Ive bought many studs from this location, that I was told are surgical steel. Two of them rusted within a month time (the warranty is 14 days only!!!). I called and spoke with the manager who was very understanding and asked me to come in to replace them and take anything i want. When i arrived the manager had left and i had to deal with the worker. She was very unprofessional and was rushing me to make another choice to replace the rusted earrings (not my fault). When i picked two earrings and found out they’re not my size, I immediately told her no I wanted to pick something else. She turned around and started saying “oh these ones you picked are way more expensive than what you already bought “ knowing that her manager mentioned that i can pick anything i want and not pay for it. For a second she made me feel she is doing me a favour and giving stuff for free lol. No ma’am I spent $100 buying from you, a scam quality and its your responsibility to handle the exchange professionally. Last time going there.

I only buy my earrings from New Steel, they are made out of surgical steel which is perfect for me anything else I get a rash on my ears and with these I don't. Melissa is very nice, talkative, so easy to make conversation with her. She provides wonderful customer service, she goes into great detail explaining all types of earrings also she always shows me the different types of earrings if I'm only looking for Rook or Cartilage. Would recommend this place 100%.
