I was nervous to go in, but I needed some new rings for some piercings. I went in and was guided to the tattooist who was tattooing a man in one of the rooms. He showed me where to look, and gave me a suggestion on how to apply them without losing any pieces. He also sold them to me for a discounted price. This might be because he saw me arrive with my husband on an E bike. The only reason I gave four stars is they wouldn't take debit, only cash.

Had an Appt. with "Al" showed up at 1:30Pm 30 mins before my tattoo appt. at 2Pm. Al didn't show up, had to step out for a few moments. got a call about 30 min later asking where the hell i was? told him i was there 30 mins before my appt and you where not there even at 2:05. he asked me "do you have a problem with that". you can all see the attitude this guy has and work ethic. purchase from this business with caution.

I had an overall great experience. I was a bit nervous going in, but Jazz (the lady piercing my ear) made me feel at ease and comfortable. I went for an industrial piercing. I recommend that you go to Jazz for any of your piercings. The place is chill and so are the people working there. The process was fast and easy.

I had 2 tattoos done here. Both of them were done incorrectly and to this day remain raised (one is 4 years old, one is 2). You can literally run your hand across them and feel the lines. I have 5 others from another parlor and none of them are raised which means its not my body rejecting the ink, or anything along those lines.They also faded really fast. The first tattoo is an elephant and the artist messed up the tail and it looks like an awkward extra leg. Choose somewhere else guys.

I had a nose piercing and jewelry change done by Jazz over the past two years. She is very professional and caring. I don’t deal with pain well but she made it very quick and seamless. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and felt good. I can not recommend her enough!!! The environment was always clean and neatly set up. 10/10 would go back to her and this parlour.

Got my third lobe pierced by Jazz. She did a great job, being mindful to ensure safety measures were being followed and still providing a professional service. I called in advance (it's best if you do) and was able to find an appt the same day. They have some options for basic studs and some coloured ones. I opted for the red ones in the pic.

I went to go get my lip pierced by Jazz yesterday and the experience was amazing! The initial piercing part didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would because Jazz made sure to explain what she was doing. Make sure to bring your health card with you if you are 16 or under as your ID!!

I had a memorial portrait of my Father done by an artist named Allan Burke. I researched his work prior because I wanted to make sure it looked like the actual photo Based on on what I saw in his portfolio, I knew he was the one I wanted to do this piece. He is a VERY talented and professional artist so I chose him. I'm so happy with is work. The tattoo turned out exactly as I imagined. Allan explained everything step by step, making sure I was comfortable at all times. I get compliments all the time of that specific tattoo and people always ask where I had it done. The 4 hours I sat though went by really fast!! Anyway, I had a really good experience there. Friendly, professional staff and very clean. Prices are average. You get what you pay for. Cheaper isn't always better. Your paying for quality. I'll be going back again as long as Fat Uncle Al still works there!!

Fantastic place to get a piercing. Jazz did an absolutely phenomenal job on my lip piercing, and she was so easy to talk to it was like going and getting a friend to do it, definitely did not feel like a transaction which I adore. She was so good too, she accidentally grabbed a smaller needle and was able to fix it without having to re-pierce it. I’ll definitely be going back to get more piercings, I’m so happy with the one I have!!

Jazz was phenomenal...I had a bad experience with piercing a long time ago and I was afraid to try again. I went yesterday and saw Jazz to get a nose piercing. Jazz had me laughing so hard, I felt as if I was chilling with a friend instead of getting a piercing. The piercing happened so fast and the pain I was expecting didn't happen. This place destroyed my finger tattoo. One stencil on top of the other and oh it will be fine just wait it will fade. Lies and now my finger looks stupid with the tattoo. His excuse is he’s left handed. Half faded some parts dark. I’ll never return and now I need to find someone to fix this mess. Stay away from this place!
