Went to this place to get a piercing in Oct 2020.... my 1st impressions upon entering: 1st I wasn’t sure if I was in the right place because it’s located inside a hair salon; and the hair salon itself was very messy, cluttered and disorganized. 2nd The customer service was poor. When I walked in, there were people sitting around and I stood at the counter saying “hello” several times until someone attended to me and told me the Piercing Lady is sitting in the chair behind me (on her phone and chatting with her friend). Now she DID apologize for missing me when I first entered, but I mean come on...Every customer should be greeted upon entering an establishment. I was not impressed. 3rd The piercing room is a small room inside the hair salon and it didn’t look very clean to me. They had a small selection of jewelry options and none of what I wanted. And finally considering the current COVID-19 pandemic and the intimate nature of the business, they did not have any safety protocols in place - no health questionnaire, temperature check, or required contact tracing. Overall I didn’t get the feeling that it was very clean or sanitary, poor customer service and small jewelry selection and lack covid protocols. I DO NOT recommend. Reply to owner: Nov 2020 Hello Donna: I gave a review based on MY first impressions! Everything I wrote in my 1st review is true to word. You opened the door to your piercing room when you went inside to get your small selection of jewelry and it stayed open while we spoke -that’s how I looked inside. You said that your assistant was on the phone handling a customer.... well my dear YOU were giggling and sitting on the chair right next to her… Does it take 2 people on a cell phone to deal with one customer?! I told you that I wanted a helix piercing with a 16g and you told me you don’t do that size for helix; you can only do a 20g and recommend I got a smaller gauge jewelry (based on what you had available) and none of the styles you had available was appealing to me. I then asked you if I can bring in my own, and you told me you would to charge $10 extra for cleaning. - which I didn't have an issue. And given the intimate nature and close contact of your service, you NEVER completed a Covid assessment with me either. Based on my personal opinion and concern for MY OWN health and safety I decided NOT to get a piercing from you and I left. I was never a customer, but you distinctly remember me?? Yah ok...your statement is contradictory. Instead of being defensive and trying to justify and making up excuses for your lack of customer service, and small jewelry selection and poor safety protocols .... just improve your business practices???? ...Just based on your response to my 1st review, you trying to "argue with a customer" you just proved to everyone reading that I am correct in my assessment of your lack of professional conduct.

I had taken my daughter to Donna to get a belly button piercing. As a worried parent , I was terrified to allow this , However Donna went through each step with me in a way that made me feel so safe to trust her . She showed me how each tool was brand new and sanatized (including expiry date) and she helped my daughter with breathing techniques to help her remain calm and still. I would 110% recommend this place for any piercing or piercing removals. I was looking all over Brampton to find someone who would be able to take my tragus piercing out, but every time I called somewhere they were either busy or just rude about the whole thing. When I called Quick Prick, Ms. Donna answered the phone and was so kind and nice. I was really nervous to get the piercing removed because it had been irritating me for a while, but Donna was so sweet and kept assuring me that if I felt any pain I should let her know. The overall experience was very nice and I will definitely come back if I need any piercings done. If you're in Brampton, come to Quick Prick!!

Donna was absolutely lovely, she had a very warm and kind demeanor which really helps ease any nerves. The walkthrough of the procedure was extensive which meany she knew what she was doing. Her after care instructions were concise and she was able to answer all questions with ease. She had very reasonable prices, I was shocked. she provided a beautiful beginning piercing as well, i expected a belly piercing with just small metal balls at the end instead she gave me a beautiful one with 2 crystals. Donna is an absolute sweetie. I took my friend to get her nose pierced and she was noticably scared but Donna talked her through the whole process and calmed her down so easily. I had such an amazing piercing experience. Since it was my "first" piercing, I did not know what to expect. Donna was amazing as she went through the process with me very thoroughly. I have been wanting to pierce my nose for a very long time but was petrified. I finally built up the courage and went to Donna in early March 2020. Donna was extremely professional, she explained everything to me. And put me at ease. To my surprise I did not feel anything when she pierced my nose. My eyes did not water, no pain or discomfort whatsoever. I experienced no swelling, pain or discomfort after. She is truly amazing at her craft. I highly recommend Donna and definitely will be going back for another piercing.

I went to get my niece’s ear lobe pierced today, the staff was just rude. My girl is under 16 and i was not allowed inside at all. I totally understand the pandemic situation, but there was not need to be rude with customers. I decided to stand outside the door to makesure my girl was okay in the process of piercing, but one of the piercers was not okay with my presence outside the door. I would never return to this place ever again.

I actually visited 3 different piercing salons in one day...1st one the mall, meh!...the 2nd a well known Brampton spot...no piercer available...the 3rd location the piercer had time off, however...it didn't look too clean and not very welcoming, so I quickly backed out LOL. I went to quick prick to get my nose pierced. Despite being in nursing school, needles still freak me out a bit, so I was a little scared to get my nose done. Donna, the owner of this amazing establishment made me feel so welcome, calm and made everything so much better. Genuinely the only place I’ve been to that uses 100% safe and hygienic/sterile procedures. Not only did Donna take the time to explain to me the importance of needles for piercings over piercing guns (she uses needles), but she also took the time to show me how everything was sterilized, when it was sterilized, and the procedure for the piercing. She also thoroughly explained the aftercare procedure for my piercing. Donna is truly a wonderful and kind person who makes your experience calm and unforgettable. I was excited and also a bit nervous to get new piercings and chose this place based on the reviews and the location. I wish I had gone somewhere else, especially with the piercer making it seem like my business was a nuisance with her sighing, looking at her watch and rolling her eyes. I got my piercings but honestly left feeling uncomfortable about the whole experience and the interaction. I do not recommend; there are better places with better customer service out there.

If you're looking for a SAFE, friendly, and dedicated body piercing place this is the place to be, you can tell how much effort was put in to this place from the personality the business has as an entity, to the small details like paint colours on the wall, mugs with the quick prick logo. Donna and her daughter are both so kind! Went yesterday to get my nose pierced. I love the fact how she explained step by step what she was doing. She also showed me all her equipment she would be using on me before she opened it up (everything is disposable). Her place is super cleaned and sanitized and the process was so quick! Clean, nice and quaint. Donna is a wonderful piercer who takes her job seriously and makes everything comfortable for the customer. I stumbled upon this gem as I was panicking about my corkscrew nose piercing that had fallen out and wouldn't go back in. I called Donna and she said she could help, my piercing was high on my nostril and it had already closed, she tried to get my gem back in but ultimately she had to repierce my nose, something I wasn't looking forward to. She made what seemed very difficult extremely comfortable and easy. She is a wonderful person to talk to and she is very focused on ensuring that the entire process is straight forward; from the piercing process to the after care everything is very well thought out. I am extremely pleased and can't wait to start healing!

Her place is very clean as she showed me prior to the piercing, the new equipment she will be using. I highly recommend Donna for piercings!
