While her work is absolutely beautiful, her customer service was awful!! My wedding was August 8th, 2017 and we had invited Kinjal over to my house to do my henna on the 5th, the day before my Mehndi function. First, she gave us the wrong time estimate, and was only able to complete 3 hands instead of the 8 she promised. Then, based on the time estimate, she double booked another client, AFTER I booked her. This meant she left without finishing up the final touches on my henna, she didn't do any of my family members, including my mom, aunts, sister or cousins. Do not recommend

We booked henna by kinjal for my sister's wedding that was on november 24, 2019. We sent her deposit as confirmation. First she shows up late and then she was only able to finish 3 people in an hour instead of 8 to 10 that she promised. Her designs were not what she showed us online. So that confirmed she sent us work from other henna artist which was not her own. She didnt finish everyone rather only 7 people in 2 hours and her work was awful nothing like the pictures she sent us. She told us she had to leave for other appointment and never finished our guests. We tried to contact her after and said she should not upload and send pictures of other artist as the client will be under the impression that is her own work, she completely ignored our messages. This is extremely unprofessional on her part. I would not recommend this artist ever again
