lettering and a small bee tattoo. The mistake I made was paying before the work was done so I could not walk out and leave my money. Adi has no customer service skills at all. First he traced some letters that were all jumbled and look tacky like an inmate was passing time on me. I told him I did not like it and wanted them to be more space-out. He had a fit! The audacity of me knowing what I want, and dare to express it. All because he does not want to take the time to trace the letters over to satisfy his customer?! So after I finally insist on making the letters a little larger with space in-between he wanted to charge me an extra $100 plus tax to put space in-between the letters. I try to explain that it is same word, it is only longer because of the space between each letter. It was bad enough I paid $300 for 7 letters plus a bumble bee. I don't mind the money as long as I love what I paid for. The letters are not position the way I want it because of his bad attitude about the spacing, I opt out to settle for what I didn't want. I wanted the letters to spell down my side, not so that you have to turn your head sideways to read it. Moral of the story is do not pay first, so that if they are not willing to give you what you want, you can walk out. I think he is a good artist, but for his attitude you can have a better experience elsewhere, and get exactly what you wanted. I would not recommend ADI, and I would not go back! Now I have a tattoo as a forever reminder of a bad experience :_-(

I came in yesterday for my very first tattoo, the moment I walked into the studio I felt very comfortable and when it was time for mine, Jesse also made me feel very welcomed, comfortable and reassured me on any worries I might have. I got a medium size rose on the side of my stomach and he did it fairly quickly because he is very experienced, I was shocked at how little time it took and it turned out better than I had expected. The whole time I felt very relaxed and calm, I think it's super important to be comfortable with your tattoo artist and Jesse definitely made not only me, but the three other people I came with as well feel really comfortable and confident. I will always be booking any future tattoos I get with him :) Amazing job!

I got a Navel at another studio. (Black Pearl Tattoo) tried to call them.. Never answered. My piercing looked irritated, infected & was sinking into my skin. Decided to check Raro to see if they would take a look. And let me tell you. The staff (Colleen & Jamie) ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Kind & professional. They eased my stress & worries. Took care of everything. Amazing place. Definitely would recommend it. Personable staff. Couldn't ask for a better experience. ????

This studio is very unprofessional, an appointment was booked and a deposit of $56.50 was given to hold the spot. The deposit and date was set for March 5, 2019 at 2pm on February 25th; on February 28th we received an email stating that the appointment was being moved by 30mins to 2:30pm. On March 5th the day of the appointment a voicemail was left at the 1:43pm that the appointment needed to be re-scheduled. We attempted to call back with no answer; we showed up to discuss this appointment and were informed that we were on call and re-scheduled to next Friday. Once getting home we called the studio stating that they are in breach and should be refunded my deposit, Lisa the owner/ manager was rude and lying about the fact the tattoo was already sketched out when in fact the scripture was not provided to the studio for the artist to work on. She hung up on me and it was positioned to us the time of the deposit it was to ensure that the customer does not cancel but they don’t refund when they the studio are in breach. Rude and unprofessional AVOID THIS STUDIO THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Staff is very friendly. Jamie pierced my belly button and he was very nice. He recommended bactine spray instead of rubbing alcohol or polypsorne. I ended up getting an infection so I have to stop bactine spray and started using rubbing alcohol

Got a tattoo last year, somewhat faded out a bit now. But i understand it can sometimes just happen naturally. But besides that, the artist Jesse did a pretty alright job. However, when i was conversating with him during the tattoo session , i mentioned to him that i would be willing to pay him whatever, as long as he did a really good job.(I Probably should have not said that, but I was really desperate for it to come out nice. After all, it was gonna be on me for the rest of my life). He only worked on me for about 45 minutes. I felt like he took advantage of what i had told him because when i went to the cash register to pay up, his wife rang me up and it was around $300. It was only about 45 minutes worth of work. Also, my tattoo was already created from before. He just did a touch up and went over some of the lines, and did a little bit of shading. Yes, i did tell him i would pay him whatever if he did a good job. But com'on, lets be reasonable... You only spent around 45 minutes on it. Ok, charge me a bit more.... but still be reasonable, if you have some morals. To sum it up even more, i had put down a $50 deposit when i made the appointment a few days prior. His wife didnt even deduct my $50 deposit, she charged me $300 on top of that, making it a total of $350. Furthermore.... While i was paying, his wife told me that it was mandatory for me to buy their aftercare tattoo cream. And that if i didnt buy it they wouldnt provide me with a 1 time free touch up, if i needed it after the healing. (Most of us already know that a free touch up is offered by every single tattoo artist, because they are genuine about their work, and sometimes a lil link here and there comes out during the initial healing process. They usually have no problem providing a 1 time free touch up, and putting the small amounts of ink back in). But in this situation, I was told it was mandatory for me to buy their aftercare cream, otherwise they wouldnt cover a free touch up. One of the most ridiculous things i've ever heard from any Tattoo Shop. I Should have wrote this review when i had my tattoo done last year, when all this had happend, but i let it slide during that time and didnt want to make a fuss about it. But every time i look at my tattoo now, the story behind the touch up comes into my mind sometimes. Its been bothering me for some time. I now had to let my fellow human beings know about this awful experience. The owners made their first impression about themselves to be, Advantage taking and super greedy. I was baffled when they told me they would only provide a free touch up if i only bought their product. Like, why would anyone not take care of their tattoo afterwards? They are the ones that are gonna wear it on themselves for the rest of their lives. Do you think they will jeopordize ruining it by not taking care of it after?? Its just a marketing scam for them to get more money out of you. Quite pathetic really. Every artist is happy to do a free touch up the first time. They are proud of their work and want it to shine. This experience however, has shown me that the owners of this shop dont whatsoever care about their customers. They just want to get as much cash out of u as they can. I understand that they are trying to run a bussiness, but atleast show some morals and virtues. Be reasonable. Don't you want the customer to come back and recommend it to his friends? The tattoo work that was done was alright. Nothing extraordinary, I would say a B+. However, their business strategy is terrible! Never will i ever go back there again, or recommend this place to anyone.

Got a tattoo done from lat ink on queen down town toronto they refused to fix and touch up even tho it was just done and the ink was so deep it blew out . luckily I found Jesse he did an amazing job fixing it and is a very good person.
