So I got my conch pierced in my university town and when i came home for reading week my skin started growing over my stud, was swollen, a bit infected, the whole 9 yards basically. I did not know what to do because I couldnt even take it out myself. I called a few places in brampton and when I spoke to Lea she just sounded the most genuine and helpful. They opened at 12:00p.m and I was there at 12:10. Lea saw me right away, inspected it and talked me through every thing and why it happened. She basically did surgery on my ear and was able to save it the hole and put better stud in lol she was extremely efficient, caring, and she knew exactly what she was talking about. She even gave me her social media and said if I have any other issues or questions to feel free to msg her. I will not be going anywhere else!!!! Such a clean, welcoming environment that just shouts professionalism!!!!

I had the best experience with Nelson as my artist. I wanted a meaningful portrait of my dog’s face with some water colours around her face. He brought my beautiful dog’s face to life by framing it with an array of vibrant colours. I told him what I wanted and gave him the picture I wanted tattooed and asked him to design it and he exceeded my expectations. It took two appointments and an immense amount of his time and artistic skills to create my amazing real life-like tattoo on my calf of my sweet dog’s face. Sooo pleased and have a couple friends booking their tattoos with him. Thanks so very much, Nelson.

The shop is very up-to-date and gives off a very cozy environment. The employees are welcoming and very engaging, even with new faces. I've gotten three tattoos done at this studio by Nelson, more than satisfied with each of them. I plan to finish my back piece at this location with the same artist. I find Nelson is very engaging in planning the tattoo and gets excited about the pieces, which makes the experience more enjoyable. One piece I got done by him is two tigers, symmetrical on my back. I found with this piece, there were some parts that were almost unbearable. Once Nelson finished the first tiger, I told him which parts hurt the most and when he started the second tiger, I found that he took time with the parts that hurt the most by blending them in with the rest of the body of the tiger so the pain wasn't as intense and prolonged. I suggest this tattoo studio to friends/family because I absolutely love the outcome of the pieces I got and plan to continue to go there myself.

Had this tattoo done today by Lea, and it looks amazing! The staff are so friendly, the space is really nice and clean. And the whole environment is just great. Definitely will be going back for more :) I’m still in awe over the tattoo, I may be biased about this, but the line work and shading just look so good, everyone who has seen it so far has commented on how amazing it looks. I have 3 tattoos done by Nelson and I’m going back for my fourth. I love how comfortable the whole staff makes you feel. As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed and welcomed. It’s like visiting friends. I was so nervous getting my first tattoo but Nelson knew what I was looking for and came up with a great design that was exactly what I wanted. He’s understanding and patient. He took his time and was able to work with my leg twitches that I didn’t even knew I had and was able to do still do the tattoo even though my leg wasn’t making it easy for him. Everyone asks where I got my tattoos done and I always say High INKpact. It’s the only place I’ll go. Nelson is the best!
