My sister had booked Henna By Ramnik for her wedding mehdni. Ramnik cancelled the day of tge event, three hours before. she had little to no sympathy and remorse for canceling. She was not very professional when she told us what happened and claimed she was sick. My sister had confirmed with her 2 days before the event and she did not say anything at that time. Even though she did provide a backup mehndi artist; the backup artist was not at her skill level. When we inquired further about ththe backup artist we found out she charged almsot half of what Ramnik charges. However, Ramnik still charged my sister full price for the mehndi. When this was brought to Ramniks attention she refused to change the cost and said it was in the contract. It was a very disappointing experience. As a customer you pay premium prices for a brand, skill level, trainning/experience and the service. Ramnik should of had a backup that matches her skill level and expertise, espically if she still charges you full price. It is not ethical to charge someone for higher end work but send someone not at that skill level. For this reason I am giving her one star because my sister paid for a service she did not receive. She did not provide enough notice before canceling, she sent a mehndi artist that did not have the same experience and quality in work and she did refused to provide any sort of price adjustment when in fact she also failed to meet her contractual agreement. I would not reccomend her after this experience.
